Kaoru:*wipes dust and cobwebs off of keyboard* Hee....Sorry? I can explain everything. I was in Florida for a week with my uncle and I did not have any access to a computer with Internet. I am terribly sorry.*Megumi enters yelling and screaming*

Megumi: Well are you ready to update yet? Or are you still reading about your favorite couple outside of DBZ?

Kaoru: Hey I like Hiei and Kurama stories so shoot me.

Megumi: All right.*cocks gun*

Kaoru: Hey I was kidding I was not serious. You know that.*forms ki blast in right hand*

Yelana: Children that is enough of this foolishness. I will not tolerate it. Put your weapons away.

Sano: Yeah I think she has a good idea. Why don't you all just shake hands and make up?

Kaoru: I will if she will.

Megumi: I am not going first.

Yelana: Both of you shake hands NOW! Or else I am going to send Vejiita after you.

*Both looks around for Vejiita*

Both: Hey Vejiita isn't even here.

*Hears moaning in the background.* Ouji-sama.

Kaoru: Hey why don't we take this outside?

Megumi: Good idea. Maybe then you will get something done.

Kaoru: I am going to pretend I didn't hear that.

Megumi: Pretend what you want. On with the story.

I sat myself on the couch, while Kakarott and his harpy went upstairs to argue before they fell asleep. They must both be messed up because every night it is the same thing. They fight then fall asleep in each others arms. I will never figure them out. I guess they are just meant to be a mystery to everyone else.

I sat thinking about the horse I was going to get tomorrow and set free and soon fell into a fitful sleep.

A New Member?

I woke up early the next morning. I stretched then walked out of the house. No one else was awake seeing how it was 4:30. I decided to walk back to West City instead of flying. I figured a 2 hour jog would be a good work out.

I arrived at the fair grounds and walked into the horse barns. Ross was feeding the horses. "Hey there Kaoru. You're here early."

"I don't sleep well."

"Well that's too bad. This is my wife Laura. Laura this is Kaoru, she is going to take Puzzle off our hands."

"I'm going to miss her, but hopefully she will like it a lot more where she is going," Laura said then went back to brushing her horses.

"How do you plan to get her wherever you are going?"

"I walked here, she can walk there."

"Where do you live?"

"In the mountains about 2 hours from here."

"You walked!?"

"Yeah, can you get the horse so I can get out of here? My sister will freak out if I'm not home when she wakes up."

"Yeah...yeah sure," he walked over to her stall and brought her out. I looked at her and she looked right back at me. I brought my hand up to her forehead and let it rest there. "Hey how did you do that?"

"What?"

"No one has been able to touch her."

"I am not human, I am an alien. She trusts me more than you. That and I can communicate with her."

"Well I hope you treat her good. She is yours now," he said then handed me the lead that was attached to her halter. I walked out of the barn and back into the forest.

Half way home I stopped by a river and let Puzzle rest for awhile. In the meantime I jumped into the water and caught my breakfast. I caught my fish and cleaned it then cooked it. Twenty minutes later I finished eating and led Puzzle the rest of the way to Kakarotts home.

I tied Puzzle to a tree outside before I walked in. I could feel the harpy, she was close to me, a little too close. I turned around in time to see her prepare a syringe and jab it in my upper arm. She emptied the drugs from the suringe and pulled it out of my arm.

"What the fuck did you just inject in me?"

"Oh this," she said holding the suringe. "This is a Sayaijin sedative. I gave you enough to knock you out for a couple of days."

I leaned on the hallway table and looked at her. "Why are you doing this?"

"Well my children are smart and they are going to become scholars. They can not do that with you around. Don't worry I will not do this to your sister. She is going to be a scholar as well."

"Fucking bitch, I swear if you ever do this to her I will make your death last for an eternity and it will be very painful," I said as I stumbled out the door.

"Where do you think you're going, wench?"

"Away from you. Don't touch Megumi. I'll kill you right now if I think you will," I continued to stumble towards Puzzle.

"I don't think you are leaving," she said then lunged at me. I pulled the lead and Puzzle took off running with me on her back.

Kaoru: Does anyone like Chi Chi? I am sorry if you do, but that is just too damn bad.

Megumi: You were gone for a week and didn't update for a month and you are yelling at the readers. You have got some nerve.

Kaoru: Go to hell. I don't think I am going to let you come back next time.

Megumi: Like that will really hurt me. I didn't ask to be here in the first place.

Yelana: Shut up both of you. You both know you want to be here so just stop already.
