Ok, don't laugh, but Izabella was my first cat. She was just a kitten, but somehow she had gotten pregnant, and when I found her she was almost dead. I fed her, and she got a little better, but the next day she died. This poem is for her.

So fragile and small,
T'was love at first sight,
My sweet Izabella,
You were mine for a night.
But it could not last,
Though my love was strong,
You were too weak,
You couldn't last long.
I know you can't see me,
But I hope that you know
That although you are gone,
I still love you so.
Dedicated to Izabella, my little angel. I miss you, Bella.
