The Lost Adventures of Tilita:

The Road Goes Ever On

"God Mateo if there's one thing you should have learned from the twins is to track silently" Jesse said while she turned and pointed to the embankment behind her.

Jesse set out for her supposed solitary adventure to find Totems a wizard, and family friend before the Fair-trade act.

"I didn't it's just that Loin makes to much noise when he walks. Secondly James and Emir are right in front of you."

Suddenly she turns and Emir hugs her while James pulls a thorn out of his shoe. Then like his brother picks up Jesse and what turned to look like a hug felt like a death squeeze.

"You didn't think you could sneak out like that without Mateo noticing your not home." Emir said with a grin.

"Now I heard what you said about your friends tracking and I did teach him how to track and silently I might add and that dwarf makes so much noise that he could be found in the dark" James exclaimed while laughing at the new hat on Loin's head.

"You take that back and what's so funny" Loin said with embarrassment.

"Don't worry yourself Loin" Emir said holding back tears of laughter.

"It's getting late and the road goes on for miles before u get to a town we should make camp here" Emir said looking at the horizon.

"Yes but I want to get some more miles behind me before I hit to my sack" Jesse announced. The party hiked down the road hoping that Jesse feet tire out soon. Jesse felt better with the company now but her women's intuition was kicking in as she felt the party slowing that it was time for sleep.

That night she took a stroll along the river a few miles off the road that had been running parallel for some good many miles. She was fallowed by Mateo. "Mateo you should know I have almost well as elf hearing" as she turned and spotted Mateo.

"I know that one of the things I like about you Jesse" Mateo said embarrassed but relived.

"What are you saying Mateo" Jesse said catching on to the idea of Mateo liking her. Mateo walked forward grasped her in his arms and kissed under the moon lit sky.

"I am ready to annouced what I felt these many years" Mateo said, "Jesse embrace me tonight and every other night on this earth." They fell to the ground as they made love that night. They both walked back to camp and slept for some good time to a fire and good breakfast.

Jesse remembered these lines for the rest of her life. Life is a road ever going on.
