A Portrait.

Two front teeth, too big,

Brown hair, not dryed,

Pulled back with no effort,

White, white skin,

Black lips and black eyes, looking egyption,

Ripped jeans, Ripped top,

Safety pins for good measure,

Stripy stockings,

6 million necklaces and bangles,

On a bus going home,

Being stared at,

Being jeered at,

Wondering about life,

As the sun falls through the rain

and lights the day up,

Just a little.
