[ P - Pre-Teen ]

Please don't kill me Steph, you know that i don't really think that Seb is a minger, oh my what's that! I had my fingers crossed behind my back! Mwahahaha!

Pettigrew had dived for Lupin's dropped wand. Ron, unsteady on his bandaged leg, fell. There was a bang, a burst of light- and Ron lay motionless on the ground. Another bang- Crookshanks flew into the air and back down to the earth in a heap.
'Expelliarmus!' Harry yelled, pointing his own wand at Pettigrew; Lupin's wand flew high into the air and out of sight. 'Stay where you are!' Harry shouted, running forwards.
Too late. Pettigrew had transformed. Harry saw his bald tail whip through the manacle on Ron's arm, and heard a scurrying through the grass.

Jamie Lee rolled onto her stomach, face down in the grass with her arms stretched up above her head. She groaned loudly and her friend sighed and put down the book.
She propped herself up onto one elbow with her cheek resting on her palm and gave the other girl an exasperated look. "You love that book don't you."
"Yeah, I wouldn't be me if I didn't. Claire likes Harry Potter and you don't complain about her."
"No- we all just call her Hermione instead, would you like to be Hermione Becci? Or would you prefer to be Ron."
Becci hit the brunette with the book.
"I just so happen to be a pagan, miss Jamie Lee Potter. So don't you diss witchcraft, since the belief of the witch originally stemmed from pagans."
"So you have said. God, you and Steph are just as bad as each other."
"What, I'm not like Steph- Steph is Steph. The only 'witchcraft' she is interested in are Hexes and curses."
"And the odd aphrodisiac or two to take care of Seb."
The two girls burst into laughter, they knew that they really shouldn't laugh at their friend, but come on. Seb Jardon- he's such a minger!
"I'm going to lunch, you wanna come?"
"Nope, I don't eat lunch."
"Aww- why not?"
"Because I'm fat. I need to go on a diet!"
The taller girl climbed to her feet and reached out a hand to help Jamie to her feet.
"You are not fat. I'm fat."
"Oh my god, how can you say that. I hate it when people who know that they are really thin say that they're fat. It's so annoying. But seriously, I could stand to loose a couple of pounds."
"Yeah but you're really tall so it doesn't matter."
"It does matter! If I loose all the weight then it will make all the difference. I have a second cousin who's older than me, and she looked exactly the same as me when she was my age and then she lost the weight and now she's a model."
"Really?"
"Yes!"
Jamie seemed to consider that fore a moment before looking up at the brunette with a frown.
"I thought you hated models, you said that they were all dumb blonde bimbos and barbie dolls? I thought you were going to be an author, or an artist, or a pop star and that you were going to dedicate everything to me for being the inspiration behind it all?"
"Yeah you wish, anyway, I want to be an author, not an artist and not a singer."
"Yeah, but you're really good at singing and at art; you going to take it for GCSE?"
"Yeah, of course, what options you taking."
"Umm- god knows. Geography and something else."
"You're really indecisive Jamie."
"I noticed." The two girls laughed and stopped in front of the entrance to the junior school and the lunch room, Jamie peered in through the glass front and waved as she caught to of the other girls eyes. "Okay well I'm going to get some grub, sure you don't want to come?"
"Yah, positive. I'll just go and annoy Katie and Beth."
"Right. Tell them to come and meet me in lunch if they haven't already had it."
"Right."
Jamie veered off towards the lunch room and Becci watched her back for a moment before turning around and starting back up passed the huts and the music room towards the girls entrance.
She punched in the door code and entered the main senior school building, walking passed the cloakrooms and toilets, she made her way down the corridor to 9H's form room. She poked her head around the door, but no one was there.
Becci didn't feel like going to look for anyone, that was a down fall of hers, she tended to be very reclusive, she'd had two friends at her old school and although she had quite a few friends here and was definitely on good terms with the majority of her year, then this was the first year in all her time being at Saint martins that it had actually happened. And even now, she never actually did much with those friends after school, of course she would occasionally ask Beth or Katie or someone to the movies with her or into Solihul after school on a Friday but really it wasn't much.
She guessed that she just had to face the fact that she would never be popular, not that she couldn't have been if it wasn't for Mrs Lathen. That had been the first teacher she'd ever had in junior and infants school, Mrs Lathen had put her down so much that in one year, she'd managed to turn the little girl completely around.
It really wasn't fair, she'd been such a bubbly child once.
She veered off towards her own form room. She wouldn't find any friends there obviously. 9J was renowned for having the most popular girls in the school and although she got on reasonably well with most of them then they really were in a whole different wave length to her and she'd try to avoid speaking to them all for too long if she possibly could.
Not that she couldn't talk to them, she was always up to date. It's just she never used to be and that had made the indent in her personality of never wanting to slip up in front of these people, and the more she talked to them the higher the chance of that happening was.
And it didn't really help that she got on better with boys anyway.
Ahh, the difficulties of going to a girls school.
She dumped her bag by her desk and fished out her mobile and the mini iPod (pink of course) that had dad had managed to get for her for christmas, they're were so pro's to having your dad work at apple.
Slipping the forbidden electronics into the pocket of her skirt and clutching her book to her chest, she turned and left the room without talking to the rest of the girls huddled in the back corner of the form room, squealing over the fact that Nat Cip had seen Matt Lee fooling around behind Katy's back last Saturday in Touchwood with that blonde tart from Tudor Grange, but they weren't going to tell her because she was just a slag anyway, and nobody really liked her when it came down to it.
Oh the complexities of a teenage girl's life, like that wasn't old news by now. It was obvious that Matt had been cheating on Katy for ages now, anyway, give her a few more days and she'd work it out for self.
Leaving room 30 she steered off to her left and back down the corridors she'd just come up, passing 9H's form room, she took a quick glance inside but it was still empty so she carried on out of the girls entrance, and with a quick look up and down to check for teachers, she clarified that she was indeed alone and crossed over to the huts.
The huts were exactly what they were called. A little hut, with three rooms in it, separated with doors. They had the same door code as the rest of the school but could be locked from inside as well.
Their were two doors at opposite ends, one was the one you entered through and the other one was a fire exit so you couldn't get in that way anyway. During Becci's second year they had been used as the cloakrooms whilst the extension on the main body of the school had cut off al the girls from their normal ones.
Then at the beginning of her third year, the first years had used them for dance changing rooms, whilst the proper year 7 changing rooms were being redone.
The girls had been so worried that a male teacher would pass by and see through the windows whilst they were semi naked that they had insisted on all the windows in the first little room where they changed being blacked out.
Of course, they had also insisted on heaters on each wall and proper lighting of course.
And now they were empty, unused and out of bounds, the perfect place for a girl who wanted to be alone.
Quickly punching in the door code, Becci slipped in side and turned on the lights, she locked the door and closed the one leading to the next room to keep the warm air in before making her route around the room to switch the heaters to manual and turn them up high. She checked that the windows were closed and that none of the black out covering had been peeled off then took out her phone, iPod and book and settled down on the floor underneath the gap in between two of the windows where their was a fan heater on the wall, letting the warm air blast down her back when she leant forwards huddling over her book
She set the alarm on her phone for 12:05 ten minutes before the end of lunch break, then plugging herself into her iPod and turning the music up loud (but not so loud that she couldn't hear her phone of course) she set about, opening her book to the right page.
It wasn't long before her reading was interrupted.

Sirius Black pulled his knees up to his chest and wrapped his arms around them, rocking back and forwards and staring at his best friend until it made the other boy uncomfortable.
"Padfoot, will you quit staring at me, what do you want?'
"I'm bored!" The blue eyed boy whined and pouted prettily, fluttering long dark lashes at his bespectacled friend. The Headboy turned around and attempted to give his friend a dark look, but when one was dealing with a boy as utterly adorable as one Sirius Black then dark looks did not come easily, luckily Remus decided to come to Prongs' rescue.
"If you're bored Paddy then maybe you should go for a walk, it's a beautiful day. Why stay all cooped up inside." The werewolf looked up from his book and calmly gauged the dark haired boys reaction.
At first it looked like he was going to resent his friends suggestion but that quickly changed when Peter perked up with the suggestion that Snivillus might be outside, after all, he normally was.
Mind made up, Sirius pulled on his jacket and turned to his friends for companionship, the three of them readily agreed and soon James and Sirius were down by the lake looking for their slytherin rival and having disapproving looks shot at them from their friend Remus as Peter trailed behind them, following their every move in anticipation.
They soon found who they were looking for.
"Oi, Snivilly." The long haired boy jumped, still not used to being interrupted even after all these years. He was on his feet in an instant, their was something gold hanging on a chain around his neck.
"What's that." Sirius, made a grab for the gold thing, feeling slightly miffed that he didn't know what it was and therefore didn't own one. Jerking back in reflex, Severus Snape clamped one hand around the gold thing at his throat, shielding it away from the bigger boy, and quickly trying to stuff it out of harms way down the neck of his top.
No such luck.
Sirius made another dive for it before Snivillus could get it out of sight and this time, by sheer luck, managed to grab the chain. He tugged at it hard and felt the loops of the chain snap and shatter between his fingers, breaking loose from his grasp as the little golden time turner was flung high up into the air, the little hourglass spinning furiously on it's little golden axis even as the main body of it spun at a much slower rate, twirling around and around on its fast downwards descent. And as it plummeted back toward the ground, two sets of hands reached up towards it, one set paler and more delicate than the other more bronze toned one.
Both sets of hands clasped around it, fingers locking unwillingly together as the ground jolted and shifted out from underneath them as the floor dropped out and spiralled away with a last yell of "Sirius!" seeping through their subconscious before they hit the ground.
There was a scream from beside them- or was that underneath them- and then someone- a girl- was yelling and kicking before, finally they blacked out.

Like don't like, I'm not sure where this idea came from but it's here and now I need your input. What do you think, should I continue or not.
R&R will ya!
Thanx!
