Review:
Kagome slide back into her fighting stance and powered up to SS5. She could feel the power trying to over take her good sense however she could feel Vegeta in the back of her mind helping her with taming it.
“I will never give up.” Kagome grinned wide as she went for him. She knew that he would most likely beat her because he was better at fighting and had been a sayain all his life but she had the sayain stubbornness and she would not give up until she couldn’t walk any longer.

Kagome flew at Vegeta with everything she had. Her fist and feet were a blur as she kicked and punched him. Vegeta was having a hard time keeping up with her so he used his training experience to out maneuver her. Kagome swung her right fist and was blocked only to get slammed into the ground when Vegeta disappeared and reappeared behind her.
Vegeta wiped the sweat off his brow as he floated in the air and watched as Kagome righted herself and locked eyes with him. He could feel her determination through their marks however he knew that she needed to keep fighting and working or she would once again lose herself to the power that threatened to take over her rational thought.
Kagome hovered up in the air and powered up. She sneered as Vegeta once again vanished from her line of sight. She turned in time to block a ki blast that he sent towards her back. Kagome snarled as she rushed him. She could feel the need to kill however she could also feel the control that she did not have.
Vegeta was could feel when Kagome rushed him. Her ki sky rocketed as she launched a multiple ki blast in his direction. However it was a diversion as Kagome vanished and reappeared behind in cupping her hand she brought them down in the center of his back which sent the prince of sayains into the ground below.
>Outside of the HB Chamber<
Everyone was in the kitchen waiting for Mr. Popo to bring in the food when Sesshoumaru came into the kitchen. Goku stood up and walked over to the demon lord and bowed.
“I see that you are up and around. How do you feel?” Goku lead him over to the table.
Sesshoumaru took a seat and looked around. “This Sesshoumaru is good. Where is Kagome and Vegeta?” He knew that something had happened however he did not feel her ki or aura along with the prince of sayains any where.
“Well, Kagome and Vegeta went into the hyperbolic time chamber to train for a year.” Gohan put some more food in his mouth.
“They should be out soon.” Krillin told him. “In fact the should be done in about a minute.” He nodded towards the count down clock that was on the wall.
Sesshoumaru nodded. “Shippou is still fighting the monster is he not?” He looked over to Goku.
“Yes.” Goku reached for some more food. “He told me that he could handle Buu til Kagome and Vegeta came out.”
Sesshoumaru nodded. “It is true. Shippou has been trained by myself along with Kagome.”
“If you don’t mind me asking how did you meet Kagome?” Trunks asked as he sat by Goten.
“Yeah how did you meet Kagome?” Goten asked as he jumped up and grabbed some food. “She told us some of her travels however she wasn’t able to finish the story.”
Sesshoumaru sighed. “That is because Kagome is still mourning over her first love. My younger half brother Inuyasha.”
“Well I think that Kagome will be able to deal with his pain since they have been gone for a year.” Goku rubbed his full belly. “Vegeta is one that could help her deal with that kind of pain.”
Everyone looked at Goku. “What do you mean?” Krillin asked.
“Well....” Goku started. “I wont tell you all of it but Vegeta also lost someone he loved when he was younger.” Goku looked around at all the surprised faces. “What we talk.”
Dende entered the room at that time. “It is time.” Everyone of them ran out the room and headed to the door of the HB chamber. Sesshoumaru followed a little slower than the rest. He also kept his senses on Shippou and his battle. Soon all the fighters along with Sesshoumaru, Dende and Mr. Popo were standing outside the HB door waiting for time to run out.
Goku grinned when he saw Vegeta walk out first with Kagome beside him. They were holding hands as they exited. Sesshoumaru rose a brow as he studied his sister and the sayain prince.
“How did it go?” Goku walked up to the two of them with a smirk in place.
Vegeta gave Goku a look that told him to mind his own business. However Kagome noticed that Shippou was no where to be seen and Sesshoumaru was now standing there. She frowned as she made her way over to Sesshoumaru.
“Where’s Shippou?” Kagome looked around the area but still did not see him.
The other z fighters lowered their gaze or completely looked away. Kagome glared at Sesshoumaru then closed her eyes and tried to find his ki. Her eyes snapped open and were trained on Sesshoumaru.
“How dare you let him fight that monster by himself!” Kagome screamed in his face.
Sesshoumaru snarled and flashed his eyes. “Do not yell at me miko. This Sesshoumaru did not let the kitsune do anything. He decided that he wanted to have a go at the pink monster and thus he came along with the one called Goku and had Goku bring me back here to rest.” Sesshoumaru looked her over to see if she had any injuries. “You are well?”
Kagome sighed as she looked up at Sesshoumaru and nodded. “Sorry about that its just that I worry about him.” Sesshoumaru smirked as he drew Kagome into his arms.
She sighed in relief and layed her head on his chest. Sesshoumaru sniffed the air around her and stiffened when he smelled something that was not there before. Sesshoumaru tightened his grip on her as he turned his attention back to Vegeta.
“You dare touch my sister.” Sesshoumaru growled as he bared his fangs.
Kagome stiffened as she realized that Sesshoumaru could tell that she was mated to Vegeta. She pulled back out of his embrace and narrowed her gaze at the demon lord that still had his arms around her. Kagome let a small amount of her power to flare.
Sesshoumaru jumped and removed his arms around Kagome. He looked down and noticed that her eyes were starting to bleed red. Sesshoumaru snapped his teeth in a demand for her to calm however it did just the opposite. Kagome began to snarl at Sesshoumaru.
“You will stay out of my personal life Sesshoumaru.” Kagome snarled as she bared her teeth in a threat. “Or do I must remind you who won the last fight between us.”
Sesshoumaru stood to his full height as he stared down at Kagome. Hissing he whipped around and walked away before he showed her just who the alpha was in their group however Kagome had been right. She had won the last battle between the two of them.
The others watched as Kagome snickered and Sesshoumaru left the look out. Vegeta had a smirk on his face as he walked over to his mate. He wrapped his arms around her and buried his nose in her neck. Breathing in her scent calmed him down like no other.
“Why don’t we head to the living room that way we can fill you in on what happened while you were in the room.” Dende offered as he held his hand out.
The other fighters didn’t need to be told a second time as they all headed to the living room. Once everyone was seated Kagome and Vegeta shared what had happened in the time chamber but left out some parts to Krillins’ disappointment.
“Have you leveled above SS4?” Goku asked as he turned his attention back to Vegeta.
Vegeta shook his head. “No Kakarot I have not but of course neither have you.” He smirked when he saw Goku's shoulders fall. Kagome elbowed Vegeta in the ribs and sent him a glare.
“Be nice or else.” She threatened then turned back to the others. “How is Shippou doing in the battle and how long has he been fighting?”
“Shippou has only been fighting for little over 2 hours.” Piccolo told her from his seat on the floor next to the door.
Kagome nodded. “Ok then when its his time to come back here then I will go and finished it.” Kagome glanced over to Vegeta. She could tell that he was trying very hard to keep his mouth shut but the vein pulsing on his forehead was telling another story.
“If your sure.” Krillin said from his seat by 18 on the other couch. “We don’t want you to go out there and lose control of your powers again.”
Vegeta growled at Krillin. “Watch your mouth Cue Ball.”
Krillin gulped as he tried to hid in the back of the couch. “N-No problem.”
18 looked at the sayain prince with a bored look. “So what are we going to do now that you are out?” She flipped her hair over her shoulder.
Kagome was about to say something when she felt Shippous ki level drop quickly. She was the first one up and out the door before anyone else was able to rise from their seats. Piccolo was the next one to reach Kagome’s side as she stood at the edge of the look out.
“What’s the problem?” Piccolo looked down at the girl beside him.
“Shippou is tiring.” Kagome kept her gaze out in front of her. “Sesshoumaru isn’t there yet to help. If someone doesn’t get there Shippou will be killed.”
Vegeta walked up besides his mate. He could tell that she was trying her hardest to stay put. Her muscles were tense and her hands were clenched so tight they were turning white. Vegeta placed his hand on her shoulder and felt her muscle jump slightly.
“I know you want to go.” He turned her around to face him. “Lets get you a sensu bean then we can head to help.” He used his left hand to wipe the tears that fell from her eyes.
Kagome leaned into his embrace and nodded. “Alright.”
Goku went down to Kurin’s quickly to get a sensu while Piccolo and the others made sure that the kids were going to stay put. Kagome, Goku, Vegeta, and Piccolo were the only four going. Sesshoumaru was almost to Shippou so Kagome felt a little easier.
When Goku came back Piccolo came out telling them that Bulma would be here in a minute to watch them. Goku nodded then waited for them to touch his shoulders then he teleported them to the fight that was going on.
>At the battle field<
As soon as Kagome, Goku, Vegeta and Piccolo they noticed that Sesshoumaru had made it and was also battling the pink monster. Kagome had to lock her muscles in order not to intervene in the fight. Goku kept his eyes on Kagome along with the battle. Vegeta only had his eyes on Kagome.
“If anything happens to Shippou...” Kagome trailed off when Shippou was hit and knocked to the ground. Sesshoumaru lunged for Buu but was unable to hit the target.
“You making Buu mad.” The pink monster told Sesshoumaru as he walked up to him. “You will be good chocolate.” With that Buu moved his antenna forward and a pink power enveloped Sesshoumaru.
Kagome’s eyes widen as Sesshoumaru was turned into a piece of chocolate. Buu walked up and picked it up then popped it in his mouth. He grinned as he turned to Shippou.
Kagome could no longer hold onto her anger as she watched her mentor and best friend get killed after all these years by an over grown marshmallow. Snarling Kagome powered up and flew at the pink monster. Kagome vowed on everything she stood for that she would kill this monster if it was the last thing she did.
