Darkness surrounded her. She lifted her head with what strength she had left. Her mind raced. Where was she? What happened? As she tired to sit up she cowered over in pain her hand clenched her stomach. There was blood. She stared down at her hand straining because there was no light apart from the screen in front of her. It had a large crack in the centre and there was nothing on it. It just frizzled and made a buzzing noise. She reached under her chair fumbling for the first aid box. As she tried to open the small box with one hand she thought back to what happened.

The rebels lined up along the station staring out at the enemy Gundam's. The screen was split in half. On one side a picture of the enemy's line up. On the other side smaller screens, for communicating with the Lieutenants. Her ear piece buzzed with the sound of orders. She stared at the small photo in the corner of her screen. Memories of that day came back to her as she readied her self for a battle she may not survive.

She screamed in pain as she tightened the bandage around her stomach, trying to stop the blood. Looking at her top she saw that it was ripped where she'd been cut. The white top stained with her blood. It was heavy on her weak body. She could hardly sit up for the pain as she reached forward trying to fix the main computer.

She woke from her memories to the sound of Lt. Amber. Her familiar voice filled the ear piece.
“Captain Sarah? Are you ok?” Amber's worried look filled the screen.
“I'm fine. What news from your solders?” Sarah replied rubbing her eyes. She hadn't slept since they were alerted that the Earth Sphere Alliance was coming. That was a week ago.
“They'll follow you to their death Captain,” Amber paused and looked away from the screen. “And so will I….Friend.” Sarah smiled.
“Then let's get ready friend.” A frown replaced her smile as she started her engines and readied her weapons. Amber's face became stern too as it became one of the smaller screens.

The computer sparked as it reset it's self. Sarah smiled. At last a little good news, she thought. She typed in her username and password. The computer whirled as it loaded the necessary controls. Her smile faded as the computer failed to locate her position. She was lost and severely hurt. This wasn't good and to make matters worse. She didn't have any power. She typed in an order and a small gage appeared on the screen. It was at 10%. Another bad thing to add to her list. This wasn't looking good. She was lost and with very little oxygen and no sign of life for miles around. The odds were against the Captain.
