The Final Crusade 2: Rebellion's Resurrection
Chapter 3: Punga Initium (Battle's Start)
Once the portal had reached its full size, Jon and his female companion entered Hades. Jon looked around in awe as it was nothing like the various monotheistic religions pictured it. They were standing in wide open field, not a lake of fire OR brimstone in sight. Of in the distance, a proud castle stood. He knew that was their destination. Taking her in his arms again, he took to the sky's, as he could fly much faster than he could walk or run.
As they got nearer to the castle, the could see it for what it truly was. It wasn't built from granite, sandstone wood or even metal , like most castles. The castle looked like it had been made from a many, massive blocks of obsidian or onyx. It was so big that even many hundreds of miles from it, it was big enough to block out the sun from their viewpoint.
When they got even closer, they saw that their observation was partially right. It did look to be made of Onyx or Obsidian, but it also was perfectly smooth, with no gaps and no mortar to show where one brick ended and another began. In fact, Jon got the feeling that it had been carved from a single, massive block of some black crystal, but this theory was hindered by the fact that there was no signs of any tools being used on it. It was flawless.
When they got to the front door, thousands of miles from where they started, they saw the symbol of the Doom swords. On the massive doors, which seemed to be carved from an opaque blood red crystal. In the center of the door was a square panel made from a strangle, deep blue crystal. The young girl placed her hand on it, and the doors slid open, sliding high into the ceiling above.
They entered the massive castle. The halls inside looked as if they had been carved into the massive block, but they were also smooth and perfect.
When they entered the castle, they were met by a number of fallen angels, their onyx black wings folded against their backs. They were all wearing red battle armor, signifying that they were only grunts. They all were armed with Hellfire rifles.
Hellfire rifles are guns with a cylindrical solid core ammo clip filled with a mineral, found only in Hades, that burns at a very high temperature and is also magnetic,. A thin slice is cut from the main cylinder and then set aflame. The flaming disk is then projected from the barrel of the gun using a strong magnetic pulse that is the opposite of the disk, sending it flying from the barrel at the target. All of this takes about half a nanosecond.
They aimed their guns at the heads of the strangely armored man and his teenage friend.
"Don't move. We won't hesitate to shoot." One of the soldiers said to the pair.
Another pulled out a walkietalkie, and said into it, "Sir, we found the intruders. No I don't know how they got in. Hmm? Oh, one is a being of unknown gender, assumed to be male, dressed in Black armor in an Anubine Design, the other is a female estimated at 18 years old. What! This is them?" A look of shock crosses the man's face. "Stand down men. These are the guests we have been waiting for."
Another Fallen angel came down, dressed in a much flashier blue uniform. He had the markings that showed he was the captain of the Guard. "Sorry about that, Jon, Melissa. I am Kal'al, the captain of the guard. Lord Lucifer sent me to come get you. Follow me."
He lead them through the halls of the castle. Every room in the massive castle seemed to have been carved into the massive block. Finally they got to the throne room.
The throne room was bigger than any they had passed and was the most decorated. Carved into the walls were images of battles between the fallen angels and other parties. The throne was carved into the wall, a massive black chair.
And on that massive black chair sat Lucifer.
