As soon as Naraku saw the group flying towards them, he disappeared while telling Kagome that he would be back. Kagome ignored him while her brother untied her from her bonds. As soon as she could move freely she gave Ken a huge hug and then sat down just grinning from ear to ear.

 

@well that was different@

 

&yes it was, and I am really happy to finally meet you Kagome. Oh and this is the digi-destined group I wrote to you about&

 

(AN: For reference in the future, ken and Kags have been pen pals for a year after Kags found out that she was adopted so they knew all about each other, yes even about the digital world, and the sengoku jedaii… I don't think that was spelled right…)

Kagome smiled warmly and introduced herself to them. And just as they were about to tell her their names, a new digimon appeared right beside Kagome and looked at the group.

 

^Honestly Kags, I expected more than what I see… they look just like ordinary kids, and you made them sound like heroes for helping you from Naraku's grasp. But hey, if you say they're strong, I'll believe you. As for you damn gawking idiots over there, I am Darkazimon, Kagome's digimon. As long as nobody fucking pisses me off, we'll get along fine. Oh! Here Kags^

 

Kagome caught the digivice that was tossed to her with ease. It was lavender with outlines in deep forest green, and had the two crests of dreams and truth. This was a special type of digivice, because it allowed Kagome to fuse with Darkazimon at a rookie, champion, mega, or ultimate level. When the group saw her digivice and the crests they wondered how she could already have a digimon and TWO crests as well. They were about to ask, but Davis opened his mouth…

 

#hey aren't those crests like pure crests? Then why is your partner like so fricking cold to us? I would watch out Kagome, she seems like trouble to…ack…#

 

He couldn't say anything else to her because he was currently being held up by his throat pinned to a tree by Darkazimon. Darkazimon growled at him and told him if he wanted to live a natural life then he had better keep his goddamned mouth shut around her unless he had something important to say. Kagome told her to drop him so he fell ten feet and landed none too gently on the ground. Darkazimon growled again and flew off, saying that if Kagome needed her then contact her with the digivice. When she left Kagome sighed and apologized.

 

@I should have warned you guys earlier that Kazimon hates being judged for how she acts, but she can't help it. Her only family and friends were killed by the henchmen working for Myotismon, and she was tortured for information about me, but she is very loyal and my best friend in both worlds. I know what she has gone through and I have had some of the same experiences too, so lay off of her please? @

 

& um, hey sis? What do you mean when you had the same experiences as Kazimon? &

 

@well you know about the jewel, but I'll tell the others and finish my tale for you too. It all started on my 15th birthday… (Insert Kagome's story here)… and just recently we defeated Naraku but all of my friends and my adopted son were killed right in front of me and I couldn't do a thing about it. And throughout my travels in the past, I was kidnapped and tortured quite often, so I really don't get bothered by it anymore because I've had worse…@

 

When Kagome finished her story the group escorted her and Ken home so that she could finally meet her parents. Kagome began to get nervous as they got closer to the house and Ken, sensing this, put his arm around her shoulder and said they missed you a lot Kags. Finally they got to the door, and opened it. The first thing Kagome saw was a striped dress shirt of the man that was hugging her, and a woman crying too. She couldn't help it, she cried and laughed and hugged them back, as the digigroup, excluding Ken, left them to their reunion. Ken laughed and hugged his sister, and silently made a vow to keep her from any and all harm possible as long as he lived. The family's home was filled with long stories, more laughter and tears, and Mrs. Ichijoji's home cooked oden (Kagome's favorite food). At this time, Kagome felt that nothing could take away the joy she had, and she would be damned if she let anything ruin her newfound family's happiness. As the twins went to bed (bunk bed in ken's room) they talked about all the times they had felt as if a piece of themselves was missing, and how they seemed to find it after finding each other. Ken felt like he belonged and was loved and Kagome felt safe and warm with her family.

 

But something was about to happen and it would tear their world apart…

 

 

AN: before you kill me for a cliffie, I will be updating tomorrow, but I need to find my muse first… hide and seek sucks! Oh well, cookies for my first 10 reviews! If you don't review…<takes out a pp7 handgun with a silencer on it. > well, lets just say that I am a very good shot.
