Celine looked in her body mirrior that rested behind her door. She had her shirt lifted up as she stared at her belly. She rubbed it a little then smiled.
I'm pregnate. With Ed's child. I'm going to have a baby. I'm so excited!!! Wait....what about Ed? What will he say? What will he do? What will I tell him? What will everyone else say? Will they be mad at me bacause I had sex with Ed even though he still loves and wants to be with Lilly? Will they cast me out? What am I going to do?
A knock came at her door. She put her shirt down and opened the door. Ed stood on the other side and let himself in. Celine closed the door behind him. I have to tell him.
"Ed..." Celine began.
"I think it's best for us to never mention what happen a few days ago. I mean, I don't want anyone to know and think that I gave up on Lilly. I will never give up on her. I think that it's best if we pretend that it never happened, that way it will be like it never happened and it's not like there is any proof that we did have sex. I mean it's like it never really happened in the first place. Right?" Ed said with a nevous smile.
Celine looked at him. How am I suppost to tell him now? He wants to forget it all. He wants Lilly and if this ends up getting in the way of him getting Lilly back, he will never forgive me. What do I do?
Celine looked down.
"Celine? What's wrong?" Ed asked confussed.
"Of coarse." Ed took a step towards her. "Of coase we can pretend it never happened. It is easyer that way. It was only to make you feel better anyways, right?"
"Really? Thanks, Celine!!" Ed shouted and headed for the door.
"Oh, Ed!" Celine called not looking up. "I wanted to tell you that an old friend called from home and really needs my help so I am leaving tonight, please tell the others. I don't want to say good-bye again." Celine said.
"Sure, whatever you want." Ed said then left.
Celine heard him close the door then looked up. Her face was covering in pain and tears. She fell to her knees.
I have to leave. It's easyer to leave. I have to be strong and brave. It's best for the...for the....baby.....

A week had pasted and Celine was gone. Everone thought that she left for a friend, no one knew the truth.
Riza was finally able to stand on her two feet again and never let Mustang try to help her. She wanted to do it all on her own. Mustang and the others never found out what truely happened with that position, but no one really cared, as long as she was ok. That's all that mattered to everyone. That's all that mattered to Mustang.
Ed and Lilly continued to meet everyother day and Ed told a little more about what he knew. He never missed a detail. Lilly's expression never changed and she never showed any emotion. Ed thought that she was making progress just by showing up to their meeting and it told him that she had intrest in knowing who is is. He spend every moment with her like it was his last moments living. He still smiled at her and still laughted when she wouldn't. A part of his heart believed that she wanted to smile, she just couldn't remember how. So he thought that if he kept smiling, one day she would remember. It would just take time, that's all.
Ed tryed to keep it a secret that he was meeting Lilly during the day, but his late night returns made Al and Winry question. Even though Lilly would leave before the sun threatened to go down, Ed still returned after dark. He would stay in their meeting spot and think about what they had talked about and what their next meeting would be like. Al and Winry would watch him come home at night from their window they shared in Al's room. They tryed to ask questions, but Ed wold never crack. Winry pointed out to Al that Ed was always carring a huge smile when he came home so it couldn't be that bad. Still, Al had his douts and conserns. He saw less of his brother and it worried him.
Al and Winry spent most of their time together, but Winry knew that she would have to leave soon. She knew that work called for her and her grandmother would need her help with it. Al also knew this and dreaded that day that he knew had to come. On a Wednesday afternoon, Al took Winry to the train station. Winry and Al didn't say two words as Al drove. Winry griped Al's hand tightly as her heart silently broke. Al pretend that it didn't bother him, yet Winry knew that he too was in so much pain. Al took her bags and put them on the train. Wirny looked at her State Alchemist lover and smiled. He looked so nice in his uniform that he wore everyday. His short hair cut kept him and his brother apart. She loved every moment they had spent together and saying good-bye was just to hard. Al pulled her into an embrass.
"Call and write often. I'll be waiting." Al said holding back tears.
"Everyday. I promise. Someday, come home. I will be waiting." Winry said in tears.
"Once my job is done here, I will. I have to help Lilly find her way home. She needs me."
"I need you...." Winry whispered.
Al didn't hear her.
"I love you."
"I love you, too, Al."
Al placed a sweet and lingering kiss on Winry's lips then helped her on the train. Winry walked to her seat then looked out the window at Al as the train began to start. Al waved. Winry watched the window and cryed harder. She shot up from her chair as the train sped up. She ran to the very end and out the back door. She stood at the rail and yelled back at the man she loved.
"I LOVE YOU, ALPHONESE ELRICK!!! "
The train was out of sight before he could reply. He walked back to his car and buckled up. He stared at the steering wheel then turned the key. As he drove, silent tears fell from his rosy cheeks. Pain filled his heart and it slowly began to break. Winry's words played in his head over and over again. I love you.....I love you, Alphonese Elrick......I love you.....

Lilly came to the spot Ed and her had their talks at. She knew that today they were not to meet. Still she came. She didn't understand why, but she felt like she had to. Something in her wanted to be near the man that visited her so often. She hated that something drew her near him, but she also liked it. The feeling she got when he was around was knew to her. She wanted answers and no matter what Ed told her about feelings, she still did not understand and wanted to find out more. She hated the feeling, because she thought that they were a weakness. She hated them beacuse she wanted them. She hated them because they scared her, and nothing ever scares her.

Envy jumped in front of the Alchemist Headquarters and smiled. Ed and the others were practicing.
How dare they kill one of us!!?? How dare they think we are so weak??!! I will make them pay!!!
"Gluttony!! Get you hungry ass out here!!" Envy ordered.
Out from the shadows, Gluttony appeared licking his lips.
"Is it time to eat??" He asked.
"Corden told us to stay away for a few weeks but I can't do that. I want revenge on them. I want to watch them suffer." Envy said with a smile.
He quickly turned into Lilly. Gluttony's smile fadded and he took a step back in fear. Even though he knew it was really Envy, the sight of Lilly scared him more than anyone or thng else. Envy laughted again.
"This is going to be so easy." He said in Lilly's voice.
He ran up to Ed and faked a few tears, throwing himself on to Ed.
"Lilly...." Ed said holding the fake Lilly.
Everyone turned to look in shock.
"Oh, Ed! I remember everything!! I got scared and ran away. I ran to you!!! Please protect me from the evil people!!" Envy cryed.
Al ran up to her and Ed handed the fake Lilly to him. Something's not right...Lilly has never asked for protection from me....she always trys to make it on her own. She has never asked for my protection, I always did it willingly.
Ed examined the Lilly that was being held by Al as Al whispered to her that he would protect her. Ed pulled the Lilly out of Al's arms and threw her on the ground. He transmuted his arm into a sword and pointed it at her throut.
"What the hell are you doing, Ed!!!" Havoc screamed and the others ready to tackle him.
"If you are Lilly, where have we been meeting everyother day???" Ed yelled at the figure below him.
"Brother, stop it!!" Al yelled.
"Answer me!!!" Ed demanded. "Where do we meet? Where?!?!"
The figure panicked then put on a smile.
"So you figured me out?" Suddenly Envy changed into his normal self. "So you and Lilly have been secretly meeting?? Good to know."
Everyone gasped as Envy changed forms and mentioned what Ed had blurted out. This only angry Ed more.
"I wouldn't be taking if I were you. I have you under my sword!" Ed yelled.
Before anyone could react Al tackled Ed and both hit the ground just as Gluttony took a huge bite of nothing but air in the same spot Ed once was standing. The boys got up and Envy stood up and dusted himself off.
"Perfect timeing, Gluttony." Envy said with the famous smile.
"Everyone! Prepare for battle!!" Mustang yelled and everyone got in a fighting stance.
"I belive that you stand no chance. Even with only two of us, we still have Lilly in back up." Envy said.
Lilly hopped out of a tree and landed beside Gluttony. He moved towards Envy. Ed stared at Lilly.
"You don't have to do this, Lilly. You know what I told you of your past is true. You have to do the right thing." Ed said looking like this was the end.
"I was told to kill you today, Fullmetal. Corden told me to make sure the job is done, even though Envy and Gluttony are not suppost to be here." Lilly said in her normal tone.
"You once told me that you only do what you want." Ed reminded her.
"This is what I want, Fullmetal."
