Chapter 2

"Good job." An unfamiliar voice said behind her.

Alice froze not wanting to turn around.

Then the figure came into the light. It said "I guess I should go, I don't want to disturb you." Silently it walked away.

Alice blinked, suddenly coming back to reality. She got on her feet and tried to catch up with the figure. "Wait!"

The figure walked faster. Alice kept running. Then she stopped to catch her breath. "Wait…" She panted.

The figure turned around. Alice asked, stopping once in awhile for breaths "Can you at least tell me your name?"

"…Naz" He replied. Then he walked away.

"My name is Alice Jull," Alice's smile brightened, "I hope I get to see you again Mr. Naz!" She waved as he walked away.

Alice couldn't keep her mind straight. Her thoughts all drifted to a certain guy. Something about Mr. Naz got her attention.

*It's weird. He looks like my age though I never seen him around until now.*

"Hey, so how was your history test?" Isabella asked.

"Alice!"

"ALICE!!!"

"Huh?"

"Alice, you are scaring me. I must have asked you 20 times. You're starting to remind me of Decan," Isabella teased ignoring Decan's glare.

"Yeah, yeah. The day I become him is the day I fail a test." Alice countered.

"So what happened in the Music room anyway?" Decan asked suddenly interested.

*Should I tell him? But what if they don't believe me? They would but...* She remembered the strange man she met earlier. He had dark short hair and deep blue eyes. *He did walk away from me maybe he doesn't want people to know about him.* Alice tensed.

Alice's friend saw this. "You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. Isabella said softly.

"Why not?" Decan whined.

"Hmph… Nosy!" Isabella said whacking his head in the process.

Suddenly a sound filled the air.

Alice grabbed her bag in hurry. "Bye!"

"Bye!" Isabella waved enthusiastically.

*Sigh* Isabella hit Decan's head again. She hated it when he `zoned out'.

"Hey… Oh yeah, see you later, Alice!"

"Isn't it time for you to go home, too?" Isabella asked.

"I don't remember."

*Geez…He is such an idiot sometimes!* "Oh well." Isabella threw her hands above her head in frustration. "I guess I'll go walk you home."

"Thanks."

Isabella said nothing and just kept on walking. She still wasn't use to Decan complementing her even in their dates before she introduced him to Alice. She knew about his little crush. *Geez…Why am I worrying it's not like we are boyfriend and girlfriend.*

Then they walked down the path in silence, as the sun slowly set.

When they got to his house, he closed his door slowly.

Isabella silently said "You're welcome," and walked away.

A/N: I know Izzy's a bit ooc in this chapter. Sorry, I hope this story isn't too cheesy.
