Chapter 1:Meeting Again
“I don’t think we should see each other anymore…It has nothing to do with you I just have to do this for me.”
This is the standard line that I have gotten from every other guy that I have dated, when you know damn well that it had everything to do with you. The sad thing in my case is that I know what my problem was. I fell in love with another guy and I know he loves me, but I couldn’t put my heart on a silver platter and just give it to him. Because now he’s my friends new boyfriend. I know I could take him from her without even, but I couldn’t do that to her. He gave her more self-esteem. But what I can’t tell her is that I already had her man. Passionate nights together for months until it was gone. My name is Kandice, but you can call me Kandy, and this is my life drama.

“Kandice I would like you to meet my new man, which I’m proud to say is a doctor, Evan.” said my best friend Kymberly.
‘Me and Kym have been girls since we were in diapers, and I consider her to be like my blood sister, but what I saw shocked…I mean shocked the hell out of me, but let me continue.’
Finishing the last sentence of my term paper, I see this carmel colored brother in front of me with olive green eyes, dressed to impress in an black Armani Blazer with pants to match. I just wanted to take a bite out of him and taste him and girls and some guys let me tell you he had an ass that you could bounce ten of twelve quarters off of. He looked so famillar to me. Then I looked at him closely and suddenly I realized the brother standing right in front of me was the one that walked out on me 3 years ago…..had a one night with him that turned into weeks then months. And one day I wake up and find that he’s gone. Well let me get back to the conversation.
After just staring at each other for over a minute, Kym clears her throat to get our attention back to the real world.
“Hey…..my name’s Kandice.” I hold out my hand excepting him to take it and go along with the act like we have never met each other.
“My names Evan.” Stop! Now I don’t know what happened when we touched for the first time in over 3 years, but it sent shivers down my spine. Suddenly I was aware of my surroundings. So sexually aware of him. Then I started to remember the times when we were so close together in the past. Our bodies so close that are breath mixed together….. And that’s when I heard that voice.
“Could I use your bathroom just to freshen up a little bit….I suddenly feel like I got something on my face, because I’m not getting any love.” Kym said jokingly ”No but seriously I have to go, where is it again?”
“Sure girl, right down the hall to your left, don’t want you to get lost in here.”
“ha…I could get lost anywhere.”
“Funny.”
“I try.” I laughed at how crazy she can beat times and then I remembered he was in my house. I turned around and what I saw couldn’t believe.
