Summary: Two years after the defeat of malomyotismon, the digidestined children are pulled into another adventure to help Ken's newly discovered twin sister Kagome. Meanwhile she is held prisoner by a new digital form of her old enemy Naraku, and even worse, the well closed up a long time ago… and what's this? Darkazimon is a new form of digimon claiming to be Kagome's partner…what else can happen next?

 

Chapter 1: a New Threat and a Sister?

Ken was on the mission of his life. The newest member of the digital destined group was none other than the twin sister he never knew existed. After their last battle, the digi-group kind of fell apart and went on with their own lives again, but then Izzy got an email he just couldn't ignore. Jennai contacted the group about another evil that could destroy both worlds, and the only one who could stop it was Naraku's prisoner, Kagome Ichijoji, formerly known as Kagome Higarashi before trying to find her real family. When Ken saw her last name, he paled. So this was the sister his parents said they gave up for adoption to a couple who thought they couldn't have children, `how did she get involved in this mess' he wondered. The rest of the group simply stared at Ken for an answer to their unspoken question. Ken sighed. “Kagome is my twin sister that was given up for adoption to a young couple that thought that they were unable to have any children. Kagome lives in Tokyo about 30 minutes from here, and she has been training to be a priestess for a year. She has had adventures in the past just as wild as ours were in the digital world, but if this Naraku person is the same one from her letters to my family, then we are in for a lot of trouble.” Then he sighed again. The rest of the group just gaped at him until Tai shook out of his stupor and shouted “ well what are we waitin' for? Let's go save her already!” “Digiport Open!” Ken just hoped that they could stop this new threat before it hurt his sister.

Kagome was pissed off. First she is kidnapped, then she finds out that Naraku is still alive, and to top it off, she is now Naraku's prisoner, and all on the day she was finally supposed to meet her real family. If it weren't for the fact that she couldn't move, she would have blown up the whole digital plain she was on with her powers. But as she was bound and drugged, she could barely keep awake. She heard laughter and then felt another liquid being poured down her throat and she started to wake up. When she could see straight, she saw that she was in a forest-like area and she was in miko garbs. In front of her stood Naraku and he seemed different, somehow. “Well miko, its really good to see you again. This time though, you wont stop me because we are in the digital world, and I have fused together with one of the most powerful beings on this plain, Myotismon. I got here when you brought your laptop to the past before you shot me in the final battle, all I had to do was put my soul into the computer and let you think that you had demolished me completely, a nice plan if I do say so myself.”

“Go to hell Naraku, my brother and his friends beat myotismon before and they can stop you now.”

“Well well feisty aren't we? How about I just kill you now and get your brother later.”

“THAT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN LOSER!” Tai's shout was heard from a small distance away, and they saw 2 dozen people and other creatures flying towards them. They were all teenagers, and they looked ready for a fight. Kagome recognized one of the people from a photo that she had in her pocket. At the same time Ken saw the face of the bound up girl on the ground, and she actually smiled. Even in great danger, and even when she was currently a prisoner ,it seemed that nothing else mattered to her when she saw her twin, so she smiled.
