Dimitri awoke and sat up on the couch. He glanced at the clock and realized he woke up a little early. It was 5:09 A.M.
He sat there and pulled a simple chocolate candy bar out of his pocket and ate it.
"Breakfast of champions" said Dimitri "But I'd take this over anything they offer if that girl cooks breakfast."
He looked around for a remote and found it between the cushions where Cyborg dropped it. As he turned on the T.V. the national anthem played as the station began it's day of broadcasting. He kept the volume down to not wake up the rest.
Dimitri heared footsteps coming closer. He looked behind him to see Robin.
"Good morning." said Dimitri, seriously wanting to make friends with Robin.
"Hey." said Robin as he continued for the fridge.
"You're up early." said Dimitri.
Robin looked back at him, remembering yesterday morning. "Had to get an early start today."
"Yeah, I know how that works out." Dimitri sat back watching television.
As Robin sat at the opposite end of the couch eating a sandwhich he pulled out of the fridge, Dimitri watched the morning news.
"Good morning. It's about 17 minutes into the hour on this beautiful morning in the metro area. Now for this mornings top news. Yesterday's violence at the Wayne Enterprises Western Divison was brought to a halt thanks to the Teen Titans and a private unamed organization. At about 12 o' clock noon yesterday the robbers, now identified as 46 year-old Georgio Berlusconi and 22 year-old Vincent Palmonetti were trying to steal $250 million stored inside a deposit safe. Bruce Wayne commented on the event and released a statement saying it was "A despicable act which was brought down with the collaboration of two organizations devoted to the never ending mission of protecting the saftey and well being of the city and its citizens." The police could not comment on the unamed organization due to security reasons."
As the anchorman said the report the television flashed video footages of Beast Boy busting down the door The helicopter insertion and Dimitri walking past an outstreached microphone, refusing an interview.
Dimitri looked at Robin and smiled. "Hey look, we're on T.V.!"
"Nothing new." said Robin, still having all of his attention on the television.
"When does Raven usually get up?" said Dimitri, a tone of anticipation was in his voice.
"10." said Robin
Dimitri just looked at the clock, realizing he had about 5 hours left.
He looked at Robin.
"So what makes you so special out of the rest? Whats your powers?"
"Don't have any."
Dimitri turns his head back to the television.
"Yeah, then what makes you special?"
Suddenly, the remote was knocked out of Dimitri's hands. He looked around wondering what did that and looked back at Robin with two outstreatched hands. The remote fell in his left hand and his Birdowrang fell in his right.
"Nice." said Dimitri, looking somewhat annoyed.
Robin just smiled and turned it to music. Thinking that Dimitri wasn't much of a threat than he previously thought
Dimitri just admitted defeat and curled back up to sleep. Hoping the morning would come quickly.

Dimit ri felt the sun on his face but he was still in a deep sleep. He then felt something wet on his face. Once he realized it wasn't a dream he opened his eyes.
He realized he was being licked on the face by a green dog, panting in joy.
Dimitri immediatily pushed him off and wiped off his face.
"AWWW MAN!!!!" said Dimitri.
Cyborg, Starfire and Robin was in the room laughing hysterically. Beast Boy turned back to a human and laughed right along with them.
"Aw man you should've seen the look on your face." said Beast Boy.
Dimitri sighed and sat up. he glanced at the time.
It was 10:21 A.M.
"Wheres Raven?"
Cyborg was wiping away a tear because he laughed so hard.
Starfire tried to help Dimitri. "What Cyborg mean't to say was, fine stranger friend..."
Dimitri interupted. "Listen, call me Dimitri: Dee-Mee-Tree"
Starfire stood there puzzled. "Where is a tree?"
Dimitri sighed in frustration. "What did she want?"
Starfire pointed toward the door. "She said she wanted to see you in her room mister tree."
Dimitri just sighed and walked to the door and knocked.
"Raven?"
The door eminated with a black auroa and opened.
"Hey Raven good mornin........whoa.."
He noticed that the whole room was done completely in black. Raven was in the middle, floating in middair in meditation.
He walked to the middle and hugged her while she was floating.
"What have you been up to?"
"Nothing much." said Raven, looking slightly disturbed being pulled out of the middle of the air, and from meditation.
He let go and started to look around the room. He looked out the crooked shaped window. He saw the building far away, where he fired upon Raven on that day six months ago.
"Hey," said Dimitri. "Did I told you I was sorry?"
Raven looked at Dimitri standing next to the window.
"Don't worry about it. You know it wasn't your fault." said Raven.
"I know, but I could have killed you right then and there." said Dimitri
Raven just floated there. "Dimitri, It's okay."
Dimitri sighed and then smiled. "You're right, why should I worry about the past."
Raven smiled. "That's exactly what you taught me."
Dimitri thought about this comment and smiled back.
Dimitri walked to the bookcase, the only thing that had simularity to her old room. He noticed most of the books were fantasy, dealing with magic and wizardry.
"Still into fiction?" said Dimitri
Raven smiled as she looked at Dimitri .
Dimitri then went to a wooden chest, he then noticed a white book all by itself.
"Hmmm." said Dimitri "This is funny. I never heard of a story called "Malchior." is this......"
A black mass surrounds the book and forced the book down quickly and then shut the lid to the wooden chest.
"You don't want to read that book." said Raven assuringly.
Dimitri looked puzzled as to why she reacted to the book but just shrugged and forgot about it.
Raven floated back into a meditative state. Dimitri sat right next to her on the ground watching in amazement.
"Azerath Metrion Zinthos." she chanted over and over.
Dimitri's right arm started to twitch.
Dimitri looked at it. and sighed.
"Raven, there's something I got to tell you."
"What?" said Raven.
"....Raven...."
Suddenly the door opened and Beast Boy came running through, interrupting Dimitri, who was thankful. He was not ready to tell her. Not yet.
"Hey Dimitri, Wanna play some basketball?"
Seeking an immediate escape. He nodded, even though he realized he sucked at basketball (Hockey was more of his sport)
"Come on Raven. You might as well get out and watch." said Dimitri
Raven was relunctant but since Dimitri was here she agreed.
The helipad was made into a basketball court with one hoop. Cyborg and Beast boy were on one team and Robin and Dimitri was on another. Dimitri took off his trenchcoat, now wearing only a plain black shirt and jeans.
"Everyone ready to play ball of basket?" said Starfire, all of them said yes. Dimitri chuckled at Starfire's horrible vocabulary.
Starfire tipped off. And within about 8 or 10 minutes, Dimitri seeked time-out. Leaving Robin at the mercy of Beast Boy and Cyborg, who had no mercy planned out for Robin. While that ensued, he walked over toward Raven, floating off the side of the building, meditating.
"You know I was always kind of jealous of you flying." said Dimitri.
Raven looked back with a smile.
"It's not exciting as you think it is, it gets old after awhile."
"I don't know, she seems to enjoy it." said Dimitri as he pointed to Starfire, trying to get into the game.
"Besides," said Dimitri, "I would never get bored of something like that."
"DIMITRI HEADS UP."
Cyborg's warning came too late. The basketball ricocheted off the ground with intense velocity and knock Dimitri off the side of the building.
"DIMITRI!!!!" screamed Raven as she chased him. Starfire followed.
As Dimitri was falling ever faster toward the rocky coast he was closing his eyes in fear of his end. Then he noticed his right arm started to twitch.
Suddenly, It felt as if everything stopped, he felt his hair hung past his shoulders. He opened his eyes and saw the jagged rocks but they weren't getting any closer. He saw the basketball that hit him as it fell to oblivion.
"I....I...Can't believe it. Dimitri....."
He turned his head to look at Raven, with a look of shock on her face.
Starfire was right beside Raven.
"Mister Tree, you are flying!"
He sat there and pulled a simple chocolate candy bar out of his pocket and ate it.
