the Hive kids recoiled slightly. Jynx tried a hex wave but it didn't have any effect. Devin smiled as they were all transported to a construction site.
“This should make things a little more funny,” Devin said with the smile still on his face.
Jynx fired several hex waves at the steal beams surrounding Devin. the beams fell and cut through Devin, every time a beam cut through it left a jagged edge. Devin's smile got wider as he disappeared like smoke.
his voice started to come from every shadow at the same time, “You three are starting to bore me.”
Raven saw Devin emerge behind Mammoth, Devin winked at her before Gizmo yelled, “Mammoth behind you.”
Mammoth grabbed a steel beam and swung at Devin. Devin went flying. When he landed he sat up holding his side, “Damn that wasn't fun.”
“If you didn't like that then you'll hate this,” Mammoth said as he brought the beam back ready to stab Devin.
Mammoth brought the beam down and Devin caught it just before it reached him. He smirked and chuckled, “Did you really think that a demon would be weaker then you? Ha! I'm insulted.”
Devin lifted the beam with one hand with Mammoth on the other end and rose to his feet. He used the shadows to form a pair of black bat like wings and he let out his demon side. He threw his head back and laughed his demon laugh as his fangs glistened in the moon light. the armor disappeared along with the wings and Devin threw the Beam into the air.
“Shadow Claw,” Devin's hand turned black and grew claws.
He jumped into the air and cut through the beam before he got to Mammoth. Mammoth screamed in agony as Devin's claws dug into him. Devin landed on his feet with his head down. Mammoth hit the ground with a thud as the pieces of beam landed around him.
Devin looked up and smirked, “Who's next?” Jynx and Gizmo ran off. Devin walked over to Mammoth and slung him over his shoulder. He turned to Raven, “I think we should go.”
After dropping Mammoth off at the Police they went back to the club to get Devin's motorcycle.
“I'm not getting back on that thing until you can prove that your Blood Lust isn't in control,” Devin sighed and walked over to here.
He put his arms on her shoulders and stared into hers eyes. His eyes weren't glowing, instead they were the dark brown that hypnotized her. As she looked she knew that he was in control. He smiled at her and swung his leg over the cycle and Raven got on behind him.
She wrapped her arms around his waist and hung onto him. When they got back to Titans Tower everyone else was asleep. the two walked to Raven's room were Devin kissed her. the kiss quickly turned from a mere peck to a passionate kiss. the two made it to Raven's bed were Raven fell on her back with Devin on top. Their lips connected in a passionate kiss. the kiss slowly escalated and soon the two were laying on there backs, naked and asleep.
the next morning Devin woke up and stared at Raven until she woke up. “Hey,” Devin said.
“Good morning,” Raven answered.
“Think we were quiet enough?”
“Yeah. I'm hungry though.”
“Heh. That can happen.”
“And why is my neck sore?”
“Let me take a look,” Devin got out of bed and pulled Raven
Up, “Um, you’re stuck with me babe.”
the two walked to the bathroom but only got half way before they looked up. The ceiling had disappeared.
“Holy, crap,” Devin said in awe of the destruction.
“Oh man. I should have known not to let it get that far,” Raven said hanging her head.
“What?”
“My power is connected to my emotions.”
“Well we'll just put it back.”
After they'd fixed the roof they got in the shower. They had to resist every urge to do it right there in the shower.
They went down to breakfast were Cyborg asked, “Did you guys have fun last night?”
“What do you mean by that?” Devin asked shooting him a glare.
Beast Boy turned into a wolf and sniffed the air before saying, “You did it last night. the horizontal mambo, boating, whatever you want to call it.”
“Yeah so.”
“Details?”
“Only if I get to crucify you afterwards,” Devin said with a sinister look on his face.
“Fine,” Beast Boy huffed and went back to his tofu.
After breakfast Devin took Raven to the training room. “What are we doing here?” she asked confused.
“Trying something. Stand it that shadow and visualize a sword in your hand.”
“Why? I'm not a shadow Demon.”
“Just try it,” Raven held out her hand and a shadow sword formed.
“How did I?” She asked.
“Do that? Part of demon mating is transferring a small part of your soul to me and vise versa,” Raven suddenly floated in the air, “See. I got your abilities. but only minor one's.”
Raven landed softly on the ground. They walked to the Living room they sat and watched TV for a while. Robin walked in with the other titans and cleared his throat, “Devin we need to talk.”
Devin turned off the TV and said, “Okay shoot.”
“We've been talking it over and we think that you should join the Teen Titans.”
Devin sighed and said, “You guys have no idea how much of a bad idea that is.”
