Five days later after the breakfast incident Starfire was walking down one of the many winding hallways of Titans Tower. She totally had Adam on the brain. Not that she loved him or had full romantic feelings for him yet it's just the mere thought of him caused her to smile, blush uncontrollably, and lose contact with reality. Everything about him turned her on, his eyes, his hair, his talents, his strength, everything about him she found absolutely stunning. However Starfire was shaken out of her dreams when she heard stirring in the gym. Sounds like yelling, slamming, and pounding could be heard. The sounds echoed throughout the tower drawing a curious Starfire towards it. When she appeared within the doorway of the gym room she found Robin and Adam in the middle of Adams personal wrestling ring, since he used it to train he had it set up in an open area in the gym where he could train or help others train to his hearts content. Starfire walked in further as what Adam and Robin were doing became more clear, Adam had Robin in some kind of hold where he was behind Robin and had his body between Robins left arm and main body area, while he wrenched Robins body by his waist. It looked like he was stretching Robins body, to which Robin looked like he wasn't enjoying too much. They both caught a glimpse of Starfires presence and said "oh, hey Starfire" she said cheerfully "hello Robin, and Adam. May I ask what you are doing?" Robin said "Adam's showin' me some wrestling moves" Adam said "yeah, I just showed him how to do the Abdominal Stretch" Robin nodded "I realized that wrestling moves are actually good for combat so I'm hoping to learn a few" Adam said "you've already got quite a few down. You could be a pro like me once you've learned enough. Now lets get back to business wanna join in Starfire?" She declined "no I believe I will enjoy watching you teach Robin wrestling maneuvers Adam" "suit yourself" they both said as they went back to work.
Starfire watched in awe as Adam taught Robin tons of stunning wrestling moves, grapples, and holds. Every single move whether
it was a punch, a kick, or even a jump off the top rope, every move Adam used was a vision of beauty and perfection that only
someone of equal beauty and perfection could achieve. (now if that's not love I don't know what the hell it is. Wait...ahh
crap!!!!!) She continued to watch, Adam mostly until Da N00blar sauntered into the gym and said "hey Adam!" Adam and Robin
stopped, Adam walked over to the ropes and said "huff puff huff hey Da Noob what’s up?" "I gotta tell you something" "huff
okay" he turned so his back was against the ropes and flipped out, Da N00blar led him into the hall way. Adam said "you keep
practicing running against the ropes Robin I'll be back in a few seconds" "Ok" he said and started doing the drill Adam
instructed him to do. Starfire was curious as to what Adam and Da N00blar were talking about so she crept up to the doorway
and listened in secret. Da N00blar said "dude I just figured it out I love Raven she's unlike any girl I've ever met she's
awesome man." Adam said "that’s great man, glad you guys are hittin' it off." "Well we're not exactly hitting it off I'm not
sure if she even likes me yet. For all I know she hates my guts." "Aww come on" said Adam "you guys are so cool together you
just gotta wait awhile. I mean spend some time with her, get to know her a little more, do some romantic things for her, you
know give her that fiery charm that you got." Da N00blar nodded "yeah your right Adam. Thanks. It's no wonder they call you
the Heart Break Kid Jr." Starfire giggled lightly. Da N00blar said "so you hit it off yet with Starfire?" "Huh?" thought
Starfire, she began to listen more intently. "I don't know. I like her....actually I really like her, she's the most amazing
girl I've ever seen." Starfire gasped and she continued to listen in. "Do you think you'll do it with her?" "No dude I'm not
lookin' to score anytime soon but finding a girlfriend or at least a girl who likes me that way would be cool." "What are you
talkin' about tons of chicks like you." "Yeah but their just fans, they like me for how I'm portrayed not how I act in the
real world [sigh] if only I could find a girl who truly liked me." Starfire frowned and thought that ’s how she kind of
is. She had learned about love and affection while on Earth, and had even had a crush on Robin for awhile but sadly it
quickly faded away. People did really like her and she had great friends but nobody truly loved her. Da N00blar patted his
best friends shoulder "well do you think Starfire likes you" "I don't know" "well just wait and see, follow that advice you
gave me, remember you’re the Heart Break Kid." "I'm the second one dude." "Yeah well...whatever" said Da n00blar, rolling his
eyes.


Later when it was getting rather late, around 11:00 Robin decided to postpone his wrestling training with Adam for another
day, mostly because his entire body felt like total hell. Robin said as he rubbed his neck in agony and stood in the doorway
"hey maybe we can do this some other time I got things to do to marrow, see ya" as he left Adam and Starfire alone in the gym
he said "ouch" his voice echoing in the hallway. Adam looked at Starfire as she stood outside the ring, wiping sweat from his
brow he said "phew, Robin can pack one helluva punch and he's a fast learner" Starfire giggled "yes I suppose he is, and you
are a very good teacher Adam. You explained in so much detail about all of the maneuvers you showed Robin. Right down to the
very last nerve ending that pain is inflicted on by the move." Adam smiled and said "aww thanks Starfire" she nodded and
began to walk out of the gym but Adam stopped her "wait a minute" she turned her head back to him and saw him leaning against
the ropes, facing her. Adam said "now that Robin's gone wanna practice a few moves? If we do some I can get you more familiar
with what I do." Starfire said "umm I am not certain I am up to it Adam" "why not" he asked in a pleading tone. Her feet
mindlessly guided her back toward the ring, she was totally unaware that she was even mobile when she said "I fear for your
safety Adam. Those moves you performed on Robin injured him as well as you. I do not wish to hurt you because you may know
that I'm much stronger than I look." Adam thought "she's actually concerned for me? Dude...." he said "I know your strong
Starfire. Hell you'd have to be strong after the way I saw you take down Plasmus, Cinderblock, and Overload the other day"
Starfire said "you really think I am strong Adam?" He said "hell yeah, you’re a million times stronger than me, you’re the
strongest woman I've ever met and believe me I met some strong chicks. Where in your awesome body do you pack all that muscle" Starfire blushed, flattered by his comments she thought "he thinks I am stronger than him" than said "I am not sure, Tamaranean females normally have skinny forms. Is it unappealing to you Adam" Adam thought "she's actually asking for my opinion" he said "no, actually I like the way your body looks. Your VERY appealing Starfire, in mind and body." She blushed deeper and asked "what do you mean?" She mindlessly motioned for help into the ring. Adam accommodated her and helped her onto the outside of the ropes. Adam said "I mean you've got a great body, your skin looks beautiful, your eyes have a great sparkle and your hair looks so soft and smooth and tangle free, Besides your looks your very smart, your fun to talk to, you've all ways got something witty and funny to say, and your fun to hang around with." Starfire flushed an even greater red and said "really" Adam smiled and nodded. Starfire said, smiling back "thank you very very much Adam, no one has ever appraised me in that fashion" she thought "now I to understand why he is called the Heart break Kid...Jr." Adam said "hey I'm only speaking the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Are you sure you don't want to practice some moves Starfire you're here in the ring" Starfire thought as the hotness in her cheeks slowly died down "huh" she looked down and found that it was true. Her feet mindlessly led her into the ring as if fate was guiding her as Adam complimented her. Unsure whether to say no or yes Starfire said "are you aware that I may injure you" Adam said "I took my share of cuts and bruises, nothing I can't handle" Starfire inwardly sighed and said "ok let us begin."


Adam got in a battle stance and said "lets start with a basic move, I believe you've seen me use the clothesline?" Starfire
nodded "yes I have, tell me how do you use it?" Adam said "it's fairly simple. Run at me as fast as you can, stick your arm
out, and hit me right across the neck with your arm. That way you can hurt my neck, knock me off my feet, and hit my head on
the ground. For a move so simple it hurts a lot." Starfire nodded "I have seen you use it a lot, such as the way you once
defeated nearly half of an army of Slade robots." "Yeah" said Adam "ok now come at me and do it" Starfire was reluctant to do
this move because she knew it would hurt Adam and that was the very last thing she wanted to do. "Ok I will do it" Starfire
remembered leaned back and bounced against the ropes, catapulting her forward. She closed her eyes, extended her star bolt
powered arm, and ran as fast as she could which was actually pretty fast despite the fact she flew or hovered most of time.
Adam stepped forward, thinking since she never did something like this before she would miss the mark and it wouldn't hurt so
much but he was sadly mistaken. Starfires arm went straight into Adams neck with quadruple the force. The minute Adams neck
came in contact with Starfires arm his footing slipped and he fell backward onto the canvas, his head slamming and bouncing
off. Realizing what she had done Starfire dropped to her knees and inspected the fallen boy "Adam?! Adam?! Are you
undamaged?!" He appeared to be unconscious. Beyond worried for her fallen comrade Starfire placed Adams head on her lap and
stroked his cheek in an attempt to revive him. She said, a tear almost coming to her eyes as it looked like Adam was
unconcious "Adam please wake up, I would be deeply saddened if I caused your death." She stroked his cheek more, not a sign
of life in the young boys face. Tears were forming rapidly in her eyes, she hated this more than anything. All Adam wanted to
do was just teach her wrestling moves, and get her more acquainted with what he's all about and she severely hurt, possibly
killed him. Just the thought was unbearable. "Please" she thought "I need you Adam." Starfire looked up into space, not
wanting to look at Adam, a single tear fell down her cheek and onto Adams face.


As if by some miracle Adam stirred and started coughing, trying to get air back into his lungs. Starfire gasped and opened
her eyes, she looked down to find Adam coughing as if he had bad lung cancer. Starfire looked down at him, lightly getting
sprayed by a mist of spit. (eww) Breathless and happy Starfire said "Adam you are alive" she pulled him into a super tight
hug, happy her friend was alive and well. Adam coughed over her shoulder and said hoarsely "yeah, I'm ok Starfire." Suddenly
realizing the cause of his injury Starfire pulled him away and stood up "I am sorry for what I did Adam, I will leave now."
Adam looked at her questioningly and said "why" Starfire said "I hurt you doing a wrestling move, I did not want to hurt you
and I am afraid I did just that" he could see a tear stain on her face. Adam quickly got up and grabbed her hand before she
exited the ring and said "wait Starfire." They both blushed as they eyed their hands, Adam held hers firmly yet delicately.
He said "it's fine Starfire, I told you to give everything you had and you did just that. Great job Starfire" Starfire
thought "he is congratulating me? But why?" Starfire said "why are you congratulating me, I hurt you, did I not?" Adam said
"like I said I took my fair share of bumps and bruises and this was no different. But damn Starfire I've never been hit like
that before by anybody. I thought I was gonna be out for real." "Oh is that true Adam" she said. He nodded "most definitely.”
you’re the first person I've ever wrestled or train with who's actually hurt me like that. It actually felt like my throat was gonna be crushed." Starfire said "Should I be flattered or upset that I nearly broke your throat" Adam laughed "you should be glad, nobodies ever done something like that to me ever. You know Starfire if you worked at it you could become the woman champion of professional wrestling." Starfire wasn't totally sure of what he meant but she said "I could?" Adam said "yeah your good enough to become the greatest woman wrestler ever." Even though she was still very unclear about this Starfire
clapped and said "yay that would be wonderfull Adam. Could we continue training using wrestling moves?" Adam sweat dropped
nervously, remembering how strong she was and how much that one clothesline hurt "uh...he he maybe we could put that on hold.
I'm kinda tired." Starfire shrugged her shoulders and said "I understand, I am very fatigued from today’s activities also."
Adam asked, a blush coming back to his face "mind if I walk you back to your room?" Starfire smiled "no I do not." Adam
escorted her back to her room, held the door open so she could walk in, said good night, than walked back to his room.
