I felt myself standing in a long cue of clouds and I looked round baffled before realising I was heading towards the giant desk of King Yemma. When I reached it he picked up his book and he looked at me.
"Leona tried to create a device to shut down evil android from taking over the earth." He read from the big red book. "Hmmmm I remember you. You were here for a while looking for Dr. Briefs weren't you?" He asked.
I nodded slowly. "Um yes sir. I got the plans deciphered but they found out and well bada boom I'm here." I said.
King Yemma flipped through the book. "I see you're also associated with Gohan in this fight against the androids. Well you know there is no return to earth for you the dragonballs even the Namek ones can't revive you?" he asked.
I nodded again. "I know it's because I'm otherworldly." I replied.
"Very well. But I can send you on to King Kai's you can train there for a few years before going to the grand kai's place. Take Snake way to King Kai's but be careful not to fall off." King Yemma said.
"Very well." I turned round and went out the door to head down snake way and I looked at it and I frowned at the length.
"Uuuummmm it's a bit long." I remarked.
"Well then off you go." He said.
I sighed and started walking down snake way. I looked at my watch and then I powered up to super saiyan and tore off down snake way if Goku could run down it so could I!
I'd been running for three days in my super saiyan mode before I powered down and slowed myself down to a walk. I looked at the length and I flopped down to a sitting position. 'This is going to take forever.' I thought and sighed.
I then stood up and walked for a bit until I realised that I could use the instant transmission. But that would basically be cheating but I didn't have anything to lose.
I placed two fingers to my forehead and locking on to King Kai's power signature I transmissioned myself to his planet- I'm not one for long rides.
King Kai turned round and he looked at me and blinked. "Oh my another trainee."
I looked at him. "Another?" I asked.
He motioned over to the side and I blinked seeing Gohan standing on top of a high up beam of wood. He was in a meditative state and I looked at King Kai.
"King Yemma sent me to train with you before heading on to the grand kai's planet." I said simply.
King Kai blinked and he looked at me. "So you think you're good enough to head off to the grand kai's planet?" He asked.
I shook my head. "Oh no way. Not yet at least." I smirked.
King Kai nodded. "Well you are very over confidante. First of all you must make me laugh in order to train you." He said.
I grinned. "Make you laugh huh? Easy!!! Where do baby apes sleep?" I looked at King Kai and he nodded for me to continue. "In Apricots."
He began to snicker and I looked over at Gohan. Then I looked back to King Kai as he burst out laughing.
I looked back at Gohan as he opened one eye and he looked at me. He then blinked in shock before falling off the beam and landing on head.
Gohan then jumped to his feet and he ran up to me. "Lee!!" I felt myself being scooped up in to an all-powerful hug. Gohan had defiantly increased in the four years since I'd last seen him.
"Gohan." I breathed. "Need air." I added.
He let me go suddenly and he blushed and I looked round suddenly confused.
"Lee?" He looked at me. "What's wrong?"
"Anytime you touch me I have a vision but I see nothing anymore."
Gohan looked to King Kai rolling round on the ground still with laughter.
"It wasn't that funny a joke." I said and blinked.
Gohan brushed a strand of hair from my face. "Well your silly jokes helped me be able to get trained here. So Thanks." He said.
I smiled at Gohan and looked round King Kai's planet. "Well I guess we can train together then. Should be interesting."
Gohan smiled and I saw him look at me. It wasn't one of his Goku excited for battle looks that he got but more of a relief look. "Finally reunited." He said simply.
I felt myself tingle and I blinked surprised as Gohan kissed me and instead of running away like I normally did I kissed him back.

It was too hard to tell if time passed by in the other world, no clocks, no sunsets or sunrises, not even stars to give dates by... I only knew of the date when Krillen arrived on King Kai's with Piccolo.
"Welcome back boys." King Kai greeted.
Krillen looked at me then at the halo. "Oh man they go you too Lee!" he looked upset.
I bit my lower lip. "Yeah. The look on Trunks face. He was so mad with me."
Gohan touched my shoulder sympathetic. "He'll get over it Lee."
I sighed. "So we just hang out here for an eternity or what?"
King Kai looked at me. "You train. But Lee since Krillen and Piccolo are here I want you to do an errand for me."
I nodded. "Sure. What?"
"Deliver these to Goku, on Grand Kai's planet."
"Gok...u." I breathed out shakily. I wasn't ready for that.
King Kai brought out several large weights and he dumped them at my feet. I looked at them then at King Kai. "These look evil." I remarked.
Krillen chuckled. "Just place your hand on the pile and instant transmission there."
I nodded. "I knew that."
"Dad'll probably want to spar with you too any bet." Gohan added.
I swallowed. "Ergh... I promised him too from being here last time."
Krillen chuckled. "Try not to get too pounded."
"Thanks for the vote of confidence Krillen." I frowned.

I arrived on the Grand Kai's planet and I looked round and let out a sigh seeing all the dead warriors training. 'What now?' I thought to myself.
I spotted Pikkon walking through the grounds towards the Grand Kai's palace.
"Pikkon!!" I shouted and ran up to him he stopped and looked at me and blinked, he frowned at me wondering how I knew his name.
"Tell me you've seen Goku around right?" I asked.
He smirked at me and nodded and motioned to the mountains in the distance. "He's out there meditating." Was all he said before he walked on.
I looked back to the weights and I sighed. I was not going to lug them round in instant transmission all day. I had better things to do. Like try and grasp that I was dead. It was such a weight on my heart I felt I didn't deserve to be there with them all. I'd left them for fourteen years of their lives and I was just bam here.
I felt a hand touch my shoulder and I turned round to see Bardock to my complete and total surprise. "You!" I exclaimed
"It's okay kid, you did a good think trying to save your planet like that." He said his tone of voice was a comfort on it's own. "I'll help you deliver those weights to my son." He added.
"I. I. I..." Stammering that was real good, but I couldn't find the words.
"Your heart is grumbled with guilt. I can feel it. Don't, you did what you had to."
"My daughter, Trunks. I left them alone." I sighed.
"Alethea is strong she'll survive."
"But they turned her in to an android!!" I practically screamed at him. "How could I let that happen to my own child?!"
"Lee... it's okay." Bardock said. "Trunks and Alethea will be fine. You should know as well as I do you've seen it I've seen it they'll be fine."
"I'll never see her again though. Never. It hurts. I've never been there for her and it hurts. What type of parent am I?" I growled at myself.
"C'mon lets deliver these weights to Kakarott." he said leading me over to the weights. I sighed and followed defeated.

Being dead I had an eternity to mull over all the wrongs and rights I'd done in my entire lifetime. And to me there seemed like a whole lot of wrongs.
I was sitting back on King Kai's it had been ages since I arrived and I looked up as Gohan blinked and looked above him as the halo vanished.
"Gohan!" Krillen pointed. "You're alive."
I stood up suddenly and Gohan laughed and pointed at Krillen. "Hey you too Krillen!"
"Mondo cool! Trunks did it!"
I looked over to where Goku was sparring with Vegeta the two beating the crap out o each other when suddenly Goku stopped and he looked at Vegeta.
"Vegeta..." Goku pointed
Vegeta blinked and he looked up. I looked over to where Piccolo was meditating under the tree and noticed his halo vanished as well.
I looked down. I didn't understand it yet I did I was with Trunks when he made the wish I'd been granted life.
"Lee Goku." King Kai called out.
Goku floated back to the ground and jogged over. "What is it?"
"Lee's being summoned home."
"Home..." I breathed.
King Kai looked at me and nodded. "You get to go back to your world Lee."
I nearly fell over from the shock. Goku looked at me. "Alright Lee!"
"But... Alethea-" I said sadly.
"Hey I'll watch over her." I looked over at Gohan and nodded.
"Please do Gohan, she means everything to me."
Gohan walked up to me and he embraced me. I clung on to him. My emotions getting the best of me. No matter how hard I tried I could never wipe seeing his dead body from my mind and Trunks face as I died.
"I'll miss you Lee." He whispered in my ear.
I could feel myself want to cry at parting from him again.
"Goku you've been granted life in her world too."
Goku blinked. "Me?"
King Kai nodded. I looked suddenly shocked and looked at Goku. My vision coming to pass.
"But why?"
King Kai smiled. "It appears her friends got a message from a certain android daughter." My legs buckled. My message Alethea got my message!
Gohan held me to stop me from falling over.
"I've got you."
Goku looked at me and Gohan. I could see the look in Goku's eyes as he looked at me. What was happening? We were going back to square one again.
"Dad." Gohan looked at him. "Please watch over Lee for me."
Goku nodded. "I will Gohan."
Gohan tilted my head up to face him and he gave me a kiss. "We better go. I hope you have a good life Lee. Live it long for me."
I nodded slowly. "Bye Gohan..."
"We might see you again sometime..." I watched him as he stepped back next to where Krillen, Piccolo, Vegeta where standing.
I ran a hand through my hair watching them as they vanished from sight. Goku touched my shoulder gently.
"Looks like it's just you and me now Lee." He said.
I looked at him and nodded slowly.

Alethea sat on the cool table her knees pulled up to her chest staring at the wall. Her external suffering gone, with the destruction of the androids. But her internal suffering and solitude, affecting her once sane mind.
She heard an explosion in the distance knocking the door down. She looked over briefly to see Trunks standing in the doorway a group of people behind him, their faces hidden within the shadows. Alethea turned away from him.
"If you've come to kill me, make it quick." She said her voice unemotional.
"Thea." he said his voice was soft and she closed her eyes resting her head on her hunched up knees and she began to cry.
"Don't come near me...." She sobbed. "Kill me from a distance I deserve it."
She felt a hand touch her shoulder and she looked up ready to knock him back but stopped when she saw the star shaped scar on his left cheek, his hair spiked up and he had a scar running down over his right eye. His face. She knew it, from a photo Bulma had. She blinked and he smiled at her his eyes were warm and inviting.
"Dad?" She asked softly.
He nodded. "Yeah. It's me."
She suddenly grabbed on to him hugging him. He wrapped his arms round her and she saw Trunks smile at her from where he was standing.
"You know I meant what I said when I thought you died."
"But Iris..." She began.
"Could never live here. You belong here."
"Wait how'd she know about Iris?" a familiar voice asked.
Alethea saw Gohan and she jumped up. "GOHAN!!!" She screamed.
He laughed. "Yes, it's me. Look at you Thea."
"Trunks its Gohan!" She screamed again.
She watched her father as he tapped the side of his head where his ear was.
"I know." Trunks smiled. She blinked when she saw him smile. It was genuine, there was no pain behind his eyes anymore, he had life behind them.
"Man you have lounges like your mother." Yamcha remarked.
Alethea smiled. "Mom where is she? Is she back too?"
Alethea saw Gohan's face as it fell. "She couldn't be wished back, since she's from another dimension." Alethea crumbled and she felt her father hug her.
"It's okay Thea, she's gone home. I'm sure when Bulma fixes the time machine you can go to visit her." He said.
"I'll never have you both together will I?" She asked Yamcha softly.
"I'm sorry." he said sadly.
"But I have you and Gohan back..." She hugged Yamcha again.
"And you have me." Trunks spoke up.
Alethea looked at him and smiled. "I've always had you though." She teased.
Trunks rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. "Good point."

I walked out of the club rubbing my temples, Goku followed me and he took my hand and I paused looking at him. He gave me a comforting smile.
"Lee. How do you feel?" He asked me.
I shrugged. "Odd I guess. I get used to your world then I end up back here again. Where everything began it's like it was all a dream, and none of it happened, but I can feel it did." I said softly as we continued to walk across the cobblestone path towards the first edition club. I stopped suddenly staring at the Avon River.
"Maybe coming this way wasn't I good idea..." I breathed nervously.
Goku looked at the river confused. "Lee what is it? Another vision?"
"This path it began here..." I said sadly. "Because I walked this path I was never there when my mother died. I wasn't there for her."
Goku pulled me in to an embrace. "We should head home you're getting over emotional." he said brushing some hair from my face.
"I'm sorry, I think I had too much to drink." I apologised.
Goku and I turned round heading back the other way. As we reached the road where the parking lot was, I stopped remembering brining Gohan along that same street where he attacked Shin. I lowered my head. I missed Gohan so much.
Goku saw my features and he pulled me in to a caring embrace. "I know it hurts Lee."
I rested my head against his chest and let out a sigh. "I want the pain to go away."
I looked up as Goku tilted my face up to his and I felt his lips touch mine suddenly as he kissed me, I felt my arms slip round his waist. despite who I cared for, I always seemed to fall back to Goku, it was like fate was playing with me, and telling me he was the one, even though he was married. Before I knew it one thing was leading to another and Goku pulled me in to the alleyway.
I could feel the chill of wire against my bareback and I could feel his hands running up my bare arms to my wrists holding them up against the wire. Then there was the deep sent of him over me, his lips on the side of my neck, nipping slowly nearing the 'claim mark'. I felt the quick and upper thrust and I grabbed on to the wire through the holes to hold myself as the deepness of Goku entered me.
I felt him bite in to the side of my neck over the claim mark drawing blood. Drinking from it. I could hear my own groans and felt the heat of his body against mine.
"Goku..."
He looked up at me, drunken lust in his eyes. "I'm sorry Lee I couldn't do it. I couldn't let Gohan take you." His voice was deep and almost cold like.
He let my wrists go and my arms fell round his neck as he let in one final thrust reaching his climax. I felt the wire against my back again.
"I hate how you do that to me." I muttered hoarsely. "How you control me."
Goku's lips touched mine. "This is the only place where the kai's can't see us. This world, where no one knows. I had to have you back."
"But Chi-chi..."I breathed.
"Is alive. And we're dead." he finished.
I fell up against Goku and I felt my strength drained. "I hate you."
"Do you?" He whispered and I felt his lips kiss me.
My lips responded to his tongue probing and searing the inside of my mouth. "Only when you seduce me..." I replied against his lips. "It makes me feel weak."
***
My face paled as I looked at the test results. 'Nooo...' I thought.
"Well you're pregnant. How do you feel?" The doctor asked me.
'Not a third kid...' I thought and my head thumped down and hit the desk.
"We can always abort." The doctor offered me to my reaction.
I sat up suddenly and shook my head. "Oh not it's just... um well the father... he's um... married and I don't want to er burden him with this." I said quickly.
"Oh. How on earth did you get yourself in to that situation Lee?" She questioned.
I sighed. "He didn't tell me he was married and he wore no ring not even a tan line of a ring." I sighed, "then he tells me after the deed."
She nodded suddenly understanding. "Well it's up to you to tell him, not me. But I think he deserves to know."
"Yeah I know. I'll tell him."
***
I sat at the table and downed the glass of water and rubbed my temples.
Iris chuckled at me. "Dudette serves you right for drinking to much."
"I shouldn't drink." I sighed.
"Hey it's good to have you back though."
I looked at Chhaya. "What happened you guys, you were suppose to go to the other timeline to bring me back there."
"We need the power of three, which means-" Chhaya began.
"I have to go with you?" I finished. "Which is totally silly because you're suppose to be reviving me." I shook my head.
"Usually we could of used your mum to help us with the ritual but-"
"She's dead to and us reviving her to revive me... is definitely personal gain."
Chhaya nodded at me. "Bingo. Besides Alethea and them can come here to see you."
"Do they really wanna see me living with Goku?" I asked with an arched eyebrow.
"They might." Iris smiled at me. "They're your friends like we are. They should just be happy that you're alive in some form or another be it another reality or not."
Goku walked in the door carrying a couple of crates of wood on his shoulder with Neil following with one crate I smiled at them.
"Hey." Neil greeted Chhaya and Iris.
"How you doing?" Chhaya laughed, after doing her Joey from friends impersonation.
"I doing goooood." Neil smirked.
They carried the crates in to the lounge to get ready to prepare for a New Zealand winter. Neil had come to live with us after my father vanished. Goku told me later after Neil had settled in on what had happened to my father. Cell had absorbed him in to his being. My father was inside of Cell and that was somewhat discomforting even though Cell was now dead it was sad to know I wouldn't see his face again despite what he had put us through when we were kids. My father had jumped realities to avenge my death on the androids, but instead he was greeted with Cell and the battle had been long and fairly painful for my father. Cell eventually absorbed him in the end, I was glad to know my father had been unconscious when that happened so he wouldn't of felt any pain. But knowing he had gone to that world to avenge me- the daughter I thought he didn't care about. Well it was comforting to know that if he had lived we would of been able to finally get along.
Iris and Chhaya stood up. "Hey boy there was a phone cal that your car is ready to be picked up." Iris said.
"Oh sweet fighter! Yo can one of ya's drive me there to get it?" He asked.
"I will I'm heading that way." Chhaya smiled.
"I better get back to my father I have a meal to cook for three hungry men." She rolled her eyes but there was still a bright smile across her face.
"Be thankful they aren't saiyan men." I laughed as she frowned.
"Ya know. I am." She laughed and then left.
Neil grabbed his wallet and left with Chhaya not long after that.
I walked in to the lounge and watched as Goku piled some wood in the fireplace and he lit it with a small ki blast. "Goku." I sat down on a chair trying to think how I was going to word this to him.
He shut the fireplace door and looked at me. "Is something wrong?" He asked.
"Oh well I don't know it's up to you to decide if it is with this news I tell you."
He just nodded and sat down next to me.
"I'm pregnant with... your... child......" I let my voice trail off so Goku could take some time to process this news and I looked at him for his reaction and he smiled.
"Wow that's great!" He hugged me. "Boy or girl?"
I blinked. "Um I don't know."
Goku smiled. "You do realise this child will only be a quarter human."
I blinked suddenly and looked at him. He was right. Alethea was a quarter saiyan, Tae half saiyan and this child would be three quarter's saiyan.
"I didn't actually think about that. But why did you point it out?"
"Gohan ate alot when he was a baby, I'm just warning you."
"I'm going to have three saiyan mouths to feed..." I frowned. "Ya know I've some to the conclusion that Chi-chi is my new idol."
"Why?" Goku looked at me strangely.
"Cause she managed to feed you, Gohan and Goten." I remarked.
Goku smiled and rubbed the back of his neck. "Heh I suppose we do eat quite a bit."
"A bit?!" I exclaimed. "More like enough to feed an entire army in one sitting."
Goku laughed and he looked at me and smiled. "Though this is good, it's a sign of a new life Lee. Another beginning or a chance at life, how do you feel about that?"
I blinked and looked at Goku then rested back in the chair I was sitting in. I nodded.
"I feel actually okay with it. It's where I basically started but no matter what happened I would always end up back here in this world. Don't ask me how I know. It's just this feeling that tells me so."
"Have you told your friends?" He asked.
"Don't need to they knew, they said so in the first place that made me go to the doctor today and get it checked up."
We sat there in silence for a while the crackling of the fire the only sound that filled the room. The silence wasn't awkward, people usually assume that when they hear nothing that it's awkward. Not with us kiwi folk, noise is irrelevant alot of the times, it's presence that's the big one. The fact that even if you can't see or can't hear, can't walk, it's knowing that someone is there with you. That's the big thing, to alot of us kiwi folk, that's all that matters.
"Lee." Goku spoke up eventually.
I looked at him as he rested back in to the couch, then slipped his arm round me.
"Yes?" I asked resting my head on his shoulder.
"This time round I'm not going to leave you." He replied.
I smiled feeling somewhat comforted by that fact. "You never left me in the first place." I took his other hand and placed it over my heart. "Gohan showed me that. None of you left me you were all right here- always."
*END*
