Ed lied in bed trying to sleep, but all he could think about was Lilly. He tryed his best to get her out of his head, but nothing seemed to work. He got out of bed and walked to the bathroom that connected to his and Al's room. Glancing in the mirror, he yawned. He looked over himself. His red boxers and white tank top were all that he was wearing. Ed turned on the sink and splashed some water on his face then turned it off. He dryed his face then walked back to his bed and sat down. Beside his bed was his notebook that he kept everything that he had found on the Philosopher Stone in. He grabed it and opened the cover. On the first page was the flower Lilly had given him earlyer that day. It was a wild flower with many different colors in it. He picked it up and snifted the flatened petals.
I have to see her. Just for a moment. If she wakes up, I'll just tell her I came to check on her, but I have to see her or I won't be able to sleep at all tonight.
Ed placed the flower back in the book and put it back on the table beside his bed. He got up and quietly opened the door, trying not to wake his brother. He tip-toed down the hall, trying to be quiet. When he came to Lilly's door, he stood there debating to go in or not. Finally, after getting enough courage, he slowly opened the door. He left the door open and walked in. Lilly layed in bed smiling while she slept. Ed ran his eyes over her half exposed body. She wore her normal night wear, but her shirt was folded up below her breast and all that covered her was a thin sheet. She must have gotten hot. But the temperature is perfect in here, how could she be hot? Lilly moved from her side to her back. Her shirt came up more, exposing the bottom of both her naked breast. Ed watched and tryed to controll his breathing and desires. He wanted to touch her, to feel her bare skin on his. He wanted to do things to her that no one eles had. He wanted to be her only one.
Then he heard it.
"Edward...."
A small whisper, barly heard, but still heard. Ed moved closer to her. Did she say that? Was I just imagening it?
"Ed...ward...."
This time he saw her lips move and her body quiver. She did say it! Why?
"Please, Ed..."
What the hell?!? She is dreaming of me! But why? Does she...have feeling for me? She was upset when she thought Winry and I were together. And she does trust me to protect her. Maybe she cares for me as more than a friend. Maybe she may love me as much as I love her. No...I'm getting ahead of myself. But at least I know she feels something.
"Ed..."
Lilly's voice was low but suductive. I have to get out of here before I do something that I will regret! Danm my hormons! Ed ran out of Lilly's room and carefully closed the door. He started towards his room. I shouldn't tell anyone about this. Lilly may get mad at me if I told her I snuck into her room to watch her sleep. She may get even more mad if she finds out that I heard her whisper my name while I was watching her sleep. I had pretty much dissobeyed her privacy. I think I should keep this to myself. Ed smiled really big as he walked into his room and crawled into bed. It's good to know that she has feelings for me. Now all I have to do is get enough courage to tell her I'm in love with her.

The next day Lilly sat up from bed and smiled. That was one of the best dreams I had had since I found out I feel in love with Ed. In my dream he and I were...
"May I come in?" a voiced called to Lilly from behind her door.
Lilly was about to answer when she noticed her shirt was up and over her breast which showed all of her perky breast.
"Uh....hold on. I'm getting dressed!" Lilly called back.
She rolled her shirt down and got out of bed then got dressed. She opened the door and was greeted with Ed's smile. She smiled back and let him in. Lilly grabed her ribbon and tryed to put it in, but for some reason found herself extremly nervous and shy. Ed laughted a little and helped her with it. Lilly blushed and tryed to hide it, but Ed saw and his smile got bigger. That blush was for me!
"Thank you." Lilly said after he finished. "What brings you to my room so early this morning?"
"Well, I thought that you might want to go shopping. I noticed you haven't had a chance to get some new clothes since the day you were kiddnaped. I thought that you are tired of wearing that dress since it is getting a little worn out." Ed said.
Lilly's face brightened up.
"You really mean it!?! Me and you!?! I can get any outfit I want!?!" Lilly asked jumping up and down.
"Yeah. Whatever you want."
Lilly got so excited that she jumped on Ed and laughted giving him a huge hug.
"When do we go?" Lilly asked as she pulled away.
"Whenever you want."
"Let's go now!" Lilly screamed and grabed Ed's left hand and her bear.

L illy and Ed went to store to store looking for Lilly's so called 'perfect outfit.' Lilly clung to her bear and her eyes sparkled each time she saw something she liked, but she wouldn't settle for anything untill she found the outfit that she was looking for. Ed asked what outfit it was but she told him that she would know once she found it. Ed only laughted and followed her around. Finally, after 2 hours, Lilly found her outfit. She refussed to get any other outfit, but bought many of the same one. It was a white pair of short shorts, a light yellow shirt that had only one long sleeve on the left arm and nothing on the right, and a long light yellow glove that reached up paced her elbow on her right arm and it only covered her middle finger leaving the others open. She wore brown boots that reached to her calves and tied all the way up. Ed picked out a yellow ribbon as she was putting on the outfit after they bought it.
Lilly came out of the dressing room and walked over to Ed. Ed swallowed hard and looked her up and down.
"How does it look?" Lilly asked.
"Uh....it....uh.....it looks good." Ed said trying not to make it seem like he was stareing.
"You don't think it looks stupid?"
"N...no."
"Good, because I wanted to wear something that I could move around in when we went out on your missions." Lilly looked at Ed and stoped smiling. "I can still go can't I?"
"Yeah, of coarse. Al probably would refuse to leave without you." Ed said smiling.
It would really be me who wouldn't leave you. I have to protect you no matter what.
"Let's get back. I want to show Al my knew outfit." Lilly said.
"Oh, let me put you ribbon in."
Ed put her ribbon in and they left.

Ed and Lilly arrived back and Mustang meet them as the walked through the door.
"Someone's on the phone for you Ed." Mustang said then looked at Lilly. "Nice look." He said smiling.
Ed gave Mustang an evil look. Mustang just laughted and walked back to his office. Lilly thanked Ed for buying her the new outfit and rushed off to go find Al. Ed walked over to the phone that was unhooked and waiting for him.
"Hello, Edward Elric here."Ed said as he put the phone to his ear.
"Ed? It's Winry."
"Hi, Winry. What's going on?"
"I'm comming down for the week. I'll be there later on today."
"Oh, that's fine."
"Edward, I've missed you."
"Winry...."
"Ed! Al got us lunch! Come on!" Lilly called running half way down the hall.
"Comming!" He yelled then put his ear back to the phone. "I have to go, Winry."
"I know. Lilly called."
"It's not like that.."
"I'll see you in a bite. Bye, Ed."
"Winry, wait!"
Ed heard a click and slowly put the phone down. Ed knew that he loved Lilly, but before Lilly, he had a crush on Winry. But Winry never showed interrest in his human parts, at least not in front of him. Winry made him wait and when he found Lilly, Winry wanted Ed then, but that's when he started to care for Lilly. Even then he liked Lilly more then Winry.

Later that day Winry showed up. She ran up to Ed and threw her arms around him. Lilly, just like Ed, was shocked. Lilly looked down then walked behind Al to hide her pain. Ed noticed and pulled away from Winry.
"Uh...Welcome back." Ed said scratching the back of his head.
"Thanks!" Winry said trying to give him another hug, but Ed started to walk towards Lilly.
"Lilly, come say hi." Ed said.
Ed looked at her hidding behind Al. When she didn't move, he held out his hand and smiled. Lilly looked up at him. Ed's smile faded as he stared at the hurt girl. Lilly had no luck at hiding her pain and prayed that Ed wouldn't say anything. Why would it hurt her so much for me to get a simple hug? Maybe she does have deeper feelings for me.
Ed didn't notice Lilly had tooken his hand untill she pulled herself into his arms.
"Lilly..."
Lilly didn't say anything she just snuggled into his arms. He pulled her closer and and she buried her face in his clothes.
Why is she doing this now? Is she trying to tell my something?
