Huh? *whisper whisper* *pouts* I don't own the
title neither. Most characters are Sandra's Boy Meets
Boy and the rest belongs to their anime creators. The
title belongs to the song from Buffy the Vampire
Slayer's musical with Spike. WAH!

Chapter 11: Free to Love
"Let me get some sleep
Let me take my love and bury it
In a hole six foot deep" -Spike
Hotaru's screams starts to fade as her strength wanes.
The guys snaps out of their daze and rush to prevent
any more harm to the girl. Allen whispers a few words
and the lot of them are thrown back.
"None. Shall. Keep. My. Love. From. Me." Allen
says in broken English.
"At the cost of that girl's life?" Quatre protests,
standing in defiance.
"At. All. Costs. Love. Is. Worth. It." Allen
replies.
Quatre had no response to that one. They watch as
Tabitha fully enters the girl. The girl struggles and
then stops moving. A spirit floats up from the body.
It is Hotaru. The door at the top of the stairs opens
and Hotaru drifts towards the door. At the door, she
turns and stares at the living with sad eyes.
"Take care of your beloved. All of you. Not all can
get a second chance." Hotaru says before turning and
entering the door.
The book falls to dust as the door closes and the
staircase disappears. Allen regains his youth and
places a hand on the still body. The others approach
the couple cautiously. A flicker of lashes reveals
red eyes. The girl sits up and smiles at Allen.
Everything around them starts to shake and they all
hurry to the exit. They watch outside as the tomb
collapse upon itself. They could see behind the ruins
a woman. The same woman who spoke to the adventurers
and took the key to free Allen.
"Mother." Tabitha whispers.
The woman waves and disappears. Probably off to
pursue Hiei and try to keep him from Kurama. Tabitha
and Allen walks away, holding hands. The guys decided
to leave them be. So far, the end of the world hasn't
happened. In the end, they doubt the myth. Even
Rashid.
