It was cold when Rianna woke that morning. She stood up, feeling sick to her stomach and laid a hand on the bed frame for support.

"Are you going to be all right?" Gojyo asked as she turned to face him. He leaned against the frame of the bedroom door, lighting a cigarette. Rianna steadied herself and walked over to the closet and took out a coat.

"I'll be fine," she replied as she put on the coat.

"Are you sure? You're pale."

"I'm sure. Go on, the others are waiting for you."

"They want to see you, too."

"Not Sanzo."

"I wasn't counting him."

"Oh."

"Are you going to get dressed? We really have to leave soon."

"Yes. I'll get dressed. Just give me a few moments."

"All right. I'll wait outside for you."

He kissed her, and then walked out of the room. Rianna gazed at the closed door for a moment, then took off her coat and sleepwear. she winced slightly as the sick feeling in her stomach overwhelmed her again. She took out a dress and put it on. She didn't feel like bothering with shoes so she left them off. She opened the bedroom door and Gojyo took her hand.

"I hope I come back to you soon. I really hate to leave you," he said and she smiled.

"It's okay. I know you'll come back. That's all that matters," Rianna said as they walked outside.

"It's about time," Sanzo said and Gojyo grinned.

"Hey, you can't get rid of me that easily. Move over, dumbass," he said as he pushed Goku to the side.

"Don't call me that!" Goku cried as Gojyo climbed into the back of the jeep.

"Why not? It fits you, ape."

"Shut up you pervert!"

"Goku…" Rianna said and Goku looked at her.

"What?"

"Here."

She handed him a box and Goku's eyes lit up.

"It's food, isn't it?" he asked and Rianna nodded her head.

"And you're going to share it, aren't you?" Gojyo asked and Goku looked at him.

"No," he said and Gojyo laid a hand on the box.

"Settle down, you two. We still have a long road ahead of us," Hakkai said as the jeep started to move forward.

"You'd better not cry. You know I hate seeing a woman's tears," Gojyo said.

"I know, but it's hard not to. Take care," Rianna said as she sniffed heavily.

"Hey, I'll come back. I'd hate to leave a babe like you alone in a place like this."

"She's not alone. She'll always have the memory of you. Goodbye, Miss Rianna," Hakkai said and Rianna sighed. She was sure that he was going to say something about the child, but he didn't. At least not directly.

"Bye!" Goku cried and Rianna waved her hand as they drove off. She hoped that they would finish with their journey soon and find whatever it was they were searching for.
