Shadow Legend
and Sheik walked the fields together, the Moonlight shining a path for them, but, not where they had been last seen. Now, the two were in Termina. And.. beside the fact of them no longer being in Hyrule, things were the same. Both still felt a little out of place. The two were soon at Great Bay and sat down in the sand. "Sheik, how did you become seperated from her?" Link asked. "Zelda, I mean.." he explained, looking out to the Great Bay lab. "I know how I was removed from Link.. I'll tell my story, if you'll tell your's.." the Hero of Darkness said with a slight smile. Sheik nodded. "All right.. well.. it started like this..." he explained slowly, trying to recall it all before he spoke.

Hero of Time was walking through the Water Temple, cursing it's very existence. "Damnit.. I hate this place!! All this to awaken another sage, but this temple is just too much! Rauru asks the impossible of me!!!!" he yelled, walking into a room which looked more like something that should be in the Forest Temple. It had trees.. and water on the ground. He walked to the end of the room, where the exit of the room was blocked by bars. "Damn it!!!!" Link yelled, pulling the Master Sword and hitting it against the bars. "Damn you, you stupid door! Open the Hell up!!" he screamed, before turning around, seeing something at the tree. "...what the Hell..?" he asks in question. Link walked up to it, looking into the crimson eyes of one who looked just like him. "Nani...?" he asked in confusion.[/i]
that's it..simple as that. Link was so mad.. that it took form. I was born through hatred. But.. when Zelda reversed time.. I was not destroyed, but, instead, I became a child. I found myself in a strange land.. and.. many people there acknowledged me as 'Link' which I never would have expected in Hyrule. But, even the same, I went to Hyrule. And.. I lived here for ten years already. Life was Hell until now. Many people thought I was a minion of Ganondorf.. because they knew that I wasn't Link, truly. I tried to live in Kakariko at first.. Impa turned me away. So, I tried to live in Kokiri..but, Link was there. Well.. now he's at the Castle.. but.. I couldn't go there. Zelda knew I wasn't him.." he explained.
sighed. "You love her, huh?" she said, turning away. They'd known each other only about a month now. Living in Termina.. together.. and, yet, Dark Link still loved Zelda, not her. What a waste Sheik was. "Well then go to her.. kill Link and you could win her from him.. simple as that..even I understand that." she said, though, hoping for something else. Not knowing what.. just.. not wanting to be alone again. She.. thought this was the one Zelda had seperated her for. But.. Link was right. Sheik had been cast away just because she caused Zelda problems.
shook his head. "No. Zelda isn't mine, nor do I want her. I have you.." he said with a faint smirk. "Now, Sheik... tell me your story.. how did you and her become seperate?" he asks.
kind of funny.. really. You know Zelda has amazing magic.. right?" Sheik asked, and Link nodded. "Well.. simple as that, one day she said that she didn't need to be able to become Sheik..so, she pulled out a spell book.. chanted me away.. except when the incantation was finished.. there I was beside her. Heh.. it was funny.. before I left.. Link dragged me into his room.. and we made out a while, before he realized I wasn't her..I promised him I wouldn't tell her.. and I left the Castle.." she explained laughing some. "It was funny.. your other side is so dense.."
I know what's what and who's who.." Dark Link finished. Sheik nodded. And, as Link was about to move to Sheik and kiss her, something caught his eye. "...A Like Like.." he muttered. "If you'll excuse me.." he mutters, looking at the thing, pulling his Shadow Saber into his right hand. His crimson eyes study the Like Like carefully. "Hehehehehe.. I love fighting.." he says, holding the Shadow Saber's hilt tightly in his right hand. The Like Like began moving first, though, slithering it's way to Link like the snake it was. Link just smirked. "Come on.. do it you son of a bi*ch..." he says. The Like Like quickly squirms to Link and swallows him instantly, however.. the Hero of Darkness not being able to be seen.
NO!" Shiek screamed, pulling out her katana quickly, but, it wouldn't be needed.
within the beast, smirked a bit, holding the blade in his right hand tightly. He began to channel magic unto the blade, his crimson eyes focusing on his prison before he closed them. Twisting his wrist slowly, Link spun in place, within the beast, releasing a golden ring of energy from within the Like Like. A column of the beast was destroyed, and the two halves fell together, then, melted nice and slowly.. freeing the Hero of Darkness. "Man.. that was pathetic.." he explained. But, then Link saw it. "You..." he said with a smirk. "You exist still in life here, ne?" Link asked again. Sheik just stood there in confusion, but Link motioned for her to back off. "Morpha.. come." he said, lifting his left hand and motioning for it to come.
water beast came upward, it's core easily seen, though, unreachable through the water barrier around the beast. It seemed to like Link right now. Like him as an opponent, that is. It lashed it's body outward at Link, it's water like body moving so very quickly, almost as if bending speed itself, the water not even seeming to splash as it flew at Link and knocked him backward, hitting him into the small brick fence that was in front of the Fisherman's house.
smirked a bit. "You're very good. I underestimated you, creature.. you are much more than what you were in the Water Temple, aren't you my friend?" Link asked, holding the Shadow Saber in his hand tightly, looking at his opponent at first. If his counterpart did this battle and won, so could he. He had to think, though. Sheathing the Shadow saber suddenly, Link smirked. "I know what to do...come on.." he says, pulling his bow into his left hand, loading an arrow into it slowly and aimed toward the core, pulling back the string of the bow all the way to his shoulder, and, the bow itself was in front of him. Smirking, Link released the string, a sort of 'pwong' sound escaping the string as it released the arrow. But.. this was merely a distraction. He quickly put the bow in it's place in his satchel and pulled the black Hookshot he carried. As the arrow barely pierced the core, Link aimed the hookshot, a red dot appearing on the core through the water. He pulled the trigger, the hook firing into the water, latching into the core, then retracting, though still pierced on the Hookshot. Link smirked. "Hello, Morpha.." Link said, moving the Hookshot to his left hand and pulling the Shadow Saber into his right. Link stabbed the Shadow Saber into the core, pinning it to the ground, stabbing through the center, then pulling the blade out. The core squirmed.. but.. then stopped moving all together.."Good night.."
looked at Link in shock. "...you fight much better than him.." she said, moving to the man she cared for and sighing.
course.. I'm the better half.. just like you're Zelda's.." Link said with a smirk, then, kissed Sheik on the lips. "What say we head back to town, Koi?" he asks.
blushed. "Koi, huh? Since when am I your love?" she asked, a bit surprised.
I didn't tell you I loved your yet?" he asked. She shook her head. "Well I love you, happy, Sheik?" he said, putting his weapons away and looking to Clock Town. "Let's head home." he said, taking her hand and beginning to lead her away, Sheik still blushing, at a loss for words.
someone watched the two counterparts to Zelda and Link. "Ah...so, you two are seperate from the true forms. I can easily fight you and take your lives.. and so I will.." the voice echoed, looking to his brown left hand, a glowing golden Triangle being there. "You may not have what I desire.. but.. I will still take your lives.." the voice echoed, then, his form disappeared from view...
