"You idiots!" General Dekim yelled at his two commanding officers, Tubverov and Quainz. "What the hell were you thinking?" He yelled, his booming voice resonating off of the walls.

The two men looked at the tall man with jet-black hair and eyes in fear. "We didn't mean to sir. It was an accident sir…" Quainz tried to explain.

"Shut up! I don't care about your excuses! Don't let it happen again! I don't need you to fuck up my plans to take over the world!" Dekim ranted.

"Yes sir!"

"Good. If I find out that my plans have been compromised again, you two will pay. Now get OUT!" He shouted.

The two officers saluted their general before they left.

Dekim sighed in frustration, "Damn fools. They're going to ruin everything." He muttered.

A few days later found Duo walking in the gardens alone. Heero had some training to do with his men, so instead of sitting around doing nothing he'd gone for a walk.

"Duo!" A very familiar voice called his name. Turning around he faced Hilde.

"Yes?"

"Duo. I would really like to know whether or not you are willing to fight in this up coming war or not. It's very important." Hilde asked, he desperation evident.

Scrunching up his nose, Duo replied. "Hilde as much as I would love to not participate in this damn war I will for the simple fact that innocent people will die if I don't. And more will fight as well. But I cannot guarantee that I will be able to kill another person whether they are foe or not." Duo explained.

"Alright. Thank you so much for doing this Duo." She went up to him and gave him a hug.

Putting on a smile Duo hugged her back, "Ya sure. No problem."

"I'll see you later, now I do believe that there is a certain someone that is waiting for you in the stables." Hilde gave him another quick hug and left him standing alone.

"Hn, that's funny I thought Heero was training." Duo sighed. A few seconds later a servant walked up to him.

"Master Maxwell. Master Yuy would like for you to join him for a ride. He's waiting for you at the stables." ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Quatre and Trowa made there way thru the palace halls, enjoying each other's company.

"Trowa, are you going to be returning to Zointalina, to inform them of Clyssandria's situation?" Quatre asked.

"Yes little one, I will be returning home soon." Trowa replied sadly.

"Oh."

"Would you like to come with me?" Trowa asked gently.

"But how? Zointalina is underwater. And well as powerful as I like to think I am, I'm not able to breath underwater." Quatre replied.

"Don't worry my little tenshi. I do have some magic and all Dragonesti elves have the knowledge to allow mortals to breath underwater." Trowa explained.

"So I can go with you? For real?" Quatre asked hopefully.

"Of course you can." Catching Quatre as the blond jumped in his arms, Trowa smiled slightly.

"Oh thank you Trowa. Thank you so much. This will be wonderful." Planting kisses all over his love's face to emphasize his thanks, Quatre hugged him even tighter.

Wufei had made his way back to his quarters after they'd gotten back from trained. Figuring Heero would want to spend some time with Duo, he'd left the boy at the stables. Opening his door, he came face to face with Sally Po. "Onna what are you doing in my room?" Wufei demanded gently.

"Well, seeing as you've been training hard all day I was wondering if you would like to get some lunch with me." Sally asked.

Wufei was shocked, last time he'd spoken with Sally, an argument had broken out about how competent she was to be head healer, now she was asking him to lunch.

"Well? Would you like to join me for lunch or not?" she asked again.

Wufei shook his head. Looking at her he nodded. "Yes I would like that very much."

"Alright. I know this fabulous tavern in town. They have the best roasted pork and ail." Sally explained.

"Sounds good. Lead the way." Wufei waved his hand to the door. 'I haven't said that to a woman since Meiran died.' Wufei thought to himself as he followed Sally out of his room and down the hall.

Heero waited patiently for Duo to arrive, after he'd sent the servant to get him, Heero had gone and gotten Shinigami and Wing from the pasture. Tacking them up, he placed a rolled up blanket behind Shinigami's saddle and a pack of food on Wing.

"Guess who?" a soft voice asked him as arms wrapped around his waist.

"Hm, could it be Alex the stable hand?" Heero asked jokingly. "Or maybe Mueller the shepherded?"

"You're no fun." Duo stated as he punched Heero playfully in the arm.

"I know." Heero turned around to face the love of his life and smirked. "Come on, we're going for a ride."

"Are we now?" Duo said innocently.

"Yes we are, I want to show you something." Heero said as he gave Shinigami's reigns to the boy in front of him.

"Really? What?" Duo asked eagerly.

"It's a surprise." Was the only reply he got as Heero mounted Wing.

Duo hmphed playfully but followed Heero's lead and mounted up onto his stallion's saddle.

After they cleared the palace gates, Heero broke off into a canter and sped down one of the many trails of the woods, with Duo right on his heels.

"Princess Relena, I must take my leave from your home fore a few weeks. I need time to get back home and report to the rest of my people. They need to know what is going ton up here." Trowa explained.

"Of course. We are going to need all the help we can get." Relena agreed. "When do you plan on leaving?"

"I'll be leaving tomorrow morning. One more thing Princess Relena, I would like fore Mage Winner to accompany me if it alright with you that is." Trowa asked hopefully.

"Quatre?" I don't see why not. As long as you both return safely I have no objections." Relena stated.

"Understood. Thank you for your time Princess." Trowa bowed respectfully to Relena and exited the room.

He met up with Quatre a bit further down the hall and gave the blond a small hug.

"So? What did she say?" Quatre asked eagerly.

"She agreed. We leave tomorrow morning."

"That's great. Lets go get ready, we need to pack everything that we are going to need." Quatre stated as he dragged Trowa towards their now shared room.

As Heero came to a halt before a stream, Duo dismounted and looked around. The stream flowed down from a beautiful waterfall. The waterfall appeared to have rainbows engraved in it. At the very top the trees formed a canopy in an arch like fashion. The leaves shimmered like emerald's from the spray of the water and sun as it cast it's light on them. At the bottom a cloud like foam was formed. The whole entire scene was ethereal.

"Wow. This is beautiful Heero. When did you find this place?" Duo asked as he continued to admire his surroundings.

"Not as beautiful as you." Heero commented, making Duo blush. "The answer to your question is that I found it earlier today, while looking for a place to train with the men." Walking up to Duo and taking his hands in his, Heero led him to a more secluded spot underneath a weeping willow. At the foot of the tree a blanket was laid out on the ground with a basket of food beside it.

"And when did you have time to set this up?" Duo asked playfully.

"Hn, baka. Everything was in out saddle packs, while you were looking around I set it up." Heero informed his love.

"Well aren't we the helpless romantic." Duo teased as he gave Heero a quick kiss.

"Mm, yes very much." Heero replied kissing Duo back.

"Hn, lets get more comfortable shall we?" Duo suggested, his eyes glittering, as he pulled Heero down onto the blanket.

"What ever you say." Heero agreed as he started undressing Duo.

"This is quite the place Sally." Wufei stated as he looked around at the decorations that adorned the tavern walls. There were tapestries on every wall, some with warriors of minstrel's tails, some of great nights, others with mystical creatures like dragons, phoenixes and Pegasus. They were quite amazing.

"Come on, there's a spot over there." Sally said, pointing to an empty table in the middle of the room. They sat down and ordered their lunch, most of the time making small talk and learning more about each other.

General Dekim paced his tent quarters impatiently. "Where are those two morons?!"

"Sir, you wanted to see us?" his first in command, Tubverov, asked as he walked into the ten.

"Of course I wanted to see you, otherwise I wouldn't have sent someone to retrieve you. Now are the men ready?"

"Yes sir." The second man replied.

"Good." Turning to one of the servants at hand he commanded, "Fetch my horse. We ride out in an hour. Go tell the men we strike Clyssandria first. Once princess Relena falls so will the rest of the world."

"Sir yes sir." Saluting to their general, the two left to prepare for the upcoming battle.

YEAY!! I finally got the bad guy introduced into my story...heh that's what happens when you get caught up in getting everyone together and completly forget about the evil character of the story...Oh well...Hope you all liked it and stuff...COmments and Critisism are welcome and wanted...Ja ne (^-^)
