Talim's tormentors are long since dead as far as I'm concerned.....as of yet. That may change being that I'm a random authoress and can be sadistic at times. I was too lazy to come up with a new background for Talim. That's just his original information from 'Stolen Innocence'. Quatre is beyond pissed and I like him like that. And prom was great. Chapter 12:
Hediki was stirred from her sleep by the sound of thumping and shouting overhead. She frowned in the darkness as he moved out of the bed. She didn’t bother with dressing as she walked stealthily from her bed to her bedroom door. Her lithe body moved silently through the darkness of the building.
The door was silent as she opened it. Nothing.
//Then what…?// Quickly she thought of the vicinity’s blueprints. The security guard quarters were above her room. Duo’s was just down the hall. “This better be good.” She growled to herself. She stalked silently out of his room clad in only her green tank top and a pair of black biker shorts.
Duo’s room was only a few doors down from his. Apparently, the braided youth had heard the noises as well. Hediki watched the American move slowly from within his room clad in a pair of black pajama pants. Common sense told her that she should turn back and change into her ‘nightwear’. Common sense could go jump off a cliff. She snuck quickly taking the scenic route. If she was caught so be it. It was high time she got rid of the stupid business suit of hers anyways.
The thuds grew louder as she got closer to her destination. Grunts and the sound of fist hitting flesh mixed in followed by the sharp tang of blood in the air.
Resolve suddenly doubled, Hediki quickened her steps turning the corner and barely missing a silver hook to the face. He doubled over backwards quickly and glared at her attacker. Chef glared back at her. His left eye held a gash that oozed blood steadily down his face. His apron was almost completely dyed crimson.
“Who the fuck are you?” He growled. Hediki didn’t bother to answer straightening just as quickly as she had bent. She scanned around the premises carefully. Gypsy lay on the floor struggling vehemently against a pair of cuffs holding her arms behind her back. Quazie sat at her beside her loyally refusing to do much else. A few inches away sat a figure in all black holding a pistol steadily at the cuffed woman’s head.
“Damn.” Hediki cursed harshly. She looked around more. Zech and Trowa were nowhere to be seen. Sally was leaned unconscious against a wall handcuffed and breathing heavily. Out of everyone else she was the least bloodied. Beside her sat Talim’s hunched form. Hediki tensed at the sight of the teen. He was sitting in a pool of his own blood. His skin was pale and his form trembled all over. “Damn!” Hediki moved forward to get to his partner only to come narrowly face to butt with a rifle. Se ducked and kicked out with her feet making a half arch. She took out two men closing in on either side of her. She moved forward again this time reaching the redhead’s side. “Talim. Talim! Wake up!”
Talim cracked his eyes slightly. “…’ro?”
“Yeah, its me. What happened?”
“Tro….Zech….be…tra-“ ; Talim didn’t manage to get the rest out before his stomach began to rebel. He hunched forward adding vomit to the blood already surrounding him. “I don’t feel so good….”
“You’re bleeding to death, baka.” Hediki said softly. She looked down to see the jagged wound winding from Talim’s wrist bone to the middle of his forearm. It seemed deeper in the poor lighting. Almost like a bottomless pit in his flesh. “Shit…” She looked away quickly taking the hem of her tank top in her hand. She tore it quickly into perfect strips before tying each one tightly around the large gash.
Talim never made a sound watching the other youth’s back cautiously. “Someone’s coming…” he said hollowly. When Hediki didn’t stop to look, he jerkily moved his arm from the blue-eyed teen’s grasp. “Watch your fucking back, Yuy.” He growled.
Hediki growled back only responding because her true name had been used. Normally it would be more logical to just shoot the redhead. He was after all a liability now. But they had been through so much. Even now the teen was useful. Slowly, she stood and looked behind her. It was Duo.
Duo stood in shock as Chef was taken down right before him. He tensed to move to help only to be stopped by the man’s cries.
“No, run!” Chef barked as he fought to keep his hands from going behind him. “Get out of here!”
Duo felt his body shake with the familiar words. No, run, Duo! You have to run! You’re not safe here! He shook the memory away and moved to help anyways. His dagger flicked and glinted dangerously in his hand as he cut at the person on his comrade’s back. He felt the scrape of metal on metal go through the blade and knew that he wouldn’t cut flesh using the weapon he had. In his frustration, he threw the blade down and settled for a solid roundhouse kick. His bare foot connected with the figure’s shoulder knocking him to the side. He followed the figure quickly rolling on the floor until he was on top. His hands gripped quickly taking off the stranger’s mask. He gasped. “Hilde?!”

Denim blue eyes glared heatedly from under the tangle of purple-blue hair cut boyishly short. “Hello, Duo.” Hilde said. The bubbly voice Duo had been used to was gone and replaced by a far more experienced and jaded tone. He didn’t have time to feel the bite of betrayal or the anger of being conned as someone attacked him from behind.
The two combatants rolled grunting and tearing at each other. Duo ended up on the bottom this time only having enough time to look up before the butt of a gun crashed into his forehead. He slumped screaming as darkness settled in around him.
In the mist of it all, Zech came walking in with Trowa not far behind. Trowa stopped short of the carnage while the other man simply walked confidently through and stopped in front of Heero.
Hediki felt her blood boil.
Zech saw the anger and met it with icy indifference as he took out a pistol and placed to the center of the Japanese teen’s forehead. “Don’t move.” He ordered.
Hediki gritted her teeth and did as he was told.
“You have the right to remain silent. If you give up that right, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney and to have an attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided to you at no cost. During any questioning, you may decide at any time to exercise these rights, not answer any questions, or make any statements” Zech spoke slowly and deliberately without breaking eye contact with Heero. “Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me, Heero?”
“No.” Heero hissed with barely controlled anger. His whole body was taut with his rage. His cover was blown to hell and now he was being betrayed.
//This may be a problem.// Zech thought. Without blinking, he bought his gun up and across Heero’s face knocking the youth unconscious.
“That was mean.” Talim grumbled before he too loss consciousness.
