Warnings: OOC, but then again, this is AU. There may
be cameos of other anime characters. BMB/GW
crossover. There are also hints of The Mummy so
there's gonna be death.

Huh? *whisper whisper* *pouts* I don't own the
title neither. Most characters are Sandra's Boy Meets
Boy and the rest belongs to their anime creators. The
title belongs to the song from Buffy the Vampire
Slayer's musical with Spike. WAH!
Rest In Peace
Chapter 10: Beloved Tabitha
"If my heart could beat, it would break my chest
But I can see you're unimpressed
So, leave me be
And let me rest in peace" -Spike
Mikhael and Harley eventually wanders back to Quatre
to inform him of what had happened. That and visit,
now that they're free. Quatre paces as he ponders
what this could mean.
"Why don't we go ask Wufei? He's bound to know."
Trowa suggests quietly.
Quatre nods in agreement, "Fine. Lets go."
Quatre, Rashid, Trowa, Heero, Duo, Harley, and Mikhael
walk over to Wufei's library and found Cyanide and
Skids kissing in there. Trowa coughs to get their
attention. They break apart, blushing and looking
down guiltily.
"Where's Wufei?" Quatre asks getting straight to the
point about their visit.
"He was asked to go take a look at something and give
his opinion." Skids replies.
"Do you have any idea when he'll be back?" Mikhael
asks.
"Nope." Cyanide says, wrapping an arm around Skids.
Harley grins at them and bounces up to them. "Guess
what."
"What?" Skids asks.
"Mik and I are free!" Harley squeals, hugging the two.
"How?" Cyanide asks, eager to free his beloved.
"Well, Allen gave us sheets that declared us to be
free. I guess either he had them made or Tybalt
already had them." Harley replies.
Cyanide looks at Skids with a grin. Suddenly, a
scream from outside got their attention. They go
outside and finds Allen dragging away a dark haired
girl from a woman with sea green hair. A sandy haired
person lay on the ground, bleeding to death, leaving
them unable to correctly guess their gender.
"Haruka! Talk to me. Please don't die." the sea
green haired woman weeps over the sandy haired person.
The woman looks at Allen and demands, "Let Hotaru go!"
A forest green haired woman appeared by the sea green
haired woman's side and says, "Michiru, let her go.
We can do nothing for her. We need to get help for
Haruka. Or else she will die. The wound he inflicted
is almost fatal. Any longer a delay and she will
die."
Quatre walks up to the two women and the dying third.
"Don't worry miss, we'll handle him. You just take
care of your friend."
"Thank you. Just make sure Hotaru comes back to us."
Michiru says. "Come on Setsuna, move your butt and
lets get Haruka out of here.
The couple drags away the bleeding woman and the guys
focus on stopping Allen.
"What could he want with her?" Duo asks, speaking up
for the first time.
"That all depends. Does he have the book?" Wufei
speaks up from behind them.
They all look at Harley and Mikhael expectantly.
Mikhael shrugs, but Harley looks at the ground.
"Do you know something lovely?" Mikhael asks.
"I placed the book by the jar to lure him there. He
took both of them when he came." Harley replies, still
not looking at anyone.
"Then we must stop him from harming the girl." Wufei
states.
"Why are you so concerned about the book?" Cyanide
asks.
"The book holds spells. I think he is trying to
revive his lost love." Wufei says. "We must go."
They try to follow Allen's trail. Inadvertently, that
leads them to his tomb.
"Hn. His tomb." Heero states.
"Perhaps it also is some sort of ritualistic area as
well." Skids adds.
"The power of the dead could be strongest in a tomb.
So for him to revive his beloved, he might need a
place filled with death." Duo suggests.
Everyone looks at him like he's grown another head.
"What? I get ideas too ya know. I ain't no airhead."
Duo snaps.
Heero grins and wraps his arms around Duo. They look
around further and discovers Allen tying the girl
down. The girl, like any damsel in distress, is
struggling.
"Let me go!" the girl, assumed to be the Hotaru
Michiru spoke about, shouts out.
"It is dishonorable to be taking an innocent girl
hostage." Wufei says, drawing Allen's attention.
Allen grabs the book and started chanting. Behind
Allen, a set of stairs appeared out of nowhere. At
the top, a door opens, revealing a bright light.
Allen continues chanting and a woman appears in the
doorway, features dark against the light, creating a
silhouette. The woman floats down the stairs and the
door closes. With the light gone, they could see who
the ghostly figure is. Her red eyes, black hair and
confident aura about her makes them believe her to be
Princess Tabitha.
"Tabitha." Allen whispers with fondness.
Well, that confirms their thoughts. Allen gestures to
Hotaru and spoke in what they could guess to be
ancient Egyptian. Tabitha looks upon the girl and
floats above her. Tabitha became more transparent as
she descended into the body of Hotaru. Hotaru starts
screaming in agony as the ancient spirit invaded her.
