Ed didn't come back from town untill late that night. Al wanted to ask questions, but the look on Ed's face was enough to tell him to let it go. Ed looked nervous and happy all at once. He walked nervously to his room knowing that Lilly would be waiting for him. Al watched from his door way untill Winry called him to bed. He closed the door and crawled into bed with Winry. Ed closed his room door behind him and tip-toed as quietly as he could to his closet. The lights were off and he could see a body in his bed that was quietly alseep laying on it's side facing Ed's side of the bed. He took off his coat and hung it in his closet, then striped down to his boxers, leaving his discarded clothes on his bedroom floor. He placed a small object inside his top closet then crawled in his bed beside Lilly he pulled the covers up to his waist while laying on his back and let the cool air of the open window hit his bare chest.
"Where were you?" Lilly asked.
Ed nearly jumped out of his skin. He didn't expect Lilly to be awake and it scared him to hear her speak when he thought he was safe from questioning. He turned his head to face her. Her eyes stared at him with curiousity and worry. Ed saw that she was wearing one of his undershirt and a pair of white panties with the shirt pulled up her body and rested right below her breast. She was hot and Ed's could tell. That's why she had the window opened and why she had no covers on. It was pretty warm, but he was comfortable. Ed went to push her long hair out of her face, but she moved back.
"Where were you?" She repeated. "You left before lunch and was gone all day. I want to know where you went." Lilly said looking at him as if she expected him to produce the answer though his eyes.
"I....went to town. I had to take care of somethings." Ed said looking away from her and at the celing.
"Why didn't you tell me before you left? I got worried and began to look for you. It wasn't until dinner time that Al told me you had left earlier. I looked for you all day thinking that you were somewhere here working on some papers or something like that. Why didn't you take me with you??" Lilly said as her eyes began to burn with the threat of tears.
Ed didn't look at her so he didn't notice her eyes. Lilly still looked at him and watched him stare at the celing as if he was looking for something.
"I didn't think that I would be gone that long, but I was....looking for something. I couldn't leave until I found it." Ed said in defence.
"I was so scared that you left me...." Lilly mumbled.
Ed snaped his head in her direction. He saw that she was looking at him with pain in her eyes and tears that lingered in the corners of her eyes. She held them back with all her might untill Ed sat up and snatched her into his arms. She began to cry and shake.
"I would never leave you... I could never leave you... Your everything to me, Lilly. Everything." Ed whispered in her ear.
Lilly nodded against his chest and stoped crying. Ed pulled her back and wiped her eyes then smiled.
"I bought you something. I was looking everywhere for the perfect gift, and I couldn't come home untill I found it." Ed stood up and walked over to the closet then pulled out the small object. He sat back down in his orginal place before and looked at Lilly's curious eyes. "I wanted it to be perfect. I wanted to wait for the moment to be perfect." Ed said.
Lilly's wet eye lashes shinned in the moon light as she stared at the object in Ed's hand. Ed opened his hand for her and she noticed it was a small box.
"I couldn't find the right one. I looked everwhere. Then I saw what was in front of me the whole time. The objects to make what I was looking for." Ed opened the small box and Lilly's eyes became wide. "I made it a few hours ago. It's just for you."
Ed smile with pride as Lilly's eyes became wider. Inside the box was and engagment ring that Ed had made using his Alchemy and the matierals needed to make a ring. It was perfect. The dimond sparked in the moon light and looked like it was one of the stars itself. The band had designs of all sorts on it and on one side of the band was the simbol Ed wore on his jacket. It was just as he said, perfect, just perfect. Lilly looked at Ed with excitement. Ed looked her in the eyes and kissed her gentle on the lips.
"Please, be my wife and mine forever?" Ed asked in a gental but causious voice.
Lilly's smile got wider and she began to bounce on the bed with joy. She took his face into her hands and kissed him passonatly them held out her hand.
"YES!!!" She shouted with every bit of joy she had.
Ed smiled and sliped the ring on her finger. It was a perfect fit. Lilly held her hand up in the air and let the moon shine directly on it as if the moon was created just for that perpose. She examined every detail and every inch of the ring.
"No one will ever have that same ring. I made it just for you." Ed said.
Lilly brought her hand back down and tears of joy weld up in her eyes. She through her body on him and wraped her arms tightly around him. Ed held her close as she thanked him with kisses that covered every part of his face and neck.
After a few hours of holding eachother and talking, both of them fell asleep. Lilly fell aslepp in his arms with her right hand rested on Ed's chest and Ed's metal hand rest on top of hers. Her ring shinned and sparked as the moon stayed lite. Lilly and Ed slept peacfully with smiles on their face.

Lilly rushed to the bathroom with her hand over her mouth. Ed sat up at the sound of Lilly gasping for air in te bathroom. He ran to her and found her leaning over the towlet and sweating. She lushed the towlet and began to get up. As soon as she stood, she fell to her knees once more and began to throw up. Ed pulled her hair back and took the hair tie out of his hair then put Lilly's hair in a neat bun. Once Lilly finished Ed flushed the towlet once again and helped her up. He helped her wash her mouth then carried her back to bed. Once she was laying down he rushed out of the room and into Al's. Al and Winry were still sleeping but shot up from bed once they heard the dorr swing open and saw Ed panting with a scared look on his face.
"Ed, what's wrong?" Winry said getting out of bed.
"Lilly....she....she's sick! She's throwing up!" Ed shouted in a panick voice.
Al shot up from bed and ran to his bathroom. He came out with a cold, wet wash cloth and handed it to Winry.
"Go put this on Lilly while I tell the others. Ed, call the doctor." Al said in a calm voice. "I'm sure she's just fine, she probably ate something bad yesterday."

Ed paced outside his room and looked at the door each time he pasted it. Mustang finally got fed up with it and yanked him down to a chair beside him. Ed grummbled but didn't object. Finally, the doctor came out with a smile on his face. It was the same doctor that treated Celine when they found out about Celine's cancer. He left the door open and Lilly could be seen in the background staring at the mirrior with a big smile. Everyone stood and gathered around the doctor. Everyone with worried looks and looking for answers.
"She pregant. And she is perfectly healthy." The doctor said then walked away smiling.
Ed and the other just stood in shock untill Al finally spoke.
"I'm going to be an Uncle!!!" Al shouted.
Everyone began to talk and laugh with excitment among eachother and Ed just stood there. Lilly walked out the room and looked at him. He met her eyes and she smiled lovingly. Before he could get to her, everyone crouded around her and began to talk all at once. Mustang watched as Ed tried to brake threw the croud but to no luck. He wathced Ed clap his hands together and palced them on the floor. Before Mustang could react, two large walls of rock came up from the ground and split the croud down the middle, then pushed it apart giving Ed a walk way. He stared at Lilly for a good while then ran to her and picked her up. I spined her in the air then layed her gently on her feet. He hugged her and held her close then pulled her back with a worried look on.
"I didn't hurt you did I?" Ed said looking at her belly where he huged her closly.
Lilly shook her head and Ed pulled her back into an embrass but this time didn't hold her so tight. Al put the walls back into their original form then everyone peered at the hugging couple. Winry was crying with joy and Al held her close.
"I'm going to make you the happiest wife in the world..." Lilly mummbled, but everyone had heard.
"Wife?" Mustang asked.
Riza pointed at Lilly's ring finger and everyone gasped. Ed and Lilly separated the looked at the croud. Al began to clap his hands and soon everyone else was claping. Words of congraulations were scatered into the air as everyone cheered and smiled.
Lilly blushed.
