Epilogue- And they all lived happily ever after

Genrou sighed contentedly, as he wrapped his arms around Houjun.

"Are you sure about this, Houjun?" he asked concerned.

Houjun nodded.

"It's time to let go of my past," Houjun said, leaning over and kissing Genrou.

"Then let's go," Genrou whispered softly.

"Now, by the power invested in me, I now declare you man and wife! You may now kiss the bride," The priest said.

Houjun smiled as he watched his two best friends seal the bound that bound them together forever.

"I'm glad you could be here, Houjun," Hikou said.

"Me too, Hikou, Kouran," Houjun replied. "Congradulations."

"Thank you Houjun," Kouran replied, and the two left for their limo.

"Well, that went over rather well," Genrou said.

Houjun laughed.

"Surprisingly, I'm happy it ended up this way," Houjun turned around and hugged Genrou.

"So, when are you two getting hitched?" a teasing, feminine voice asked.

"What?!?" Genrou demanded. "I ain't even done with fucking school yet!"

Houjun laughed.

"Someday, but there's no rush. We have our whole lives ahead of us now," he said gently.

"Very true, Houjun. You always were the wisest of us," Sahitei said.

"Thank you, Sahitei. Now, shall we go find Miaka before she eats everything at the reception?" Houjun asked.

Everyone laughed, and left to find their young friends.

Pyra giggled, and closed the red book in her hands.

"And they all lived happily ever after. The end."
