What happens to warriors after the war is over?
It's something Wufei thinks about a lot these days. He should be pleased. He doesn't have to fight any more, he can be a scholar again. The colonies are free, the Earth is safe, and Trieze is dead.
Trieze.... Wufei scowls. Damn the man who'd robbed Wufei of that last, conclusive fight.
Wufei has a lot of time to think. He's admitted to himself that it was not victory he sought from Trieze. It was the thrill of the fight. The scholar died out there in his Gundam. The warrior survived.
