Fan Fiction ❯ Catalyst ❯ Capture the Catalyst ( Chapter 2 )
AN: I own these people. Just cause I said so and they don't know. So whatever! Yay! Actually I wish I owned them. Then I'd get laid! HAH!

`Cherish your every living moment. Never can be sure which one to consider your last.'

Ana groaned and answered the phone, 6:35 AM; her mom was calling to wake her up of course. "Nhheeeeeg... Hello?"
"Are you up?"
"No."
"Then sit up silly."
"I'm standing."
"Even better."
"Nuh-huh..."
"Get ready for school, have a good day. Okay?"
"`Lright... bye..." Ana clicked the phone off and tossed off the shirt she slept in. Picking up her bra and putting it on, hooking it in the back. She thus dressed herself further. Black pants random shirt. And went downstairs, picking up her St.C school jacket and putting it over her slender arms she sighed.
She tossed on her shiny black snow boots - actually they were just winter boots - and sat down, watching the clock for 6:50.
"Lucas," she whispered, laying her head back. "Do angels cry?" she whispered further, staring blankly at the ceiling. "Because... you don't..." She laughed silently, smiling. "Twouldst further be the angelic apprehension of the angel's façade. As the angel is a devil within a deep `guise... That further describes my Angel. My sweet. My Lucas. ACH!" Ana fell off the couch and swirled some, grabbing her bookbag and tossing it on her shoulders, grabbing her purse and shoving seven dollars in it as she ran out the door - locking it behind her.
It'd be the last time for a while.
"Time flies when you're having `fun'! Haha!" She ran up the hill, swerving on her toe and running away from her would-be bus stop. Since she seemed to like the one at the top of the hill better. Stayed warmer in the bus if you were in there longer.
--
Climbing off the bus, at school, she slung the purse over her shoulder and began walking, swiftly. Today was going to be a really bad day; it was all in her legs and her shoulders. She felt it in her stomach. She climbed up the rocky hill to the spot where everyone simply waited for the bell to ring. Her eyes shifted wearily around as they always did. She felt eyes upon her, and they seemed to be everywhere. One gaze felt comforting… in front of her. The other seemed so evil and beckoning… behind her. She hurried swiftly to the school building and thus inside the gaze behind her seemed to cease. As did the front one. She looked around and sighed, proceeding to the library to finish her homework.
--
"All right, you can go," Mr. Simone, the health teacher, finally said.
Ana jumped up, just behind Lisa as always and second out the door. Groaning pitifully. "Stupid fat ass…"
Lisa nodded. "People like him need to go away, anywhere but here."
"Like your gay boyfriend?" Ana remarked curtly, grinning viciously as she held the bottle of vanilla coke she bought before class closely to her.
"Hey!"
"Not like mine… Hah. At least *YOURS* cares… mine won't even lay me! That's just wrong!"
"I can see why, you look like a guy!" Chase remarked running ahead of them.
"Shut the fuck up, stupid dumbass!" Ana scowled, knitting her eyebrows angrily.
Ana sat her books down and thus moved to the line to get lunch. Here she felt a gaze on her, behind her now… but it was the same protective, comforting one from before. She looked behind her slowly and frowned. No one. "Gimme the tray Jerry."
"Which one!" Jerry gabbed. Laughing some.
`Gah… Stupid bus driver!'
"Pizza Jerry! Pizza tray."
After finishing lunch Ana slipped outside, drawing books and all. She sighed, gazing outward past the horizon if she would have been able too. She lowered her eyes and sighed. Finding herself walking to the school to go downstairs and put her books away - still out side - like always. But something was stopping her. She turned around, staring in a bit of fear. Eyes wavered slightly as she saw a brisk young man, tousled black hair and piercing crimson eyes. She shuddered some and advanced forward. The man looked like Aoshi from Rurouni Kenshin. Just… He wasn't. She shuddered. His gaze was cold, like ice. He smiled slowly, not the normal nice smile but, a nice smile that reflected cruelty. "Ana." He purred softly, his smile shifting to a grin. "I am Eis Feuer."
"And?" Ana retorted quickly, backing away slowly.
"Don't put up a fight, and I won't hurt you… catalyst."
Ana's sheer scream could have broken glass, as Eis grabbed her by the neck and gently pressed his clawed hand to her face. "Make a false move, beautiful catalyst… and you won't be so beautiful anymore."
"Lower the hand and drop the girl!"

AN: I hope that was cliffhanger enough to wonder how said that. Hah. I know that one was better. I just hope Lisa never reads this. O.O She'd kill me!
