Chapter 3: Ultimate Power

"Oh Hellfire, this is my last call. Make me as powerful as all! Give me the power to destroy the land! Let this world's fate be in the palm of my hand! Make me more powerful than ever before, so I can finally end this war!" Taloko cries as the Book of Hellfire uses ALL its power and gives it to Taloko.

Taloko starts to change and soon, he's 8 stories tall and he has massive wings and flies into the air. The storm gives Taloko the deadly background he need as he looks down at Zinx. Zinx charges and leaps at Taloko who easily strikes him away and then breathes fire on him. Zinx stands and avoids another attack by Taloko. Zinx throws the Destiny Blade at Taloko's chest but it BOUNCES off his chest like rock hitting metal. Zinx retrieved the Destiny Blade but was struck again by Taloko. Kita attacks Taloko until it hits a invisible wall.

"Taloko won't let us interfere. This is a battle between Zinx and Taloko." Ralo explains to Kita.

Zinx falls to the ground, still holding the sword.

"How can I beat Taloko when I can't even hurt him? I need help…" Zinx says, standing.

Then Zinx feels something odd, a boost of strength suddenly lets him rise to his feet. Zinx becomes confused from the sudden jolt of energy that was given to him. He turns and sees Kita with believing eyes. Was she helping him by believing in him?

"She believed in me and I was given some extra strength from her trust. Hmmm…" Zinx thinks but is grabbed by Taloko and is held up to his face.

"You are such a foolish bastard, Zinx. You should have quit when you had the chance." Taloko tells Zinx.

In Blazera, the people of Blazera stand on the mountain tops and watch Taloko and his monstrous size with Zinx at his mercy. Then, one man stands up and shouts "You can do it, Quilian!" Then the other people stand and gain hope. They trust in Zinx and soon, Zinx and the Destiny Blade start to glow. Then, the people of Freezoa hear the shouts of the Blazerians through the blizzard which carried the Blazerians' voices to the Freezoians. Then, they also start to believe in Zinx. The people of Aquo, the wise people, then abandon the fears of the sea and one says in his mind "we believe in you." Soon, Zinx's body and the Destiny Blade shine and Taloko drops Zinx in confusion.

"We believe in you, Zinx!" Vaki shouts.

"We're with you all the way!" Kita cries.

"You have the power…" Ralo says.

Then, Zinx starts to change. His green eyes turn gold and his back sprouts angel wings. Zinx then opens his eyes and his body shines greatly and blinds Taloko.

"Impossible…" Taloko says in terror as Zinx flies into the air.

"Taloko, the Book of Hellfire's spirit is inside you. The book itself is just dust now. So if I destroy you, I destroy Hellfire." Zinx says with a powerful voice.

Taloko is silent and backs away from Zinx, who raises the Destiny Blade.

"This is the end of your reign!" Zinx shouts as he thrusts the sword back.

"No!" Taloko roars as he charges and raises his claw to do a finishing blow.

Then, as Taloko strikes downward, Zinx then appears in front of Taloko's chest. In a split second, a burst of light energy hits Taloko's and Zinx drives the Destiny Blade through his heart. Taloko screams as the holy power of the Destiny Blade starts to decapitate Taloko's heart. Taloko's face starts to burn away and bone shows as Taloko, with one last roar, set flame and Taloko falls to the ground, as ashes. Zinx drops to the ground as he changes back. Kita then notices the barrier's gone so she runs up to Zinx with happiness and presses her lips hard on his. Ralo smiles as Vaki cheers with excitement. Drel looks at himself as he changes back into his old self. Drel apologizes to Zinx for all he has down and Zinx pats him on the back, forgiving him. The cheer of Blazera and Freezoa are loud enough to hear as the storm, created by Taloko, drifts away. The ashes shaped in Taloko's body scatter as the wind blows them away. Taloko's reign has ended…

6 years later, lings from Blazera and Freezoa move to live in the enlarged Quilo. It has turned from a village into a town. Every ling from every culture, even the Aquians, had gone there to help Zinx and his friends rebuild Quilo, which took 3 years. Soon, Vaki created the Q.D.S. (Quilo Defense System), just in case another disaster struck but only peace reigns the lands. Drel has retired from being a warrior and is the most popular blacksmith. Ralo is the one person that kids like to visit if they need advice and Ralo is usually the one to watch over them when they play outside. Zinx, well Zinx, he and Kita were married the day when the repairs on Quilo were finished. Only 5 months of marriage passed when Kita announced she was pregnant with Zinx's baby. When it was born, it was a baby girl and Zinx and Kita were thrilled, they named her Tina and now, she is the one kid that everyone loves and there is not a sad face in sight when she's around. Zinx offer the role of Town Elder to a man named Frali. He is doing a great job but not as well as Yukoro. When Tina was born, the people of Quilo built a statue of Zinx and Kita, in Kita's arms was a bundle that was made to be Tina. Statue Zinx holds the Destiny Blade in his hand. The Destiny Blade now is placed in a small shrine in front of the Town Hall. Zinx looks at the blade he wielded 6 years ago, he looks at not only the Destiny Blade but at his destiny.
