Okies, let’s see. Many neko!Ed fics have been popping up, so, I decided to join in! Poor, poor Edo-kun, I ain’t them. Aa, yeah, I don’t own FMA. Ah, who can tell me where I got the name for the chimera-man?

Ed mumbled numerous curses to himself as he headed back to his dormitory, a case file clenched in his arms.
"God damn Colonel Bastard,” Ed mumbled, shivering and clutching the file as he pulled his trench coat closer to his body. “It’s suppose to be my week off, but what does he do? He goes and gives me a CASE about some maniac who’s turning people into chimera’s. And all he says is that I’m the only who can find him.”
Ed growled, looking up at the street sign. Still four more blocks to go. Just his luck. He shivered again, turning the corner, remembering that not only was this the way back to the dormitories, but is was also the road on which the suspected alchemist, Leon Gene, the Honkytonk Alchemist, lived. Mumbling, Edward headed down the road, set on getting the man so that he could have the vacation. He’d returned his brother to his original body, he deserved a free week.
Sighing Ed headed down the street, soon arriving at the house. Well, more a mansion than a house. It was easily as large as Tucker’s. “The guy who own this place is making chimera’s?” Ed questioned, looking up.
"Who’re you? And actually, I own the place,” A voice remarked from behind him. Ed jumped slightly, turning around. A large man with bright eyes and muddy blonde hair stood there, a bag of groceries in hand.
“I should be asking you that,” Ed replied, pointing. The man chuckled, walking around Ed.
“I’m Eric Gene, the Country Alchemist, why don’t you come in?” He asked, looking back at Ed. “You look freezing.”
True, Ed was freezing. Nodding, Ed followed the man who opened the door, pushing it wide open.
“Sorry ‘bought the mess, Leon’s a complete slob,” Eric said, motioning Ed in. Ed didn’t leave his shoes at the door, but kept his guard up. Who knew if Leon would randomly appear and try to kill him?
“Er, is Gene-shoui here?” Ed asked, looking around. Eric poked his head out from the kitchen.
“Well, yeah. He’s down in his study, doing, what else, studying,” Eric replied, drinking some brown liquid in a cup. “Hey, ya want some hot chocolate, er, what’s your name?”
Ed looked at Eric, giving the first name that came to mind. “Alphonse,” Knowing full well NOT to give his name to someone he barely knew. “And no.”
Eric nodded. “Well Alphonse, Leon’s study’s down the hall, second door to your left,” Ed nodded, heading down the hall. “Oh, and watch out!” He yelled after Ed.
Apparently, Ed didn’t catch the warning. Reaching the door, he put his hand to the door knob, turning it slowly, poking his head in.
“C’mon Eric, I told you not... to...” Ed saw a chair turn around. A man slightly taller than Roy with black hair and blue-gray eyes blinked at him. “Who’s there?” The man, who Ed assumed was Leon, said.
Opening the door, Ed replied. “I’m Edward Elric, and you’re being charged with using living humans to make chimera’s.” He said, showing his pocket watch to the other alchemist. Leon laughed.
“You’ve met Eric haven’t you?” Ed nodded. “What did you think of him?”
Ed blinked. “Why?”
“JUST ANSWER ME!” Leon barked, jumping out of his chair. Ed didn’t back down as Leon had hopped, but he did answer.
“That he’s a nice guy,” Ed replied, just itching to hit the man. Leon smirked.
“Well, not only is he my brother, but he’s the perfect chimera. If you turn me in, you turn him in,” Leon replied, stalking over to Ed. “So, do you still wish to turn me in?”
“Of course I’m still going to!” Ed replied. “You’re fucking insane! You're turning people into chimeras!”
Leon smirked. “You’re just sore because someone you kn.. Gaaah! Dammit!” Ed had hit Leon strait in the face. Leon stumbled backwards, hitting the wall, a thin line of blood leaking from his mouth.
“Don’t you DARE talk about that!” Ed hissed, transmuting his automail. Leon just chuckled.
“My, I think I’ve found a weak spot in the legendary Fullmetal Alchemist’s armor, ne?” Leon grinned, hand inching toward an alchemical circle on the wall. Ed growled, arm out, seconds from killing the man.
It all happened in a few seconds. Ed heard a small mew, Leon had activated the circle on the wall and the door flew open, Eric yelling at Leon. And then it was just pain. A pain that tore strait through him.
Ed fell to the ground, the pain overcoming his senses. The last thing he heard before he passed out was a faint yelling, a slap and the sound of someone hitting the floor. Then, everything went blank.
