"Would you still be my angel if I let go now? Or do I have to keep rescuing you?"

"If I said either does it still count?"

"Lower the hand and drop the girl!" A woman was holding up a finger - Ooohh… how deadly! A finger! Yes. A finger. The pointer finger. Of course Ana knew this woman. Her spiked black hair was enough. But the bright violet eyes poised even more.

Eis pulled Ana in front of him more. "How upset would you be if you killed her before you killed me?"

The woman's violet eyes flickered. "Do I have to shoot you in the head and cause you a quicker death jackass? Or are you going to let the fucking girl go so we can really fight?"

Eis's fingers slid down Ana's shoulder and he pulled her closer to him as if they were lovers. This made Ana very uncomfortable.

`I feel like I'm going to vomit... this is so disturbing... Lucas!'

"Bideru! Help me, please help me!" Ana sobbed, squirming some as Eis put his other arm around her body. Ana began to cry, hot tears sliding down her fragile cheeks.

Bideru scowled some. "Look at that, Eis! You're making her cry! You can't work a sad catalyst, dumbass!"

"Do you think I care? I'll make her happy." He lifted into the air, holding Ana closely to his body. By this time the whole school was outside. Everyone was watching as Ana, who most of them knew, was lifted away and taken within a matter of seconds.

Bideru stood trembling as she lowered her arm down and clenched her fists, keeping her arms close to her slender body.

"Hey lady!" One young man, with sandy brown hair stepped forward. "What's she a catalyst for?"

"The destruction of planet earth, possibly the universe..."

"Hey, Kyle, do you think we should have been nice to her?"

"Shut up." The tall, sandy haired man hissed as he walked away.

Bideru shook her head and sighed. "No one here knows enough about her to help me, do they?"

"Will Ana be okay?"

"She won't be hurt right!"

"You've gotta save her."

Bideru stared downward. "I need help... I can't do this alone. I need to save her... I know…"

Within seconds she was gone. A murmur arose over everyone.

Hopatcong, New Jersey -

"Holy son of a squirrel!! Bideru?!" Bideru was sitting in the passenger seat of Cassandra's car.

"Cassandra. I need your help."

"Wow. What do you need, a cigarette?" Cassie replied curtly, arching her eyebrows in amusement - obviously she didn't know about Ana yet.

"Ana's been kidnapped…"

"What!" Cassie nearly slammed on the breaks of her car.

"By a man. His name is Eis Feuer... Ana is a catalyst, apparently, and can be used to destroy the world, or possibly even the universe..."

"And... you came to me… why?"
