A/N: Sorry I stopped weirdly on the last chapter…before heading on I had to check my resources (A.k.a.: I had to check on some scenes from Fight Club)

"If one wants to create soap, first, one has to render fat…but I did that a while ago" Tyler pulled a wooden bucket out from a dresser. "Once the fat hardens you can scrape off the top layer of glycerin. If you were to add nitric acid you would get nitro glycerin, if you were to then add sodium nitrate and a dash of sawdust, you've got dynamite."

Jack commended his knowledge by nodding with an impressed look on his face…Inu Yasha just said "Feh…" while standing there with his arms crossed

"When some barbarians washed their clothes in a certain part of a river their clothes came out cleaner…do you know why?"

"No" Inu Yasha replied

"The barbarians sacrificed people upstream, the water seeped through the wood and ashes to create lye, lye is a crucial ingredient, once the melted fat of the bodies mixed with the lye it created a soapy discharge"

Inu Yasha was starting to wonder about how this demon got so much scientific knowledge *demons should be out fighting, not learning about science and stuff like that, this guy is a disgrace*

Meanwhile, I and the others in our group were wondering where Inu Yasha was. One of us, a girl by the name of Kagome, worried more than the rest of us that something had happened while our friend was in human form. We sat around the remains of our campfire the other night hoping that he would come back, he was usually there right after sun up, but now the sun had risen strait above our heads and Inu Yasha was nowhere to be seen.

"It's not like Inu Yasha to miss breakfast and now almost lunch" Kagome stated

"I think its time that we go looking for him." The demon Exterminator Sango replied "and it will be faster if we travel on Kirara"

"I too fear that something may have happened to our companion" I then said

*I think I'll leave out the next part where my hands roamed and I had to be hit by Sango again*

We then traveled out on Kirara. Traveling fast, the cat sniffed out the trail of Inu Yasha, and soon she brought us to a dilapidated household. I came up to the front door and knocked on the wall, for the actual door had been knocked down.

Inu Yasha came to the door, and leaned up against it.

"Yea?" he said. There was something different about him, in his voice and in his eyes, which let me know something had changed.

"Come on in" Inu Yasha said as I was thinking.

We all walked in, mostly stunned by what we had seen in his eyes and heard in his voice,

As we walked in silently, Kagome spoke up "what happened, Inu Yasha?"

He spun around on his heel, smiled his toothy grin and said "Please, don't call me that"

"Wh…Why not?"

"Because it would scare off the workers"

"What workers?"

"JACK!"

Jack then walked in with a newspaper in hand

"Jack is a worker"

"I'm a what?"

"You work don't you?"

"Uhh, yea"

"Then you are a worker!" all of a sudden, Inu Yasha's eyes and voice went back to the way it was "When did you get here?"

It then changed again "If you will excuse me for a moment, I need to go take care of something"

In the next room an argument went on

"Why did you drag me out of there?" Inu Yasha exclaimed

"Saving your ass is what I was doing" replied Tyler "Those people in there, they are trouble"

"What do you mean?"

"They will disrupt our plans!"

"WHAT PLANS!?"

"Listen…you want to become full demon right? You want your human side gone right?"

"Yea…" Inu Yasha was interested now

"Well, I know how you can become full demon!"

"What's in it for you?"

"I need two Hanyou's to do it, and then we will both be full demon like we've always dreamed, no one will ever mess with us again, not wolf demons, not demon exterminators, not cat demons, not centipede demons, not old rivals, not angry brothers NOTHING WILL STAND IN OUR WAY!" Tyler yelled as he shook Inu Yasha by the shoulders

"Why should I trust you?"

"Why should you trust them? You think they are actually going to let you become a full demon?"

"Well…"

"Of course they're not! And I need you so that I can become full demon, that's why you should trust me!"

"But…"

"Only one of them can stay, has to stay"

"Who?"

"The girl!"

"Kagome?"

"Yes, she's pure, and the thing we need to get, you need to be pure to get it, but when it has been taken out of where it is, any one can use it! And that is why no demon has gotten to it yet"

"Nothing bad will happen to her right?"

"No! Of course not. I would never put an innocent person in danger, something that will be fixed when I become full demon"

"But how will we get her away from the rest of the group"

"We'll worry about that later, right now, we need to start my plan, and for that, they all need to be gone. I'll take care of it, you just wait here" with that, Tyler left the room

Inu Yasha stepped back into the room we were in

"There is something I need to do here, you can keep searching for the shards, but I wouldn't suggest it. I will meet back up with you in a few months"

"A few months?!" Kagome yelled

"Go! Go! Go! No time to talk!" Inu Yasha said as he pushed all of us out the door

"I'll send you a post card! He yelled and then he slammed the door…which fell down as soon as it hit the doorway

"Inu Yasha! What's going on?"

In Tyler's best Inu Yasha impression "What do you care?" with his arms crossed

Tyler soon regretted his impression "Uh oh"

"SIT!"

"FIRST YOU DIDN'T COME BACK FROM YOUR NIGHT AWAY DURING THE FULL MOON AND NOW YOU WANT TO STAY AWAY FOR A FEW MONTHS WITH NO EXPLENATION!?"

"Well that's the gist of it, yea" He said as he started to get back up

"SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT!"

Inu Yasha/Tyler was knocked out by now

"FINE! Come on! If Inu Yasha wants to be alone, then let him! I hope he stays like that for all I care!" Kagome stated and then started stomping off

We then decided to give Inu Yasha and Kagome a day away from each other so Kagome could cool off and Inu Yasha could pull himself together. We found a place to camp for the night and soon Kagome and the Kitsune Shippo had fallen asleep, leaving Sango and I awake. I avoided this conversation until Kagome had fallen asleep, for I knew it would start her rampage again.

"There was something strange about Inu Yasha today. Something strange in his eyes and in his voice. Did you notice it?" I asked

"Yes, I believe so." Said Sango "His eyes seemed more calm and relaxed, as if he had everything planned out, and his voice was less gruff, it was smoother and faster, but at times when it changed back to his normal voice…he seemed confused"

"Yes, that is what I noticed also. Something is wrong with him, and I suggest we find out."
