Scene blackens with words saying several hours ago. The scene fades with a guy sitting down with energy handcuff in a prison cell. Three guards are walking towards the prison block with one of them holding the keys to the cell.

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 1: Why do we have to secure the prisoner

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 2: It’s our job to do it and we can’t disobey

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 1: I know it’s our job and it’s our job to the day we die

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 3: Come on we are almost there

The 3 guards reach the cell looking at the prisoner.

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 1: Look at him, wearing that dark sunglasses like he is all that

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 3: Why don’t we take it from him?

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 1: I dare you two to get it while we secure him.

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 2: All right

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 1: I stay back just in case he moves

The scene goes fast pace of showing how the prisoner escapes. Only Guard 1 survives as he checks around.

Shadow Flagship Prison Guard 1: The prisoner in cellblock Z has escape. I repeat the prisoner in cellblock Z has escape. Put everyone on high alert and shoot to kill.

The prisoner appears out of nowhere and attacks the guard knocking him out unconscious.

Skise: Now, where did you guys put my weapon at?

The prisoner walks to a door and open it finding his weapon. He seen leaves through the hall that the guard created when he fired his plasma rifle. He then appears entering a giant room with Sephiroth in it.

Skise: Who the hell are you

Sephiroth: The people in my past called me Sephiroth

Skise: Well Sephiroth get out of my or I make you get out

Sephiroth: I want to see you make me get out of the way

The prisoner attacks Sephiroth and Sephiroth blocks attack

Sephiroth: You remind of somebody I fought already

Skise: You're good but you hadn't seen anything yet just letting you know I’m in a rush and I won't let end a battle this quick.

The prisoner charges up for an attack and charges Sephiroth. The collision caused an explosion knocking the two back making Sephiroth just slides back several yards. The prisoner goes through a wall and landing in the cargo hold where high tech aerial vehicles are being held.

Sephiroth: I admire his strength

Sephiroth exits from view of the prisoner

Skise: I will never forget this Sephiroth

The prisoner hi jacks a vehicle and took off to the outside viewing a huge armada. He flies fast enough to get away from the armada fire power and thought he was safe. The flagship fires a large particle beam that hits one side of the aerial vehicle.

Skise: Damn, that was close but I lost a wring. I only got enough power to get to the continent of Spira in couple hours. The fleet will take its time and get there until tonight, until then I stay hidden until I find a safe way out.

Inside the flagship

Skine: Who was piloting that aerial fighter?

Shadow Soldier 2: It was the prisoner of cellblock Z

Skine: How did he escape?

Shadow Soldier 2: He escaped by the people who were securing him for the execution that was scheduled later on today

Skine: Imbecile you know that he was class SS prisoner and he was been secured without a escorter

The red hair guy turns around and swings his right arm towards the soldier firing a red blast that hits the soldier killing him on the spot.

Dieren: It seems that the prisoner is heading towards the continent that the ship we are following, the one continent that has Cloud on it.

Skine: Maintain speed and don't let that ship detects we are following it

Shadow Flagship Operator 1: I think that might be suspicious of when we fired our weapons at the dragon

Skine: I figure that

Shadow Flagship Operator 2: Our ships are undetectable on any scanners from any worlds except the fifth world

Skine: I want to see this fifth world that the lord is talking about

Dieren: Once it is in the control this planet will be destroyed

Shadow Flagship Operator 1: We are his army we are not going to be destroyed like the others

Shadow Flagship Operator 3: I hope you are right

Skine: Enough babbling. Until that day comes you are not permitted to talk about it

Dieren: Or you have to face our wrath.

The scene blackens saying 3 hour later with the scene fading in viewing Luca Stadium and zooms in on the beach near the city. The prisoner is jumping up the cliff with the destroyed aerial vehicle behind him on fire. He reaches the top and lands on the edge seeing hundreds of people walking, talking and shouting.

Skise: There are no vehicles here. How can they get to places far distance. I think coming here is a bad idea they might destroy this once they see it. I must warn everybody but how?

Teenage Female 1: Did you hear that High Summoner Yuna is having another concert here!

Skise: (Damn. Their voice is loud and squeaky.

Teenage Female 2: Yeah but have you seen the young handsome guy that she is always seen with

Teenage Female 3: I heard that he was one of the guardians when she was a Summoner.

Teenage Female 2: He also played for the Besaid Aurochs that one day when all the monsters attack the stadium.

Teenage Female 1: Hurry up you two there are couple thousand people at the stadium for High Summoner Yuna concert.

Skise: Couple thousand people at one spot. Perfect to tell them all at the same time to evacuate the city

The prisoner exits as he runs to the stadium. He cut through the crowd as he knocks out the entrance guards to get in. Suddenly the light turns off as he still continues to cut through the crowd to get to the center stage until suddenly he hears a loud female voice

~Present Time~

Scene blackens and fade in with Yuna standing in the center of the stadium with the stop light only lighting her.

Yuna: This song is for all those who loved someone that nothing in the world matters as long you are with that person.
Yuna sings her song and at the end the scene shifts to outside showing the armada reaching the stadium and one of the front ships begin charging up. Then the prisoner stops going through the stadium as he looks back towards the ocean.

Skise: They're here I’m too late

The ship fires a blast destroying couple buildings in Luca and the two opposite sides of the stadium and everybody get knocks to the ground except the three at the balcony and the prisoner.

Tidus: No. Not again.

Cid: What the fuck was that?

Vincent: I think it’s the Shadow Empire that you two are talking about

Cloud: Took them long enough but why are they attacking the city

Something begins beeping on Cid's belt he takes it out and turns it on.

Radio Voice: We analyze that blast and it’s identical to the one who shot the dragon down.

Cid: They were following us the whole time

More explosions appear around the city as everybody is frozen up starting out the holes at the two sides of the roof. Yuna is crying on Tidus chest as Rikku and Paine is walking to them. Suddenly a huge ship appears completely covers the stadium top and stop while the stage suddenly changes to black. The shadow soldiers rise up from the ground and the four backs up to the edge but Cloud, Cid, and Vincent leaps onto the stage with their weapons ready.

Cloud: We meet again

Cid: So these are the ugly bastards that I heard so much about

Vincent: Your time of leaving is up

Tidus: Who are you three?

Cloud: Don't worry about us. Get out of here while you still can

Rikku: You don't have to tell us twice.

The four nods and jump off the stage running through some hall ways with couple dozen Shadow Solders chasing them. Cloud, Cid, and Vincent engage in a battle with the Shadow Soldiers on the stage. The prisoner spotted the four being chase as he follow them to a dead end where the three girl change into their dressphere while the prisoner defeats all the soldiers very easily.

Tidus: What is happening? Does it all relates to the dark clouds

Yuna: Come on! The three might need our help

Yuna, Paine, and Rikku exits

Tidus: She has change

Auron: Hey!

A sword is thrown to Tidus from out of nowhere as he catches it and runs off

Scene shift back to the three guys finishing up the last soldiers

Cid: How many are these bastards

Vincent: Enough to fill a ship that size

Cloud: Last one

Cloud killed the last soldier and they all sink to the ground and Sephiroth appear coming up from the ground

Sephiroth: Cloud? What are you doing here?

Cloud: To find you

Sephiroth: So you brought company. I told you that you can never beat me without help

Cloud fights Sephiroth alone and loses again and the prisoner suddenly lands from above looking at Sephiroth

Skise: We meet again

Sephiroth: The prisoner that escaped

Skise: You won't be lucky like the last time

Sephiroth and the prisoner begins fighting and at the end

Skise: Judgment Caliber

The prisoner unleashes one of his finishers and defeated Sephiroth easily as he sinks to the ground and vanishes

Skise: My name is Skise Makoto

Cid: He fucking defeated Sephiroth with one special technique

Skise: No. I didn't. That wasn't the real one but a clone. They want to know where he stands right now at a certain percentage of fusion

Cloud: A Clone? Fusion?

Skise: The only thing I know is that Sephiroth is being fuse by those shadows people

Yuna, Rikku and Paine suddenly enters and begin fighting Skise thinking that he is one of the Shadow Empire and seems Skise is playing with them more then fighting them.

Tidus: Stop! He is not our enemy

Cloud: What do you want if you are not part of the Shadow Empire?

Skise: Some food

Tidus: We'll take you to get some food but only if you tell us why this is happening

Skise: Well... I would tell you but I don't think this is the perfect place

The eight leaves the stage and exits the stadium but once that out they see the horror that the Shadow Empire Armada did to Luca City.

Rikku: Why is this happening?

Paine: (to Skise) This is far enough. Tell us now!

Skise: Yelling at me won't solve a thing

Yuna: This is worse then what Sin ever did

Skise: ?

Yuna: Sin doesn't destroys the whole city but this Shadow Empire it destroyed everything

Tidus: Now I know we can never have eternal calm

Cloud: Nothing last forever. Good or bad.

Tidus: What do you know?

Cloud, Tidus, Yuna, Vincent, Paine, and Cid draw out their weapons at each other as Rikku is trying to attack Skise who just push her down to knock her unconscious.

Skise: I thought I had issues with other people

Skise walks around and pick up several rocks and begin fooling around

Skise: (deep voice) We are the Shadow Empire (high voice) Oh no, not the Shadow Empire, please help me Skise, the hero of all heroes. (Cocky voice) Do not fear, Skise is here. Tastes the cold steel of my blade ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. The day is save gain by the one and only Skise ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.

Then three mysterious figures appear and get between the six standing up against them.

Nooj: Cool it

Nooj: Cool it

Baralai: Put down your weapons

Gippal: There is no need to fight

Baralai: Fighting each other won't bring answers

Gippal: Yeah, what he said

Nooj: Luca is gone and no one here is to blame and fighting each other won’t bring anybody back

Tidus: Alright then, tell us who you are and why you are here

Cid: Information

Cloud: Information about the Shadow Empire that's all

Yuna: We know nothing about them and today is my first time hearing about them

Vincent: Alright, that's all we need to know

Cid: Wait, only one person knows what's going on

The nine turns to Skise as suddenly a rock falls and knocks him out revealing Leblanc from a top of rubble.

Leblanc: It's my Noojie Woojie

Ormi and Logos appear as Ormi lands on Skise knocking him out completely. The scene shit onboard Celsius with the eleven sitting at a round table with Skise is handcuff lying on a bed still knock out.

Tidus: So you are Cloud Strife, which came from the other side of the west ocean

Cloud: Yes, the continent is under complete darkness, so we came here to get any kind of information to go to the Shadow Empire

Cloud: I saw dark clouds forming at the western horizon and knew that it will soon come over to Spira

Nooj: But who are the Shadow Empire

Cloud: I really don't know but it is somehow connected to the clouds

Gippal: The only one who knows is that kid, Skise.

Skise: Hey! I resent that

Skise appears at the table eating

Rikku: How did you get there? I thought you were over there

Skise: If you really want to know who is the Shadow Empire then let me eat first I’m starving

Vincent: Eat this

Vincent pulls out his shotgun and aimed it Skise

Skise: Go ahead pull the trigger. I will reflect it to an angle that will bounce all over the place without hitting anyone and it soon fall dead by losing velocity.

Vincent narrows his eyes as he fires the pistol and the bullet suddenly hit Skise’s fork as it bounce up out of his hand. Suddenly there is a long scarping noise as a bullet is bouncing all over the room as it sparks the wall it hits. Soon the bullet loses velocity making it slow down and drop to the floor rolling. The fork falls back down and Skise looks at Vincent as he moves his right to the side catching the fork. He tilt his head back opening his mouth catching the food that was knock out of his fork when the bullet hit it.

Skise: Alright, I’m full

Yuna: Can you please tell us about the Shadow Empire

Skise: The Shadow Empire is located from the central sector on a continent known as Ciriusein from another world or realm. I really don't know much about them but from what I heard is that a rock from space landed in the city before it was called the Shadow Empire. It lays dormant for centuries in the center but since then, the whole city suddenly got eclipsed by dark clouds that wouldn't go away and move like it was alive. Within those times the people in that empire soon left, mostly from fear of the dark clouds over the empire so they built new cities scatter around the continent. Suddenly the rock cracks open and release something very dark and corrupted that instantly took over everyone in the empire and thus beginning the Shadow Empire.

Yuna: How awful, a whole empire taken over

Cloud: Let him finish I want to know what I am dealing with

Skise: In a short time the empire grew several times bigger with increasing numbers especially the technology which dramatically went up creating advance weapons and warships. The dark evil ordered his new army to dominate the rest of the continent and kill who ever that doesn't want to convert. The ones that didn't change and was scatter across the continent are now calling themselves Cirius, thus also beginning a war against the Shadow Empire but the Cirius easily and quickly got obliterated.

Cloud: So are you a Cirius or a Shadow?

Tidus: Are you stupid or something he is a Cirius he said that he wasn't part them and doesn’t' look like anybody is controlling him.

Skise: Anyways. A long silver hair man foreign to the continent appears in the heart of the empire undetected slaughtering many of the shadow soldiers and challenge the leader to end the terror or be destroyed. The two begin fighting and the foreigner seems extremely powerful but he wasn't powerful enough and barely lost. The consequences for the foreigner are his body to be completely fused with the shadows and help to do the empire biddings and conquer the world. After this little incident the dark evil shadow somehow figure out their are more worlds out there so the advancement of the Shadow Empire crease for one year stop all attacks trying to get to the other worlds.

Nooj: What do you have to do with all of this

Skise: My homeland is at the northern part of Ciriusein in quiet city by the coast called Teego. I was away in the mountains for 13 years training with my master. At the day of my return from completing my training the sky quickly begins to be covered by the dark clouds which at the same time the city is begin under attack. I was trying to save them but the shadow soldiers kept appearing where I was at to delay me since I was the city only hope. When I finally arrived at the city, it was completely ruin and everybody was slain with no survivors. The sight becomes unbearable as I just stand there in horror that I has the power to prevent all o this but couldn't. For that moment and probably even now I thought that nothing in life seems to matter to me any more. After a while the ground change black and two guys slowly raise up to their feet and one of them is a red spiky hair guy while the other is a medium length blue hair. The two challenge me to a battle but only the red hair person fought me even though I lost everything I fought back but I kept thinking what's the use so I lost badly. The next thing I know is that I woken up in a prison cell inside that flagship of the armada that destroyed the city you called Luca.

Yuna: I'm so sorry about your home

Skise: It's alright. I get to see new people

Cloud: What about the worlds and why he is trying to connect all 4 worlds

Skise: After the intruder arrived and got beaten the dark evil learned about the different worlds, just to remind you. Well he wants world destruction and by opening all worlds he will open the final world where he can destroy this planet with ease. In other worlds we gotta go to the Shadow Empire and defeat this thing before he connects all 4 worlds and open the final world or this planet will be destroyed just like countless others it destroyed.

Gippal: Interesting story, so where to now?

Yuna: Bevelle, Mushroom Rock Road, and Djose Temple

Baralai: Why Bevelle?

Gippal: Yeah, why Djose?

Yuna: I am graceful that you are here but we can handle these ourselves

Nooj: You're not saying that you are going to Ciriusein?

Yuna: We must defeat this at the source

Gippal: You don't know what you are even fighting against

Tidus: I agreed with Yuna all the way. We defeated Sin and she defeated Vegnagun, so this poses no problem to us.

Cloud: It doesn't matter what you guys agreed with. I am going to Ciriusein no matter what

Nooj: Fine. I'll let you go

Baralai: Are you insane. They are going to uncharted territories.

Nooj: I trust them that they will defeat what's there and come back him alive

Gippal: Man. I thought you guys are nuts but who would that you are this crazy.

The scene now shows the ship dropping off Baralai, Nooj, and Gippal with the scene going to the bridge.

Buddy: Where to?

Yuna: Besaid

Brother: Roger

The scene shift around as Skise is on the deck with Cloud and Tidus walking up to him.

Cloud: Was the long silver hair foreigner that tried to stop the empire is Sephiroth?

Skise: Yes, he was on the flagship of that armada getting fuse by the shadows

Tidus: I guess we aren't different as we all hope to believe; I also witness my home town to get destroyed

Skise: I was there when it happened and nothing I could do now can bring them back. I live it, learned from it, and must go on without it.

Scene shift to Besaid viewing a guy with red hair and a female next to him holding a baby.

Wakka: Welcome back, ya

Tidus and Yuna: It's always good to be back

Lulu: And who are these four?

Cloud: Name is Cloud, Cloud Strife and this is Cid, and Vincent

Wakka: Nice to meet you three I’m Wakka

Lulu: Lulu

Cid: Nice to meet ya two

Vincent: Same

Wakka: Who is the other one, ya

Skise: The name is Skise

Several hours later during the night with a party going on while Skise is at the cliff over looking at the village next to a small statue off to the side.

Lakeyna: Skise...

Skise: Who's there?

Lakeyna: Skise....

Skise: What do you want?

Lakeyna: Skise...

Skise: Coming from the beach area.

Scene shows Skise running through the jungle as he jumps over things, sliding down, as jumps off a small cliff landing at the beach entrance and walk to the ocean shore.

Lakeyna: Skise...

Skise: Who are you? What do you want with me?

The ground suddenly changes black in the night stars while soldiers raise up from the ground and Skise then tries to get his sword from behind his back he notice that he left it in the village. As he is about to attack them using his fist there was a bright flash at each solider making them fall back to the ground and sink down. A golden blonde hair female appears in a black assassin suit is standing on the shore holding out two katanas.

Skise: Lakeyna

Lakeyna: We meet again Skisey boy

Skise: I thought you died in Teego

Lakeyna: No, I was saved by Skine

Skise: Skine, the red hair person who defeated me that day.

Lakeyna: As you stand there as a weak person that you truly are, I was dying slowly watching you. Skine came and you two fought but you lost like you didn't know how to fight. Right before he did the final b low I cried for help and he spared your life by coming to saved me. As soon I got better and was able to do things properly I volunteered to be a shadow soldier, so I can prove how weak you are. There is no room in the future for the weak, like you.

Skise: Lakeyna

Lakeyna: Prepare to die

Skise: Lakeyna

Lakeyna charges Skise and attack him at full force but Skise only dodges

Lakeyna: Damn you! At least put up a decent fight.

Skise: What are you going to gain if you prove that I am weak or not?

A scene shows Skise firing a blast and a mysterious fighter appears firing its own blast that went to Skise and through Lakeyna, making them both unable to fight any longer.

Skine: The beautiful Lakeyna died by your hands. Only if you hadn’t turned her she will be sparred.

Skise: I will never forgive you Skine. No matter who fault it is.

Skine: I was doing you and her, a favor

Skise: She had nothing to do with all of this!

Skine: She has everything to do with all of this, from our birthright and to our destiny. Don’t deny it, the Shadow Empire are not your enemy Skise, please join us my dear brother

Skise: Like I said before. I will never join the Shadow Empire, I don’t belong with them. Don’t you remember we are young and we always trying to figure out how to destroy the Shadow Empire? We always together going on adventures around the city but suddenly you disappeared and look at you.

Skise: I’m asking nicely brother

Screen shift to where Skise is at the Cliff with Cloud walking up to Skise. Skise ran off and Cloud follows him to the beach. Cloud sees everything that went down there and sees Skine placing his sword at Skise’s neck. The screen shows energy floating up from the ground and a bright light that floods the area.
