Part One- Lucifer’s Fall
WARNING: Contains violence, blood, and religious context.
Chapter 5------
Blood the color of jeweled rubies had long since flooded the plain before Ralmuci. Feathers lay scattered about, as if ripped away by a demented child and left forgotten when the pain was gone from the victim. Bodies of both the defenders of the great city and the attackers, the rebellious, lay scattered and broken like dolls forgot. Swords of those dead still weakly flamed without their masters’ spirits to guide them.
Yet it was not yet over. Seir knew that it was far from over. He had known ever since he had led the very first charge against Ralmuci with Raphan and Lucifer. The rebellious had the upper hand of surprise, a sweet mistress in battle, but before his rebellion, Lucifer had helped to train the warriors of Ralmuci into the perfect army. And Seir knew that Lucifer was the greatest of teachers, if only because of his ability to instill the knowledge in the person’s very being.
He walked fearlessly through the carnage that seemed to appear around him. Lucifer and Raphan had long since been separated from him by the battle, and he didn’t doubt that Lucifer probably would have retreated back a little to be the general that he was supposed to be. Seir was supposed to be a general as well, but it did not matter to him.
He leapt into the sky, wings of black obsidian color beating powerfully with the hiss of flames underneath. His sword flamed hot blue-white, standing out brightly from the angels of Ralmuci. A group of angels were beating back a few of the rebellious troops, and Seir grinned, a blood thirsty light springing to his eyes as he charged the group. The angels defending themselves gained courage as he approached, knowing of his competence in battle.
In only a moment Seir was in the midst of yet another battle. His blade moved in a delicate pattern, much like a graceful butterfly, but the deadliness as it struck home in an opponent's chest drew the angels of Ralmuci’s attention to him. Two flew at Seir, and he only grinned wider, a fanged grin that seemed almost to display a twisted self that few had ever seen.
Deftly, he parried a blow while flying to his left. The angels tried to follow him, and were met with a flurry of attacks that seemed to be coming from both above and below. Angelic anger began to boil in their bloods as they realized that he was only playing with them, taunting them.
Seir flew ever higher, swooping every now and then to taunt the angels with a few well-placed scratches. They were becoming ever angrier, as well, moving in perfect tandem as one sped above Seir only to have the other try and distract him with his own increase in speed at the renegade. Seir laughed in glee, seeing the move coming long before they ever planned it. He dove down at the angel speeding towards him, twisting in midair to appear behind the angel. Even as the angel tried to turn to face Seir, Seir’s sword had vanished in a blaze of glory, leaving him barehanded.
Seir followed the angel’s turn, grabbing the angel forcibly by his wings. His female counterpart, seeing the sudden plan gone wrong, tried to change her charge above into a dive below to save him. Seir gripped tightly, feeling angelic bone crunching in his grip, hearing the scream of his opponent. He lost any grip he had left to his restraint, and his laugh carried over the battlefield, insane and blood-filled, as he ripped the angel’s wings from his back by hand. The angel was grabbed by his wrist, and the female counterpart brought her sword crashing down on Seir’s hand.
Seir instantly let go of the other angel, retracting his hand in a low hiss of pain. “Hekxe(1)!” he growled at her in Hentai, his sword once again appearing as he charged at her. She was already in full flight with her companion in her arms, making for the gates of Ralmuci.
“Sssatan!” a voice snapped, drawing his attention back to the battle below him. Lucifer was below him, sword in hand. Blood was glistening on Seir’s leader’s pure white robes, marring his image. The angels of Ralmuci from when Seir first charged them were gone. Seir had little idea just where they were, considering Lucifer’s mercilessness in battle.
“Hekxe vecklite dik(2)!” he shouted back at Lucifer, anger still bubbling under the surface of his skin. “Ex kreend ovber(3)!!” Lucifer yelled back even louder, his voice a torrent of thunderstorms and lighten bolts, cowing even Seir in his anger. He followed where Lucifer’s blade to where he was pointing. The mass of the battle was taking place there.
Seir thought for a moment, hanging in the air, not even a stone’s throw from the chaos. Lucifer looked as if he were about to yell at him again, this time enforced with actions, when Seir beat his wings one final time before heading full speed toward it. His blade vanished yet again, and behind his eyes of blue-white were flames of twisted purity, beautiful and ugly all at once.
A cackle of malicious intent escaped him as he joined yet again in battle.

Please post/review, as always. Now the battle is begun in earnest, and Part One will be ending within at least three chapters. I don’t know how long the battle will last, but I’m thinking two other chapters besides this one. What do you think? There will be another chapter that will resolve their punishment, no matter what, and one of the battle chapters will likely have information concerning other angels views on this. There might be an epilogue, if I see reason for one.
