Fan Fiction ❯ Maho Tenshi ❯ First Meetings ( Chapter 1 )
Chapter One: First Meeting
Blood red eye's, pain and great loss are the only thing's 16 year old Aaruko could remember about his past. Now and again, something would come to him, but it would leave just as quickly. After about a year of it, he'd started gettng use to it. Hiding his worries by beating the shit out of people who annoyed him, and by joining the Gehere School for Fighters. Which was where he was currently headed...once the train arrived. Sitting with two nap sac's and a sword case beside him, he watched as people walked around the train station. Aaruko was waiting for the train that woukld take him to Gehere city, which was just south of the school.
Letting out a yawn, he rested his face in his hands, sunglasses covered eyes closed under the dark shades. It had been three long nights since he had gotten even a half decent sleep. Curse his dream invoked memory and the monsters that littered the road between where he'd been staying and where he was now. He was tired, and felt like showering was a scared act. With any luck, he would get some sleep while on the day long train ride.
"Train 13 to Gehere is now boarding. Passingers please move to platform 2." Aaruko jumps to his feet, startled out of a half sleep he had slipped into while waiting for the train to arrive. Suppressing the animalistic growl that formed in his throat at his own childish behavior, he snatched up his bags and sword case. How stupid of him to drift of like thatwhen he could have missed his train? Mumbling he made his way to the platform that had been annouced over the interrcom.
He made his way, as quickly as he could, past the many people loading onto the train. Ignoring a lady who insisted he put his bags with all the rest of the luguage, he made his way the first compartment he could find. Tossing his bags carelessly onto the table in the middle of the room and placeing his sword, a lot less haphazardly, beside said table, Aaruko went over to the bunk bed in the corner. Flopping down onto the bottom bunk off the bed, he released a content sigh. Closing his eyes, he almost imedately passed out, only staying awake long enough to remove his shades and toss them from where he lay to the table with his things. He didn't even check to see if they landed where he aimed, though it would be a first anyways, he fell into blessed sleep.
Unfortunetly, every good thing must come to an end, some are just a lot quicker than others. In this case, the end was only 7 minutes in coming. The compartment door opening and slaming closed, just as the train started to, with a large amount of noise, move was what woke Aaruko. Growling ferally, he sat up on the bed and glared at the interuder who dared bother his sleep. He wasn't the best person to annoy on a reagular basis, and when he was sleepy, it was worse.
A tall dirty blonde haired male stood near the compartment door. He was wearing a pair of torn and grass stained blue jeans, a white shirt and a brown vest. Hanging in the green eyed males chain belt was a Hurak, a type of staff like weapon with magick storing orbs on either end and spikes surrounding the grip in the middle. As far as Aaruko knew, they were very good weapons once charged up. Not that he cared, he just wanted the guy out of HIS compartment. The sooner the better.
"What the fuck are you doing here?" Aaruko asked in his normally blunt way.
The male, who appeared about his age if not a bit older, grined. "Same as you. Going to Gehere Trainin school, just got transfered over from Jadol today." He answered Aaruko, before giving the male an odd, shocked, look.
"What you looking at?" Aaruko snapped, not bothered by the other teen knowing where he was going. It was a pretty easy thing to guess. Just like he knew what it probably was that the other guy was staring at.
"Your eye's." The newcomer said. "I've never seen eyes glow before...nor seen purple eyes in genral." Aaruko snorted at that.
"My eye's aren't purple, their amythest." Aaruko was again being blunt. "And they only glow when I'm pissed." That wasn't all true. His odd, dark violet colored, eye's also glowed when it was dark or when he was using magick, but that was beside the point. "And now that your done staring, go away."
"I would leave, but there wasn't any other empty rooms next to this one. This is the only one left." The dirty blond teen informed Aaruko, moving away from the door and over to the table littered with Aaruko's things. "So you best get happy with me for the rest of the trip." A goofy grin cover the teens face.
Aaruko snarled semi quietly. Man did he hate obsesively happy people...or happy people on a hole. And his new compartment mate for the trip seemed to fal into the first colum. "As long as you let me sleep, I'll be happy." Aaruko said. His room-mate grinned.
"Sure, I'll let you sleep, but I'd like to know your name first. I mean, we're gona be going to the same school, might aswell know who each other are." He said back. "I'm Ronai Sadera."
Aaruko frowned for a moment, insticts he didn't understand but had saying not to tell, but reasoning seeing no reason not to tell. After a minute, he sighed. "I'm Aaruko, plain and simple." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ End of chapter One. Since I even get confused with them, and I made them, I decided that I'm gona put how to prenouce the character names and other important junk at the buttom of the chapters. So=
