there in. I only own this Vega and this Raven plushie **hugs the two

plushies** (I wish I owned them, but sadly I dont own any Zoids plushies

either).

It starts with one thing
I don't know why
It doesn't even matter how hard you try keep that in mind
I designed this rhyme
To explain in due time
All I know
Time is a valuable thing
Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings
Watch it count down to the end of the day
The clock ticks life away

"Are you OK, Vega?" asked Raven standing up in the medical closet.

"Yea," came the reply. "I can move my left arm a little now."

"You feel any pain?" asked Van

"Just a little," said Vega. "Not as much as before."

"Good," said Raven. "Ready to go?"

"Yea," said Vega, "sure."

"I'm ready," said Van.

It's so unreal
Didn't look out below
Watch the time go right out the window
Trying to hold on, but didn't even know
Wasted it all just to watch you go
I kept everything inside and even though I tried, it all fell apart
What it meant to me will eventually be a memory of a time when

Vega stood up and opened the door. He walked out with his pistol in his

right hand. Van and Raven followed. Two men ran around the corner. Van

shot the first. Raven shot the other one. Vega ran foreward and turned the

corner. Van and Raven followed.

I tried so hard

But in the end
It doesn't even matter
I had to fall

"Elevator," yelled Vega. Vega, Van, and Raven dasked into the elevator and

jumped in. Vega hit the buttion for level 4. The elevator began to rise. When

it reached the 4th floor, the doors opened. Raven hucked a grenade out

through the opening doors. When Vega heard the blast, he led them into the

smoke. They turned the corner.

One thing, I don't know why

There was four men around the corner waiting for them. 6 shots were fired. 5

men fell. The four soldiers hit the ground with a loud thud. The fifth person

fell on his back. Van began to scream in pain. He was on the ground holding

his stomach and crying.

Things aren't the way they were before
You wouldn't even recognize me anymore

"Van!" yelled Raven.

Vega pulled a roll of bandage wrap and a knife out of his pocket. He picked

the bullet out of his chest with the knife. When the bullet was out, he began

to wrap Van's chest.

"Should we take him into a closet or room or something?" asked Raven.

"No," said Vega. "We will be safe here for a while."

Van stopped crying and screaming. He laid perfectly still. When Vega

finished wrapping Van's chest, he helped pull Van to his feet. Vega put Van's

arm around his shoulder and made Van lean on him.

"Raven," said Vega, "rush to that elevator over there and go one floor up.

The hostages will be there. Two guys will be watching them. The shorter one

is the leader. The bigger one is a bodygaurd. They are the only two left in this

building. Take the body gaurd out first, then kill the leader. When your done,

lead the hostages down to the lobby. I'm gonna take Van down to the lobby

and wait for you there. A minute after you come down, the police will arrive.

Just hurry up and get this finished."

Raven nodded and said, "Are you sure you guys will be fine?"

"We took out everyone else," said Van weakly. "We should be fine."

"Yea," said Vega. "We'll be fine. Just come back to us in one piece."

Raven couldn't help but smile. "OK," said Raven. "See you guys in a bit."

Raven dashed off tot he elevator and jumped in. The doors closed and the

elevator left. Vega led Van to another elevator that was a minute away. They

made their way into the elevator. Vega hit a button and the doors closed. The

elevator began its decent to the lobby.

"Will he be OK?" asked Van sleepily.

"Yea," said Vega. "He'll be fine, Van. Just fine." Under his breath, Vega said,

"Sorry for the necessary deception my friends."
