Inuyasha didn't know what to think of his current situation. He was in a strange place that was eery, yet beautiful. He was walking through what seemed to be an abandoned castle. There were wholes in some of the walls, but vines twisted along the windows and stone walls. The vines held blooms in almost every color that had amazing scents. Moonlight drifted in through the wholes and windows of the walls. He continued to walk through the vacant hall as he admired the castle's beauty. Suddenly Inuyasha could of sworn that he heard singing from a nearby room. He moved into another hall which had no windows so it was a bit dark. He seemed to be getting closer to the singing when he reached the end of the hall. He looked around and found a door to his left. He pushed it open and found himself in what seemed to be a throne room. His eyes looked around for the source of the singing when it stopped. The room had no lighting, but Inuyasha was able to look around the room easily. There was a large throne on a platform at on eend of the room and vines were covering it as well. Inuyasha was about to step closer to it when he felt a presence behind him. He turned to see a maiden wearing a cloak standing there.

"Long time since you've been here hasn't it Inu?"

Inuyasha seemed to know the voice but couldn't place it. It was so heavenly and enchanting.

"Who are you?" he asked.

The young woman stepped forward and removed the hood of her cloak to reveal her identity. Inuyasha stepped back and stared in amazement.

"Leyna?"

"No, I am Chandra. Leyna is merely my reincarnation dear Inu."

Inuyasha looked at her again only to find silver running through her auburn hair. Her eyes shown a deep purple that he loved. He looked at her forhead and found a strange mark which he didn't recognize. Chandra saw his eyes wander to her forehead and knew what he wanted to know.

"It is the mark of my people Inu. We are the Norconas, a forgotten people who are descendents of the angels."

She brought a hand to his face and began to caress his right cheek. She looked into his golden eyes as tears filled her own. She was remebering why she hadn't been able to stay by his side.

"Inu... you too are a reincarnation. You are the reincarnation of the only man I ever loved. He was a hanyou by the name of Inuyasaro. Inuyasha, we never got to be together because of Naraku's evil. You must protect Leyna and the powers she holds inside."

"I planned on it, but how can I protect her from him?"

"By claiming her. He doesn't just want her for her powers, he wants her to love him."

Suddenly she heard a noise. She removed her hand from Inuaysha's cheek.

"You must go now Inu. Protect her the world will fall to Naraku."

She placed a soft kiss upon his lips before Inuyasha woke up.

Inuyasha found himself sitting in the chair in Leyna's hospital room. He sat up when he saw that Leyna wasn't in her bed. He looked around in fear only to find her sitting on the windowsill.
