Kage sighed and turned the page on the book. "I wish I had a love like they share… But…" Kage turned away, and looked at the page.

"I suppose it's time now," She whispered.

Kage opened a portal and a tall man-like creature with huge black, bat-like wings walked out. He was dressed in what looked like black leather pants, a black leather vest and high black boots. He had a sword at his side, and glowing red eyes. His hair was long and black with red streaks. He had claws instead of fingers, and two long fangs the gleamed as he smirked.

"You summoned me?" the deep, smooth voice inquired.

"Hai, I did. I have a request for you, demon," Kage said.

The demon smirked.

"Of course, Kage-sama," he purred.

Myst shuttered.

"Myst, what's wrong?" Ryuuin asked, walking into the throne room.

"Kage just summoned a demon. A powerful one," Myst gasped.

"What?" Sahitei asked, stunned.

"One of her personal guards, usually sealed in a dark dimension. They tend to be a little vicious, but they protect her well. We have to stop him from hurting anyone!" Myst exclaimed.

"Where is he?" Sahitei stepped forward.

"In Kage's temple, in Hokkan," Myst said. "The Northern most area, bring lotsa coats. It's extremely cold there."

"You'll keep me warm, won't you, Sahitei?" Ryuuin asked, holding onto Sahitei's arm tightly. The beautiful man winked up at Sahitei invitingly.

Sahitei, caught off guard, blushed profusely as all both women laughed.

"Uh..." Sahitei stammered.

"Just don't get too side tracked, you do have to stop a demon, remember?" Taitsukun said, coming to Sahitei's rescue.

Ryuuin pouted and let go of Sahitei's arm.

"You'll have to take a boat, I've arranged for you to board one near the boarder of Hokkan, it should take you close to Kage's Temple," Myst said.

"Alright then, let's go," Ryuuin said.

"Step closer, and I'll transport you to the boat," Myst said.

Both men stepped towards the goddess. Sahitei gently reached out his hand and held Ryuuin's. The other man smiled softly, and squeezed his hand in return.

Myst opened a softly glowing portal and the two men walked through.

"Good luck," Myst whispered.

Sahitei and Ryuuin opened their eyes and saw the boat through a couple of trees.

"Shall we?" Ryuuin asked, still holding Sahitei's hand. The taller man smiled down at him and nodded.

Ryuuin rested his head against Sahitei's as the other man wrapped his arm around Ryuuin's waist.

"Look at the cute newlyweds," one sailor said, pointing to the two men.

Another man laughed.

"Better not keep us up at night!" He shouted.

The two men blushed.

"Why would a new couple like yourselves be heading to Hokkan territory?" A deep voice asked from behind them.

They both jumped and turned around. Ryuuin tried to stop shivering while looking into the man's eyes.

"We have some relatives up there who are going to help us start out our life together," Sahitei lied casually.

"Nice family," the man said and left.

Ryuuin shuttered, till Sahitei held him closer.

"Those eyes…" Ryuuin whispered. He knew those glowing, demonic red eyes would haunt his dreams.
