People forget, but they always remember. No matter how hard it was for Kiko to leave Terry before, now it's more difficult. She and Terry have a few special moments, though his new girlfriend loomed in the shadow of her mind. Kiko has to make a choice, now she would never be alone again- she headed towards Ken.

Chapter 1

Kiko stretched out on the sandy beach. Sporting a perfectly slim fitting black bikini, she closed her eyes while tanning. She sat, hearing small children run by, with their parents chasing after them. Sand flipped up into her towel, ignoring it she just sighed and took in the heat.

"I've been looking for you for hours! And here you are? Tanning none the less!" A male voice whined, Kio grinned then laughed.

"Shut up Joe. I can do whatever I damn please. Hell I'm 24, tomorrow. Which means 3 years ago I was able to do just about anything." Her normal cocky out look always out smarted Joe.

"Whatever!" Joe replied while tossing a towel onto her face. "You said you'd do this for me."

"I said I might do this for you Joe. But I was sleeping, and if I'm gunna look beautiful, or whatever I'm looking, I need sleep." Joe crossed his arms and kicked some sand on her. She shot up and tripped him. As he growled on the hot sand, she dusted herself off. "Ass." She groaned, then picked up her towel and headed for the hotel. Joe wanted her to be his date to a fancy get together, changing quickly, she slipped into a small, and low cut black dress. Letting her hair down, she put on her diamond earrings, then with her slip on she turned around and viewed herself. The slit was high, but she had great thighs. She turned again, then walked out of the bathroom and into the hotel living room.

"Ready!" She called. A complete total of 15 minutes, Joe stumbled out with half of his tux on and gawked at her. "Stop it. Just get ready." She waved him away.

"You look," Joe's eye where as wide as dinner plates. She shook her head.

"GO!"

It was full of rich people; Kiko could smell the money growing off their laced dresses and white tuxes. She was holding onto Joe's arm like a prize when they entered everyone stared. Partly because it was Joe, then partly Joe claimed was her. She was uncomfortable, but she saw Andy and Mia.

"Guys!" She released Joe's arm and adventured to her friends.

"Oh god Kio!" Mia hugged her friend, after12 months away it was over due. Andy put his hand on Kio's shoulder as they spoke of what had happened when they hadn't been around one another.

"…I was so pissed!" Mia said after hearing what Terry did. Kio rolled her eyes and asked Mia if they could speak about something else. Mia granted Kio's request as Andy went to see Joe.

"How did you get her here?" Andy said while watching Mia and Kio laughing and touching each other's dress. Joe looked at Andy.

"Asked nicely. When's Terry getting here?" Joe asked. It was a plan; Andy and Joe had put together. Terry returned about 3 months ago, silenced and lost. Andy knew it was Kio. Terry told the guys what had happened. How she left. Andy pointed over to the door with the party's noise overwhelming, he saw Andy and women on his arm. She was beautiful, blond hair, green eyes. Andy was reminded of Lily. Joe almost dropped his drink. "The point of getting him here was so he'd be dateless and then see Kio!" Joe growled almost chucking his drink across the room.

"That fumbled the entire plan." Andy replied as Terry approached them. She was gorgeous no doubt, her frame was slim and she was just what Terry normally dated. Terry had a huge grin too, the first in months.

"Whoa," Mia got distracted and point, Kio looked up and saw Terry's date. She smiled.

"Good for him." She managed to say; after all, she was the one who turned away the second time. Mia touched Kio's shoulder, thinking she's been upset. Kio shrugged her off. "What? I'm fine? Remember, I called it off." So Kiko grabbed Mia's hand and pulled her near Andy, Terry and Joe.
