So many different feelings,

Emotions warring,

A torrent of sensation.

And here I am,

Down on my knees,

Begging you to share yourself with me,

Despite the pain you caused me before.

Disregarding common sense,

Discarding my logic,

I ask, “Be with me?”

When my mind is screaming, `No!'

Am I really foolish enough,

To open my heart to you again?

To give you my trust?

If these tears mean anything,

Then, yes.
