((Chapter 16))
After they had found out about the "escapee" Roy had refused to let Riza stay in her own home. He couldn't get the thought out of his head that if he hadn't been there then she would be gone right now. Or worse, dead. Riza wasn't the kind of person felt like she needed protection. She'd proven many times that she was very well capable of taking care of herself. They had all seen first hand how good she was with guns. It was just the fact that the Crimson City Murderer had already taken out one of there own. So Roy had told her she was going to HQ and staying. They had to work in the morning so it didn't really matter. Why not be there instead of having to drive there...And it was the only way he would know she was safe. He hoped.
------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------
"Well..." He sat in his corner and rocked back and forth as he stared at his blade. It was just a little mishap. Just a little problem. So what if he hadn't been able to get her last night? The time would come... "Soon. I'm coming for you soon. Don't worry." He ran his fingers over the small picture in his hands. He was still angry though. If that damn man hadn't been there, with his hands ...all...over...her...Then all would be going according to plan. He'd have his chance again. He could hardly wait! Now he had to find someone else... Hmmm...
------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------
Riza swept through the files on her desk. She was a little frusterated with Mustang. She understood though but she did mind. She wasn't helpless. She glanced up when she heard the door open. Havoc. "May I help you, Lieutenant Havoc?" All morning they had been watching her. She didn't know why. They'd been wondering what had happened when Roy had went back. Havoc was the braviest... So he came to ask her... He was really shaking in his boots.
"So, I --We, meaning Fuery and Breda as well, were wondering what happened when Mustang--" He didn't get to finish his sentence as Riza dropped a huge stack of papers into his hands. "You have paper work to do." She knew what he had been about to ask her. She didn't doubt that they had ALL seen the tattoo on her back. Would they ever let it go? Havoc sighed and totted the heavy load in his arms out of the office. He shook his head at Breda and Fuery. A thought entered his mind and then he shook his head. Even he wasn't brave enough to do that... Hell, if he told them that Roy and Riza had done anything Hawkeye would probably shoot him full of holes for the little white lie.
"So, what did you say?" Fuery asked when Havoc came into sight.
Havoc shrugged. "Nothing. All she did was give me THESE." He dropped them onto the table. "Knew I shouldn't have went in."
They were all quiet for a moment. "That guy, whoever he is, doesn't know who hes messing with. Hawkeye will shoot him full of holes." Even though he said it in a joking manner he was still serious. They all knew that the Murderer had already killed someone in HQ without any of them even knowing it till it was to late. That meant he had to have been on the grounds or close.
Havoc lit a cigarette and nodded at what Fuery said. "Yea but... Somethings probably ganna happen. He knows for sure now that we all know he was going to go after Hawkeye. Hes a sick, sadistic bastard." They all glanced towards Hawkeyes office, which was connected to Roys when they heard the connecting door close.
------------------------------------------------------------------------ --------
Roy watched as Hawkeye rifled through the papers in the file cabnet. She seemed to have forgotten what had happened last night. Or she didn't care. She had that cool outer shell as usual. So calm and collected, that certain thing about her that made no one want to cross her. But...
He started when she dropped a folder in front of him and a small stack of papers. "Sir, you need to sign these." She placed her hand on the papers. "And this file is about The Crimson City murders. I've went over all the evidence we have. But I stick by what I said before...Hes using Alchemy."
Roy folded his hands under his chin and nodded. He didn't doubt it either. He curled his fingers around Riza's wrist when she turned to leave. "Riza, last night --"
Riza twisted her wrist and freed it. She didn't comment on his use of her name. "It won't happen again." It shouldn't have happened in the first place, she thought to herself. She didn't mix buisness with pleasure.
Roy narrowed his eyes. She spoke as if it was nothing. Hell, when he fucked a woman it was everything. They sure as hell remembered him. But that hadn't been exactly what he had been talking about... "You never answered my question last night. I assumed."
Riza didn't have to ask what the question was. She sighed and turned to face him, placing her hands on his desk and leaning forward. "Sir, you have work to do. You don't have time to be asking me questions. You don't have time to play around and do nothing. You don't have time to think about last night and you don't have time to worry about useless things." She turned and Roy stood up. He blocked her way. "Hawkeye, its really a simple question." This would keep him from doing those damn papers too. He had plenty of time to do those later. "Now--" He stepped forward. She didn't backup. She wasn't that type of person. Her eyebrows merely rose.
"Now you can answer me or you won't be leaving this office." He wondered if he was over stepping his boundries though. From the chilling look in her eyes he knew he was getting to her. He was lucky if she didn't pull her gun on him. "Don't you think I deserve to know? Since its my Alchemy symbol on your back..." He stepped closer and placed his hands on either side of her since the desk was behind her. His hands were almost level with her hips. Just a little lower.
"I thought it would be obvious by now. Don't you know? Can't you tell? You do it all the time." She didn't say outright WHAT it was.
"So, it is Alchemy. Why didn't you say anything? How long?"
"Years." And she shrugged to his other question. She was good with weapons. Good with shooting guns but in serious situations she used Alchemy. Most of the time she didn't need it.
Roy couldn't believe it. So Hawkeye wasn't so innocent after all. She'd kept a secret like that for years. Who would have thought that SHE used Alchemy. "And now about what happened last night." He tapped his fingers on the polished wood of the desk. He knew that if it hadn't been for that damn man breaking into her house he would have fucked her last night. Fucked her good and hard...Wow. He'd never thought of her like that but now that he did... Through out all the years since he'd known her, he hadn't actually realized how good she looked. He'd dated tons of women. Maybe...
"What about it?" Hawkeye arched an eyebrow.
"If He hadn't interrupted us when he had..."
Hawkeye cut him off. "No. You're my superior. We shouldn't have went that far. You know it as well as I do, Sir. We work together. Nothing more."
Roy studied her for a moment. "Tell me you didn't like it."
"I didn't like it." Roy watched Riza's eyes. She seemed so cool and calm as usual. But last night...
Roy was going to do something that he had never done before. He arched his eyebrows. "Last night you did." Something flickered in his eyes.
Riza was sure he was trying to test her. To see how far she could be pushed. "Last night shouldn't have happened. We work together. No--" Roy stopped her with a kiss. He brought his hands up and tangled his fingers in her hair and angled her head to kiss her deeper. His tongue swept across her lips in a small caress and her lips opened immediatly. His tongue moved over hers, then tangled with hers.
Ten minutes, ten enthralling minutes later, Roy finally lifted his lips from hers. He glanced down at her lips which were slightly swollen from the kiss and glissening. "Now tell me you didn't like it." He mumured.
Riza's lips curled upward within a smile. She wasn't one to be intimidated. Even though her heart was pounding in her chest. "I didn--" Roy didn't even let her finish it. She was just so damn stubbern. His lips crashed down on hers and he leaned down slightly. He lifted her and slid her onto the edge of the desk and pushed her legs apart so he could move between. He pulled her further till she was on the edge.
Riza wrapped her arms around his shoulders and kissed him back, sucking his bottom lip. One of his hands moved and swept the papers and file folders off his desk. A few large objects clattered to the floor with a loud 'thump'. Roy pushed Riza down onto the desk and then leaned over her. He unbuckled the strap over her shoulder and waist that held her guns and dropped it to the floor. Unbuttoned her jacket and threw it to the side of them. All the while they kept kissing.
Riza pushed Roy up slightly until she felt his lips leave hers. His breath fanned over her face. Heavy and hot. She jerked his jacket off and threw it on the other side of the desk. Her hands gathered the bottom of his shirt and jerked it out of his pants.
They both froze when they heard a knock on the door and glanced over at it.
"Shit." Roy muttered and ran a hand through his tussled hair. He stood up fully and pulled Riza off the desk. Riza picked up her guns that were still in the straps and quickly straped it back around her shoulder. She left her jacket where it was, behind the desk, as Roy slipped back into his. "You, clean that up." She went to the door and opened it. "Yes?"
Havoc and Fuery peered inside. Saw the disevled desk and the things scattered on the floor. "Whoa. What did you say to make her made Roy?" They thought that Roy had done something wrong and had gotten on her bad side...Hah.
"He decided he didn't want to do his work." Riza slipped them all chilling glances. Letting them know it was time for them to get back to work. Hell, she needed to get back to work too. That was the second time that her and Roy had just...Lost it. However... The moment she closed the door, intending to tell Roy to get back to work NOW, Roy was already behind her. He spun her around and lifted her again and kissed her.
He raised her legs and wrapped them around his waist and pushed her up against the closed door. There was no way he was letting her get out of this one. He'd show her why women always wanted to go out on dates with him. He didn't really have a lot of time though... He curled his hands around the backs of her thighs and ground himself against her.
Riza tore her lips away from his and gasped, sucking air into her lungs.
He knew Riza. If she had any moment to think her mind would start going over and over again. So...
He let her legs slide down his and then stepped back. He fell to his knees before her and jerked her boots off quickly. He stood then and kissed her before she could say anything. He kicked her boots to the side and pulled her hips towards his tightly before pulling at the waist of her pants. He sank his hands into the back of them, past her panties, and cupped her ass. He smiled when he heard her sharp intake of breath. A small moan. He didn't have time to wait though. He hooked his thumbs in the waist of her pants and jerked them, along with her panties down. God, he never would have imagined him and Riza would be to this.
He freed one hand and wrapped it around the back of Riza's neck and jerked her into him for another kiss as his other hand swept down again. His fingers sank between her legs. Feeling how hot and wet she was. He groaned against her lips and jerked his own pants open and pushed the down to her thighs. He didn't have any time to waist...he just wanted...
Riza let her head fall back against the door. She felt him lift her again, wrap her legs around his waist and then -- He thrust into her in one swift movement. A small cry escaped her lips. He pulled back and thrust into her again. And again. Her lips fell open and she gasped. Her eyes slid closed. God, he felt so big and hard inside her. So good. Thrusting over and over again...
Roy almost came right then when he slammed into her. She was so tight, hot and wet. So tight. He pulled out and thrust again. Over and over again. He felt her head tip forward, her lips touch his throat. "Roy." He heard her whisper. He started to thrust into her harder. "Dammit Riza." He groaned out. He could feel her body. She was close... A scream rippled from her lips when she came hard. Her body tightening around his as the orgasm ripped through her.
Roy jerked his hand up when he felt her come. His palm clapped over her mouth to stifle the scream that came from her lips. He groaned and slammed into her. Over and over again. Setting a hard steady pace. Pumping himself into her... He was glad the door was a thick and hard one or else it would have been creaking with each thrust he made. He held her up with one hand as he thrust into her, while placing one hand up against the door. Delighted in the hear of her muffled scream a moment before. Almost...He slammed into her again hard and finally came. His body jerking. He kept thrusting though, until he finally slumped against her.
"Good God." Roy muttered.
