Prologue

At night a little girl named Alice peers at the window. Her brown ringlets were bouncy and joyful. Her little hands holding on to the rim of the window. She had to carry herself up to reach it. She looked outside with big, curious brown eyes wondering *when will my silver knight carry me off on his white horse* .She could faintly hear him say soon, soon.

Yes, like most kids she loves fairy tales but she would never have thought that she will ever be in one. This is the dream that never happened but you will wonder if it did. This dream, a fairy tale that is a little different than the rest, starts now...

Chapter 1

"Ugggghhh...men are so clueless these days," Isabella said as she walked unsteadily. Thinking it was the way models walked. Her blond hair was bouncing right after her.

"What did Decan do this time?" Alice said trying to get the blondness out of her mind.

"Oh noting yet..." Her hands were swinging above her head.

Alice tried to smile forcing her laughter inside. She just didn't understand some people, angry yet funny. They were complete opposites yet she made it happen. A flash of brown seem to go past her. "Hey, isn't that Decan?"

"Yep, that's him alright." She started flirting with him.

Alice was about to fall over until she heard music. "Ah guys...does anyone go to the music room this period?"

"Not anyone I know," Isabella said

"How about you, Decan?"

"Huh... Wha?" Decan snapped out of his trance. Almost everyone knew he had a little crush on Alice. It wasn't that he didn't like Isabella, he wanted to wait for the time Alice would think of him the way he does to her. Though Alice would never do that Decan was a friend, a brother and Isabella was taken with him. He woke up to realize Isabella and Alice was already chatting away, not even remembering he was there.

Isabella shrugged. "Well, no one has music class right now. I just dont know anyone who goes this time of the day."

"I'll go check it out. See ya!"

Decan suddenly said, "Wait! I'll go with you."

"First you ignore our talking and now denaying my best friend's wishes," Isabella slapped him over the head.

"Owwwww!"

All Alice did was smile. *They are such a cute couple.* Alice shook her head. She didn't want to mess up the lover's quarrel. So when they weren't looking she slidded off to the music room.

"Huh?" The clueless couple said.

"Is anybody here?" Alice asked uncertainly while knocking on the music room door.

Silence...

*Of course*, she thought, *just my luck! No one is here. Oh well, I shouldn't interrupted Izzy's and Decan's conversation so I guess I'll stay in the music room for a while.*

She flipped the light switch and she sat down on the piano bench. She started to play the melody she heard earlier. She danced her fingers on the piano not noticing the shadow towering over her.
