“Great moms going to kill meÉ.” I say hanging my head and sighing.
The others were all staring at me with their mouths agape and in total shock.
Shigure came down the stairs. “Guys what do you want for dinner?” he walked into the living room and saw a dragon on the floor and everyone’s shocked faces. “Umm what is that? And were did emerald go?”
Kyo snapped out of his shock first and looked at Shigure. “That is emerald! She turned into a dragon when Tohru hugged her!”
“Ya um you guys I think I should explain. See my family is cursed by the American and Chinese zodiacs and when we are hugged by members of the same sex we change into our Chinese zodiac animal. We have the personalities of our American zodiac symbol but taken to the extreme. I am the Gemini dragon. I have a good and a bad side. Some times I'm just in the middle but when I go to either it’s extreme. Ill be extremely cute and nice one minuet and extremely naughty the next. Now that you guys know you can’t tell anyone please!” I looked up at them and gave them the puppy eyes.
“Oh myÉ” Shigure said with a sigh.
“This is so amazing!” Tohru said
Kyo and Yuki just looked at each other.
“Kyo, Yuki we need to have a talk in the kitchen. Tohru don’t tell her anything and get her dressed when she changes.”
The three guys go into the kitchen.
“Emerald you will change back right?”
“Ya sooÉ”but before I could finish I changed and Tohru handed her clothes to her.
“Thank you Tohru.” I get dressed then sits and waits for the guys.
Back in the kitchen
“Shigure should we tell her about our curse as well?” Yuki asked.
“I think we should. She’s reveled hers though she didn’t seem to have any intention to do that in less she had to like just now.”
Kyo leaned agenst the counter and just listened to them talking for now. He really liked Emerald, though he wasn’t going to tell her anytime soon. He was to busy thinking about how he could hug someone and be close to them with out changing and with out it being Kagura. He was daydreaming, which Kyo didn’t do often in less it was about him beating Yuki.
~Kyos Daydream~
Kyo woke up to Emerald crawling across his bed. She came up to his face and kissed him deeply. She flung off the covers and pulled him close to her. She slid off his shirt breaking the kiss briefly. She kissed down his neck and then his chest. He felt her undoing his pants slowly. Then she slid her hand down them.
“KyoÉwhat do you think?”
“MmmÉ”

“Kyo? Kyo what are you doing? Why are you moaning?”
Kyo looked around and saw Yuki and Shigure looking at him.
“Umm what?” what do you think we should do?”
“Tell her. But I’ll be right back.” Kyo ran out of the kitchen up stairs and into the bathroom.
~Back in the livingroom~
We both saw Kyo run up the stairs and heard a door snap shut. Yuki and Shigure came out of the kitchen and sat in on the floor.
“Well emerald we have some information for you. Our Family has a curse as well.” Yuki said.
“Yes. Yuki is correct. Just the Chinese zodiac curses our family. There are 13 of us, dog, tiger, rat, rabbit, rooster, ox, boar, monkey, ram, snake, horse, dragon and then the cat. The cat was tricked by the rat and didn’t get made a true zodiac animal. He is an outcast of the family, but he lives here with me. I am the dog, Yuki here is the rat and Kyo up there is the cat. We change when hugged or embraced by members of the opposite sex. Tohru has known of our secret for the past 3 years. (I'm sure it’s 3 now that I have them in their last year of school) she is very reliable, as are we. No one will know of your secret.”
“thank you for letting me know. This is a wonderful experience! I have someone who can relate to what I go through! Though there are lots more people cursed in my family. Cuse there’s 12 American zodiacs and 12 Chinese ones in our family so there are lots of different combinations. There can be up to 12 of one Chinese’s zodiac cursed by the same American you know. Like 12 monkeys all under one of each of the American zodiac. I have a really big family.” I smile big and look at the amazed look on all three of their faces.
“That’s amazing!” Tohru says.
“If I may askÉwhy did Kyo run up stairs?”
“I'm not sure really. He blanked out and then ran up stairs. He’s probably in his room.”
“OkÉumm if you guys change when hugged by girls, in your guy’s case, why did Kagura hug Kyo with out him changing?”
“I was wondering when you would ask that. Kagura is the Boar. She thinks she’s going to marry Kyo, he hates her.”
“Well I'm tired. Could you show me to my room Tohru?”
“Yes follow me Emerald. Can I call you Em?”
“Ya that’s what my friends at home call me.”
We smile and go up stairs. She shows me her room and tells me that she’s making eggrolls and potstickers with some soup. I take a short nap and Tohru said she would have someone wake me when the food was ready.
