Chapter 5 - Irvine doesn't like silence
Selphie and Irvine had been in Winhill about 3 days.
Irvine already hated the place. When not with Selphie, he mostly wandered around the fields,
shotting whatever animal happned to wander into his path. The only reason he'd done this
is because he ran out of clay pidgeons after one day.
On day four, Selphie decided to treat Irvine to a home cooked dinner, with candles, and music,
the whole thing. Irvine found this to be a very nice gesture, but he felt he needed to let
his opinions known.
'I hate it here Selphie. I really do.'
'But why!?' said a suprised Selphie. She didn't think anything was wrong, and she was having
a wonderful time. 'It's wonderful here'
'Yeah, wonderful for a day. I hate the silence here. I hate the people here, they're too snotty'
'And most of all, I hate the fact im so bored. I need a city again. I need the big city lights, yanno?'
said Irvine. All he really wanted was that.
'I had no idea you felt like this Irvy...'
'Don't get me wrong, Selphie. It's a wonderful place to visit. I just don't wanna live here.'
'Then... Lets move to Deling City, Irvy! I always liked it there. With all the old buildings, and the
lights. Besides, maybe we'll run into someone familliar!'
'Sounds good to me Cowgirl' Irvine said, pleased with himself. 'Now let's eat!'
