Disclaimer: As you know I do not own Spider-Man. Silver-Spinnerette is mine!

Several weeks had passed since they'd done it to me, made in into Silver-Spinnerette as the paper had dubbed me. I had finally caught up with Spider-Man.

"Who are you?" He asked, confusion in his voice.

"Don't you read the paper? They call me Silver-Spinnerette. Besides you know who I am , you saved my life. You know what they did to me, they made me into you!" I was angry from the frustration.

"I'm truly sorry, but why did you track me down like this?"

"I want some answers. Nobody know more about Spider-Man than you!"

"Calm down. Follow me! We must talk now!" He jumped off the roof and swung towards my apartment building. "It was a good thing Angel wasn't home," I thought, "but why is he going there?"

I followed him, and I noticed he went into our neighboring window.

"That's Peter's apartment!" I exclaimed to myself, but I followed him anyways. He went into a top window, as did I.

"Okay! Why are we here?" He didn't answer. "Hello!"

"You reall don't know who I really am do you?"

"Peter, is that really you?" I said finally reconizing the voice.

"Yes." He pulled off his mask, revealing the truth. It was Him!

He told me how he came to be Spider-Man. How he'd went to a lab and a radio-active spider had bitten him. He also told me how to contol the webbing, and how to swing better. He even taught me how to improve my aim. Even he didn't know the "other componets" the scientist had been talking about. He did tell me the operation was under OsCorp supervision and financing. He also made me promise not to go after the corprites of the company. I did but I also said I wanted info on what they did to me. He said he'd dig some up. I invited him over for tea.

Peter waited in the living room as I changed into to some "normal" clothes. Then I made the tea, and we talked.

"I should've went with you when you were told what the assignment was, instead I got there too late!"

" And then what, they would've done it to someone else. At least it didn't kill me, that I'm thankful for. Besides, the past is the past. I've gotton so used to who've I''ve become I cannot dream of being anything else."

"But you're confused."

"Not as much, and be happy you're no longer alone and have someone to share your secret with as do I."

"True, but what else can you do. Besides what I can?"

"I don't know, haven't discovered anything new." I pondered his question, but came up with nothing else new.

After he'd left, I still thought about what he'd said. When it had gotten dark, I decided I would go out and find out for myself.

I went to the OsCorp main building and snuck in an open air shaft. Finding the file room was no problem, so I snuck in and started looking for the files. I was only in there about five minutes when I heard a noise. I hid in a dark corner as someone came throught the vent I did. They looked familiar. It was Spider-Man.

I jumped down and spooked him.

"Who are you?" He wispered.

"It's me. Why are you here?"

"Why are you here?" He asked.

"Information, and you?"

"Same here."

We continued searching and finally found the files. "Project Black Spider". We looked throught them, and discovered the project was classified. Very few people knew anything about it. Then a voice came over the intercom.

"So I see the project was a success. Welcome back Black Spider! Too bad that we now have to kill you."

Spider-Man looked at me, he seemed confused. My fear was he thought I bretrayed him.

"I'm Silver-Spinner! You won't kill me." I grabbed Spider-Man's hand, and took off. We had to run quickly to escape to the nearest window and through it before the metal sheilds came down, but we did it.

We made sure we wern't being followed then went back to his apartment. We went over the files and found out the other things they did to my DNA. I was also given ablilitis of a house cat, but I had thought that agility and night vision was a part of Spidy's abilities. I suposedly had the ability to self heal and heal others, perfect for the battlefeild, as it said.

"They won't stop till they find you. It's obvious they do not know who you are, they probaly didn't get that info before the lab blew up."

I started shivering, and convulsing, then I colapsed. He picked me up and carried me to my room, and set me on my bed.

"You're body still must be having complications coping with the changes. Even thought you thought you felt better, they must have designed it to do this. Did he not say, none had survived?"

"Yes." My body felt as thought a hundred pins had penetrated my flesh. I screamed. I was pinned, as he attempted to stop me from having another fit.

I heard him start to cry. "This is all my fault." He kept repeating it over and over again.

"No, it's not. I swear, it's not." I wispered when the convulsions ceased.

"You've gotta stay here. I don't want you collapsing in the middle of the street."

"Work, I gotta work." I still felt weak.

"NO! Please stay here."

"Why now." But he didn't get the oppertunity to answer. I fell asleep.
