Chapter 2:- THE CHRONO TRIGGER,THE PANTHERMAN AND THE KID

"Stay away from the girl,Chrono Trigger.She only will bring you trouble,"the man with a panther face

appeared in Serge's mind with a girl that had a painting on her face.

"What girl?!!!And who or what are you?!!!!"Serge shouted angrilly.

"The bleeding only a start of the curse.You will suffer more than that after the second moon appears,"

the man continue his speech.

"The second moon?What is that?Who the hell are you?!"Serge asked again.

"My name is Lynx.That is the only thing that I can tell you,"Lynx faded away with the girl and leave

Serge confiusly.

"Serge......"a voice called his name out.

"Serge,wake up."

"Ugghhhhh............"Serge groaned painfully.

"Yo,he's waking up,"

"Where am I?"Serge asked.

"You in the school's clinic,man,"a guy with long hair and wearing a snowcap answered his question.

"That some cut you have there,"he ask.

"Who are you?"Serge ask that man again.

"I am the doctor of this clinic.People in this school called me Doc,"Doc introduced himself.

"What happened?"Serge ask again.

"You were fainted in the class.Man,I never see someone bleed like that,"Nikki said.

Serge turned his head arond and saw Kid laying beside him."Woaahhhh!"he shouted.

"You should thank Kid cause you lossed to many blood but the school's clinic were out of 'O' type blood so

she had donated her blood to you since you and her had the same type of blood,"Doc explained.

"That is some coincidence but that was close.You nearly die,"Glenn said.

<This is so weird.......>.

"What really happened?"Doc asked.

"I dunno.First I saw this man with a panther face outsede the window,he was smiling.Then,the next thing

I know blood came out from my chest,"Serge explained.

"A man with a panther face....Wait I saw the news about him at the T.V. just now,"Doc said.

"What news,"Serge ask.

"The news is about a 'pantherman' escaped from a mental hospital nearby.People said he came out from

a room of a patient named Wazuki,"Doc explained.

"Wazuki?!!!!"Serge almost screamed.

"Why?Do you know this Wazuki guy?"Glenn asked.

"Unfortunenately,yes.And he is my........"Serge's voice stopped there.

"He is your what?"asked Nikki.

"He is............my father,"Serge continued his sentences.

"Say what??!!!!!"Nikki and Glenn shouted at the same time,they didn't believe that a boy like Serge had a

father that is a psycho.

"You must be very brave to admit that your father had a mental problem,"Doc said while put his left hand

on Serge's shoulder.

"What about Kid?Do you know where she live?"Serge ask Glenn and Nikki.

"Didn't we told you?Her adopted parents didn't care about her,she is homeless,"Glenn said while looking

at Kid sadly.

"You mean she sleeps at he sideway?"Serge said.

"Yep,some time even worse when its rain,"Nikki said.

"How does she get the money to pay the school fees?"Serge ask.

"She steals,"Nikki answered shortly.

"Hmmmm,now I get it,"Serge said while scratch his head.

"Well time I went home now.Its almost late I don't want my mother to be worried about me,"Serge said

and he walk to the clinic's door.

"Serge............"Serge heard someone called his name and he turned around.

"It's Kid.I think she must be dreamin' about you"Nikki said.

Serge face suddenly started to blushed.

"Serge,don't die........"Kid said again.

Serge walked to Kid and sat beside her.

"Don't worry I'm not going to die,"Serge holds Kid's hand with his.

Kid opened her eyes and then said,"Serge you're alright.I thought you were dead."

"Kid,why did you help me?You only know me less than 1 day,"Serge asked Kid.

"I dunno.It feels like we already know each other for a long time,"Kid replied.

Suddenly all the memories of them came into Serge mind.Its all about him and Kid spending time

together.

"Kid......"Serge said.

"Yes,mate....."Kid said softly.

"Well,I.....Can't tell you now.maybe later,"Serge got up from the chair and wanted to leave the clinic,

when suddenly Kid grabbed his hand.

"Don't go,"she said.

"Hey,the school is going to close soon,"Glenn said.

"What about Kid where she going to go,"Serge asked Glenn.

"Don't worry about me,"Kid said.

"But you're not well yet.This is because of me,"Serge said regreting himself.

"Well,if you're worried about her so much why don't let her stay at your house?"Nikki suggested.

"Say what?!!!!!"both Kid and Serge yelled at the same time.

"It's only a suggestion,"Nikki said frustly.

"I think I'm gonna have to tell my mom,"Serge said and walk straight to the public phone.

Minutes later Serge comes in and said,"My mom said O.K.".

"Well,you both better get going,"Doc said while he grabbed his bag.

"If anything goes wrong or somebody in your family get sick call me,"he said and walk out from the clinic.

"Well.....let's go,"Serge look at Kid but not dared to look her in the eyes same goes for Kid.
