Quatre was worried. It had been two weeks and Duo still hadn't gotten over his break up with Hilde.

His last performance had cost him thousands of dollars to replace. Duo was extremely lucky that Quatre had a friend who worked in a reliable insurance company or he may have had to survive on plain bread for a few years.

Quatre wandered through the halls looking for a glimpse of his friend. He wanted to keep a close eye on him today and make sure that nothing else would be destroyed.

Quatre tiptoed through the kitchen and poked his head into the living room. Bingo! Duo was in there…holding a music player. He watched as Duo shoved a diskette into the player and queued it to the correct song.

Oh Allah help us all. What is he up to now?

Quatre continued to observer his friend's actions. Duo was now walking over to the vidphone. He pressed a few buttons.

"You have reached Schbeiker Salvaging Works. I'm sorry but the managing director is currently occupied. Please ring later or leave a message after the tone…*Beep*"

Duo set the music player down and pressed the play button on the music player and a familiar song filled the air.

//I said why,

"Hear that HILDE? I said WWHHYY?" yelled Duo over the music

"We had something going! Why did you say no?"

A part that is missing

"Damn Hilde! I cared, I cared a lot and I still do."//

Quatre gasped. He had no idea that Duo felt that strongly for her.

"Dammit Hilde! Just give me a second chance. I promise I won't blow it. I promise."

Now from the moment we met
I thought that I was all set
How could I be so wrong
Now I'm hearing that you're seeing someone new

"Everyone makes mistakes. So how is he better than me?"

From his hiding spot, Quatre wondered what Duo did to anger Hilde so much as to dump him.

Duo was screaming now. "I won't leave you alone until you tell me. I won't leave you alone until you take me back."

And am I supposed to live without?
If there is no way to make you feel the same way too

"You can call the police! You can call preventers! I don't care, all I want is a reason why."

"I need to know!"

"Please give me an answer." Begged Duo. "I'm dying here."

Duo fell to his knees. "Hilde take me back. I'm sorry."

Inside Quatre felt sorry for Duo as well.
