The war had ended three months ago and the world and colonies had finally started to relax as peace made herself known. The pilots were not quite sure what to do with themselves since to be perfectly honest, none of them expected to out live the war. Quatre solved all their problems by inviting them all to one of his country estates outside of Greece. Of course by invited, he packed their bags and pretty much shoved them all on the plane himself. But everyone loved the "little house" they now lived in. Who wouldn't, 3 floors and 25 acres was pure bliss for them all. Well, most of them.
"Duo get back here!" Heero went tearing around the cornor after the disappearing braid and laughter before him. Duo shrieked with laughter as he cannon balled into the pool soaking the three teenagers relaxing by it.
"Damn it Mawell!" Wufei jumped to his feet as he struggled to hold up his sagging drawers. He wiped his hair out of his eyes and glared at the giggling boy. Not that that went very far as Quatre and Trowa tackled him back to the chair.
"Ready to play are we Wufei?" Trowa asked licking his way down Wufei's throat.
"Wait!"
"But look, your body is already for us." Quatre said tugging the shorts down a little.
Duo smiled as Heero pulled him out of the pool. He pulled Heero into his arms and hugged him tight.
"Love you Heero." Duo felt Heero's smile against his neck. He was gently lead away to the gazebo across the yard giving the three some privacy.
Duo sat down at the dinner table with a satited smile. Everything was going so perfect. He loved his life. He looked around the table. He had good friends, a fantastic lover and a great job at the Preventers. Nothing could make this better.
"Before we begin, there are some announcments to make." Duo and Wufei looked up as Heero, Trowa and Quatre stood up. Eyes tracked Quatre and Trowa as they approached Wufei. He held his breath as them went down on one knee.
Wufei looked startled, announcment, what announcments? He watched in surprise as his lovers walked over to him and gasped in surprise as they knelt down on one knee. Could it be?
"Wufei w...will you m...m...arry us?" Quatre stuttered out. His face was red as he looked into Wufei's eyes with hope.
"Of course I will!" He lauched himself into their arms as the ring was placed on his finger matching the ones on their hands.
Duo clapped his hands in happiness, he was so happy for Wufei. He deserved all the happiness that he could get. He looked at Heero to express his joy but was stunned to see him looking at the floor.
"Heero is everything okay?"
Heero looked up and rubbed his hands over his arms. "I have something that I want to ask you too Duo." He reached into his pocket and withdrew a little box. He knelt down by Duo and opened it. "Will you do me the honor of becoming my husband?"
He was tackled to the floor as an estactic Duo launched himself into his arms. "Yes, yes, yes, yes!" He smothered Heero's face with kisses. Heero laughed and hugged Duo tight to him kissing him for all that he was worth. They all broke apart startled as they heard yelling coming from the kitchen.
They watched in surprise as the cook chased three dark shapes out of the kitchen and into the arms of the surprised pilots. Duo shifted backwards as one launched itself at him. Wufei and Trowa also under attack.
Wufei's surprise turned quickly to joy as a wet tongue licked his face. Heero and Quatre looked on in surprise as their lovers were bathed in wet kisses from wriggling bundles. Duo laughed and lifted the creature away from him. It was a black lab puppy! He looked over at the others to see Wufei holding a chinese pug and Trowa a great dane pup. He snuck a peek at Heero to see his shoulders shaking as he tried to hold in his laughter.
"Can I keep him?" Three voices asked.
"Well," Quatre looked down at the puppies. He never had a dog before, he wasn't sure what to do. He gasped as Wufei placed the pug in his arms. He struggled to hold on to its wriggling body as it licked itself all over his face before settling down and falling alseep in his arms.
"Sure we can keep them."
Dinner was forgotten as the pilots welcome their new family members into their lives. Of course no one was really surprised at the naming. The black lab was called Dreamer as she was often found alseep at her master's side when Duo was resting. Nataku, Wufei's pug could be found outside in the garden swimming with the fish that lived in the pond. They soon learned just to leave towels out there to wash him off when he came out. And last but not least was Trowa's great dane Spirit, being of an unusual pure white color. She was never out of sight of Trowa or Quatre as she seemed to need company as much as they craved hers. She also seemed to have lots of energy as she was often sent to get Nataku out of the pond. Many a picture had been taken of the little pug gangling from her mouth as she presented him to Wufei.
The pilots were married that spring in a quiet ceremony with only their close friends present. They never moved out of that house they all lived in finding that they couldn't seem to sleep well or feel right unless they all were within shouting distance. Of course that was alright with them seeing as how the dogs could not stand to be apart and were often found sunggling together in front of the fire in one big doggy pile.
Life was great and they all learned to enjoy every minute of it. That is of course until...
The pilots were downstairs eatting breakfast when Duo put his coffee down. "Heero I want a baby." He waited patiently as the others cleaned up their mess while Quatre still coughed up his toast.
Wufei glanced at his lovers. "I like that. Quatre, Trowa I want a baby too."
The three could only gape as Wufei and Duo walked off planning where the babies room were going to be.
Quatre watched as the dogs took off after the conversing pair. "Oh boy, Trowa you can handle this one." He got up and made a run for it.
He was swept up into Trowa's arms before he took two steps, "Actually lover, I have always wanted a child too." Quatre gaped at him before turning to Heero who pulled his laptop out of somewhere.
"Babies are going to need clothes, food, beds, toys..."Quatre went white as Heero researched to best ways to raise children.
"What!!!!!!!!"
"Hush DAD, you can pick out the schools."

Author's Note: Well there it is. That is the last and finally chapter to Mended Hearts. There will be no more to that story. However I think that I will started up a new story as a sequal to this one where they have the children. Watcha think?????????????/review with ideas like how many kids, names, sex and stuff like that.
