Having gotten Hughes to help him, all Havoc had to do now, was wait and find a way to hide his identity from Roy. And waiting isn't really that easy if you're anxious, for hiding his identity was a little too easy, all he did was say he and Fuery were taking a week long vacation. So to say Havoc was anxious the night before the planned robbery, might be under doing it a bit. Havoc couldn't sleep, so he decided to drive over to and check out Roy's house, see if he could find the problems beforehand.
To say the least, Havoc was surprised. As he drove up the long driveway he noticed that there weren't any lights outside. Havoc reached over and pulled a flashlight out of the glove compartment and got out of the car to look around.
Havoc soon spotted a 'Beware of Dog' sign and laughed. Was that meant to be a fact, that Roy had a dog, or was he referring to himself? Havoc went around the back of the house and looked at the windows. Half of said windows were open. Havoc sweat dropped. Does the taisa think he's immune to robbery or something?
It was then that Havoc saw the doghouse. He looked at it, determining there was no dog in it, but a large sized dog could fit in that house. Maybe this will be hard, Havoc thought as he turned away from the doghouse and walked over to the back door. Pushing on the door, Havoc managed to open it easily. Okay. . .
Havoc closed the door and walked around to the front of the house. Once again, some windows were open but the front door was locked. Better with the door, but windows are a problem, He looked into the window, shinning the flashlight. A large antique piano was on the other side of the room and many, obviously, expensive items.
Havoc turned around when he heard whining. A large golden retriever was behind him, a Frisbee in its mouth. The dog pawed at Havoc’s leg, whining. It wanted to play. Havoc took the Frisbee and threw it far.
The dog bounded after the Frisbee as Havoc headed to his car. But, the dog grabbed the Frisbee and followed Havoc, jumping on the man. Havoc sighed, took the Frisbee and threw it again. The dog followed it as Havoc got in the car and started it up, backing out of the driveway.
The next day, while Roy and Ed were at work, Havoc and Fuery could be found waiting for Hughes, Animi, and Flamma outside Roy’s house.
A truck with equipment then pulled into the driveway and parked, the door opening. A woman with long brown hair got out of the drivers side while a woman with short bushy brown hair got out of shotgun.
It was then that Hughes came into view on the sidewalk, headed their way.
“Oi! Havoc-shoi! Fuery-souchou! How’s it goin’?” The second brunette yelled. Havoc and Fuery looked at them.
“Animi-shouho?” Fuery asked. Animi nodded. “Flamma-chuusa?” Flamma nodded.
“Yeah, it’s us baka no souchou. How’s it going,” Flamma said as Hughes arrived.
Seeing as Fuery was to nervous talk, Havoc replied for him. "I'm fine, it's Fuery that has the problem," Havoc replied. Flamma nodded knowingly.
"Yeah, first time's always the hardest, ne souchou?" Flamma said, shruging. "Would a life-long ticket to the Central Stray Animal Lovers Convention help?" She asked, pulling a ticket out of her back pocket. Fuery's eyes widened.
"How did you get that? They're nearly immposible to get!" Fuery said, grabbing the ticket from Flamma.
Flamma raised her eyebrow in amusement. "Meh, friend gave it to me some time ago. So I'll take that as you agree to helping," Fuery nodded and slipped the ticket into his pocket.
"So," Hughes said, "who wans to look at pictures of Elysia?" The four looked at each other, eyes wide.
"NO!" they yelled simultaniously. Hughes pulled the pictures out anyway and began showing them. It was going to be a very long two hours.
Some hour and a half later, back at Eastern Headquarters, Ed and Roy were just getting ready to leave when Ed asked a question. "Hey, when do you think Havoc's going to do it? It's been nearly a week," Ed said, getting off the couch and pulling his red overcoat on. Roy looked up from the last few documents.
"Expect him to be at the house when we get there Hagane no. Today's his last chance," Roy said, finishing off the documents and getting up, stretching. Ed nodded, just barely holding back what could called an evil grin. "No laughing," Ed just glared at Roy.
"How do you always know?" Ed asked.
"You know I can read you like a book. Albeit a small book, but a book nonetheless," Roy said watching Ed go into yet another rant.
"WHO ARE YOU CALLING SO SMALL THAT THE PERIOD AT THE END OF A SENTANCE IS BIGGER THAN HIM?"
"I didn't say that much Edward," Roy replied. "Come on, let's go, unless you want to be left here." Ed mumbled something and followed Roy out the door.
Half an hour later Roy and Edward pulled into the driveway, only to see Fuery sitting on the doorstep and Hughes and random other people with camera, sound, etc. stuff standing, Hughes with the camera pointed at them.
The two got out of the car, acting surprised. "What are doing here?" Roy asked. Fuery looked up suddenly, standing up quickly.
"Uh, I'm with the Central branch of It Takes A Thief and we were wondering if you would allow us to rob your house and then give it a security upgrade should we succesfully rob the house," Fuery said, and, to the very trained ear, sounding quite well rehearsed.
Roy looked at Ed. "Sure."
