Reflection

It was such along time ago

that a request was bestowed upon me

It was simply this:

"Will you forever be by my side?"

"Make your heart one with mine"

I tried

I really did try

I tried to make you happy

To take away you

sorrow and pain

To do the same with mine

Yet, that could not be

Our envisioned happily ever after

Was one of blood and tears

You were taken from me

As was my humanity

Trapped in what seemed of eternal darkness

My dearest Lucrecia

I could only think of you

Of what he did to you,

Your sorrowfilled heart

Your tear stained face

After that had happened

My heart was broken

My soul ripped to shreds

The only thing larger than my despair

Was my eternal loathing

Loathing of that sick man...

His hands stained of red

My soul felt blacker

My vision tinted red...

When I awoke

all my rage was locked away

Choas, Hellmasker, and others

were my locks

to keep that blind hatred

far far away

My life was forced

and considerably shortened

But now

we are one of the same

We have both suffered and paid

Yet, there is one thing

that will never change

I will love you

Lucrecia

Always...
